Trio of mini lobster rolls served on brioche accompanied with preserved lemons
Assorted rolls and artisan breads served with whipped European butter and herb infused olive oil.
Baby Arugula Salad
Sliced strawberries, goat cheese and candied pecans with a grapefruit white balsamic vinaigrette. Contains nuts
The outdoor seating offers a spectacular view and although the staff is trying hard, the service is sketchy. Biggest complain is quality of the salads. Chopped salad is nowhere like an actual salad and looks and tastes exactly like the Greek salad. The pasta dishes are a disappointment. Noodles stick together and not tossed properly with seasoning.
Two female waiters, I wish I got their names, were outstanding on Sunday Sept 6 evening. The greatest asset for any restaurant are its staff. Thank you.
Service was exceptional, downright fantastic. View was exceptional but very noisy on patio with a party of 20 having an engagement party. The clam pasta dish was less than ordinary. Ordered a “Godfather” drink and was skimpy and expensive. Very disappointed, should have ordered the pizza
We sat in the patio and enjoyed the views. The food was great at a great value. Would definitely recommend this place!
Came from out of town, manager came around multiple times to make sure everyone was having a good meal. Staff was super personable and the food was great! Wish we lived closer!
Great Birthday dinner for my dad.
Nice out door seating area. Certain times of the year there is good sunset viewing. Inside seating looked depressing due to Covid limitations. I imagine it can be a high energy summer night spot during normal times.
Awesome food and service with a picture perfect view.
Our waitress was amazing!! So friendly even with wearing a mask at all times. She is an asset to the resturant.
Great atmosphere and view of the river. Service was slow so they took a drink off of our bill, without us asking. Food was good. Prices were good.
Asked for some bread with the pasta. They didn't fulfill the request. A bit pricey for the quality of the food.
Restaurant exceeded our expectations. The staff and management was very hospitable and accomodating.
We had a wonderful time! The dinner and view was excellent! I would say the kitchen was a little slow getting our food out, but other than that, the service was great!
Delicious food! Sadly bread isn't complementary and service was slow on a Thursday night.
View was beautiful. I believe because of current situation menu was limited. Staff very friendly but busy. We wanted to stay enjoy the view and have coffee but was given the check not even asked. I think the food was very good.
Our server was more than pleasant, knew the menu and gave us excellent advice. The food we ordered was very well prepared, delicious and dessert was also delicious. Will highly recommend to family and friends.
Nice and cozy!
The food was hit or miss. The burrata appetizer was amazing, and was the beef on week, but the white pizza was disappointing and flavorless. The view from the restaurant was lovely nd there was plenty of outdoor seating. However, the service was terrible - not rude, but painstakingly slow. It took us almost 3 hours for dinner from start to finish. From ordering to getting our drinks was over 20 minutes and our appetizer did not come out for almost an hour. Also, there were no busboys, so the table would be full of plates when the next course came out.
The deck allows for distancing along with a perfect view and yummy food.
It was my first time and it will not be my last. From the person that seated us to the person that cleaned up
Food was better than I excepted. Took a road trip up from jersey and found this place on google. The food was great, the place was clean, drinks were good, seri ice was great, they took social distancing seriously and I felt safe. It was inexpensive as well. I recommend!
Our experience was deeply disappointing. We had a reservation for 7pm, which we were promptly seated upon our arrival. However, it took a bit of time before we were acknowledged, at which point we ordered our meals. We then waited an hour and a half until we got our food. Meanwhile a few people at other tables arrived, got served, ate, paid and left before we got our food. Others seemed to wait longer times as we did too. Overall, the waitress was kind, but did not acknowledge how long our food was taking until at least an hour of waiting. I would not recommend this restaurant .
