Special pasta mushroom and truffle oil what’s not to love however no taste porchini mushroom flavourless and truffle flavour no existent - the pasta was cooked to perfection though. Brioche with caviar wasn’t balanced the caviar was actually overshadowed by mascarpone. The calzone was divine Service was pretty good I’ve had great experiences here before just an off night

Lovely restaurant and bar in a great location. Service was decent, friendly, professional and attentive but you could tell a little new - which is expected in this environment. Food was excellent and good value. Would go again and recommend.

Sadly, although the pasta is made fresh, the overall quality of the food is average at best. You pay for the location and that's about it. The service was really, the restaurant is really nice too, but it doesn't stand up to any of the good Italian places in Sydney

All waiters were friendly except one (I think he was the manager wearing different clothes to other waiters). He was Italian by the sound of his accent and he was very rude to my guests and I. No consideration whatsoever. He was rushing us to order and was very unhelpful when we asked certain things about the drinks menu. Overall very rude customer service from him which made the experience horrible. It was the first time a few of my guests met each other so his attitude towards us made the experience very uncomfortable. Additionally, our food was not very good. Over priced for what we received as all our pastas seemed old and the sauces did not seem fresh whatsoever. On top of this portions were very small but we all ate it anyway because we were very hungry. The ambience was a good vibe but the bad food and terrible customer service makes me reluctant to ever go back or recommend to a friend.

Great food, great location, great service; overall great. Just didn’t like where I was seated. It was our anniversary and we were seated next to where the food was prepared and was lit too much so it didn’t feel as romantic. I also had the food out doors behind me, so there was a draft from outside making me cold and uncomfortable.

Our evening at Bel & Brio was delightful. Our online booking got a bit muddled but once this was sorted out our dinner in the Corso part of the restaurant was great. My Caprese salad with Burata was a great entree as was my partner’s oysters with raspberry vinaigrette. Then came the fish of the day, grilled red snapper with charred vegetables and gnocchi with porcini mushrooms and pine nuts. Both very yummy and presented wel. Finally we shared the chocolate and almond desert which was just right. Our wait staff were very attentive and pleasant, giving helpful descriptions and advice when required. The wine was very good. A terrific restaurant for a special meal. Or pizza and pasta for less expensive dining.

Nice food but poor service. We had to keep calling the waiter over. Also one of our cocktails arrived and half of it was missing - should’ve been charged half the price seeing as we got about 3 sips out of it. Shame. Lovely place and food but the service let it down considerably.

Mine and my friends Ragout pasta was very dry and ordinary and no one asked us how our meals were. The rest of the meals were great and the whole place is amazing but food let it down for us.