1st anniversary dinner completely ruined. Restaurant was severely understaffed. Allegedly 2 cooks had to go home for family reasons. There were only 2 servers on for both patios. Greet time was 27 yes, 27 minutes before the server even acknowledged we were sitting there. Ordered drinks which were brought to the table by the manager. Server came back right after manager and took our food order. We finished our first round of drinks and then waited 10 mins for the server to resurface so we could ask for waters which took another 17 mins for her to bring. After being there for 2 hours the server offered only a free dessert or round of drinks. We demanded to see the manager and the food finally showed up in the manager's hands to be delivered for us to eat. He offered us half off and we were still displeased. He took care of the food (reminder, we were there for 2 hours at this point) and we asked for it to be boxed togo. He offered to have it delivered to the room and we thanked him. He apologized and said there was a technology error that caused the wait (translation, the server never rang in our order). My wife said "I thought it was a staffing issue" the manager backpedaling acknowledged that it was both. 10 mins later someone knocks on the door. I open it and they say "here's your pizza." I thank him but also noted that the young man delivering it had on sneakers, shorts, a sleeveless Tshirt and was holding a football helmet in his other hand. You can't make this stuff up. Thankfully we had the forethought to bring disposable silverware with us from home otherwise my wife would have been forced to eat her overcooked pasta with her bare hands. The mushroom pizza toppings were delicious although the bottom of the crust was entirely burnt and inedible. My wife had also ordered a side salad which we are still waiting for. This was the first night of our 1st anniversary vacation. We won't be wasting our time with them for the rest of our trip.
Waited over an hour for two pizzas.. they were pretty good, but I probably wouldn’t go back. Service was mediocre at best, and they didn’t offer any discount or really any apologies for the long wait for our food.
While the staff was very nice, they were in WAY over their heads. The busser walked around aimlessly and then must have gotten cut around 9 because every other table just sat with ALL of the dirty dishes on them the rest of the time we were there.
We were served by a man and there was another female server. We got our drinks as I was sitting down and then didn't see our server for another 31 minutes.
The charcuterie was meh with brown cauliflower and asparagus on it. Gross. My husband's beef ragu tasted like pine sol. My chicken pasta was ok. The seating would be nice, but the wind WHIPS at you and there are fires down below so we reeked when left.
We had a spectacular dinner the night before for $89 and paid more than that at Bella Vista for terrible food and service. There were three servers on at 4pm when we peaked in, I don't know why all of them were cut by 8:15 but they need to keep more staff on so that they can handle the reservations. Never should have cut the busser either. Definitely wouldn't recommend this spot.
This was our second visit. We ordered 3 Pizzas and an appetizer, the Cheese board was excellent. The Classic Pizzagot a thumbs up. The Chiken Finger BBQ was highly regarded by the kids. We ordered the Beef on Weck... I, personally was disappointed. It didnt resemble a Beef On Weck.
Over all... we will be back.
My Favorite Pizzais the Wild Mushroom. I'm working through them all
Very nice restaurant with a great view. Our waiter was very attentive. Enjoyed it. Will come again.
I've dined here before and enjoyed it. But I had to rate this experience poorly. Had a reservation, but upon arrival was told they had an "unexpected" wedding and if we stayed we wouldn't get food for at least 1/2 hour after seating. Seemed hard to believe they'd have an "unexpected" wedding when they took my reservation the very same day. Then we were told there would be no table available for 30-45 minutes, because they had seated people without reservations. It was already 7:15pm, so we ended up leaving. Not a very pleasant experience.
We walked out. They tried sitting us next to the dirty dish service area and we asked for something different and was told, there was nowhere else. I guess reservations mean nothing to them
Made reservations for 7:00 and was still told it would be a 30-40 minute wait. The table we received had several small bugs circling all around us, along with a seemingly dirty table.
Food was good, service was horrible. Waiter could not remember our items. Brought multiple wrong items to the table.
Waited for 40 minutes for bill upon asking for it.
Food quality was very poor.
Pizza was dry. We ordered a salad also , it was not worth $12.
Two blueberry mojitos, no flavor at all. Just tasted like soda water.
The Staff was friendly and engaging. The views were breathtaking. It was a great experience. We have reservations for this weekend also and are bringing our kids to book one of their Fire Pit Stations with a S'Mores Package.
Great atmosphere near the water. Nice, reasonable prices.
Due to the pandemic, we know that the service is kinda slow and they informed us beforehand
The waitress Maddy was an absolute delight. She was so attentive and sweet she made me want to come back but sadly I don’t live nearby :-(
The food and drinks were great and the price point was perfect. The outdoor seating and ambience was a huge plus also.
My review isn’t going to sound very good, but I feel it’s a must. The three of us all ordered salads. Two Chicken Ceaser and one “vegan”. The Vegan salad was not a salad.... it was a blob of mozzarella:(. The Ceaser salads had dry chicken and burnt romaine from grilling. They couldn’t eat them.
Our server and host were super friendly and the view of the water was amazing!
Beautiful patio dining on the river, overall a nice place for dinner.
Stayed at the hotel for anniversary, went to dinner. Quiet place to eat with very limited menu. Food was ok, nothing spext
