all food was good and served hot. The level of service was great. I was a little annoyed when I paid for my meal and was told it was $88 then when I saw the eftpos it was for $89.49 and when I asked why this was I was told it was for using my credit card and she indicated a small sign over to the left of the counter. $1.49 to use my credit card I thought was a bit steep after spending $88, I'm sure the bank charges are not this much.

When I arrived the staff did not have my booking - I was lucky to get a table as it was busy

Drinks tool over 10 mins to arrive at my table - we cancelled the last drinks order as it had not arrived by the time we decided to leave

Perfect place to enjoy a date. The meals were well worth the money as they were large portions as well as great quality. Although the service was slow due to being under staffed, the environment and the food made up for it. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to those who want a great feed.

its value for money - but it's best that you call and book - don't book online as I've done this twice and my booking hasn't been placed.

Came out pink and bleeding I sent it back to kitchen cut in half same piece came back out I know this because I had cut it in half
My salad was hot and my hot Potatoes were cold and the meet was still bleeding the only difference was that the outside was chargrilled

We had a luncheon booking at Beach House Bar and Grill, Browns Plains. The table was easily identifiable, although no staff greeted us at the entry point. The menus had a good selection. We ordered 1x Garlic & cheese bread starter to share. This arrived in a timely manner and was delicious. Our mains of 3 schintzels and 1 Bacon & cheese burger were fresh, hot and genereously proportioned - if not oversized. Great value for money. Staff tending the tables were not intrusive. An enjoyable outing

We had group of 6 adults & 4 children. Food was good, nice setting no table service though but not many bar/restaurants do these days. Staff friendly enough. Drinks & food reasonably priced.

Service poor,lady who showed us to table was miserable fish was bland

Unfortunately when we went for my birthday lunch there was no air conditioning on a very warm day. The food was ok but not as good as Beach House Mt Gravatt or Beach House Logan Hyperdome. The service was just ok - not much effort put in.

The food is great value for money. Make sure that you are hungry as the meals are a very good size.

Always fast and friendly, willing to go that extra mile to make your dining experience great.

Well I would like to say I enjoyed the food, but alas we did not get that far. I made a booking online - picked a time and confirmed. Two hours later a received a phone call from the restaurant to say they already had 90 people dining at this time and any more would be too much stress for the chefs and we could we change to a later time. Well no we couldn't, so we went elsewhere. Very disappointed. If that time wasn't available it should have been blocked out on the online bookings.

Steak ordered medium, it was rare. Chicken pieces undercooked, pink in middle.
Hair in my sons chicken parmy. Other meals were fine.

No we didn't complain on the night, it shouldn't happen at all we just wont be back.

We arrived for our anniversary and were seated and welcomed at once. Upon ordering I informed the staff that i was a Coeliac and needed GLUTEN FREE. Food was recommended and the Wonderful Chief made me Gluten free Gravy for my steak. Wonderful staff wonder atmosphere and wonder food. Ten stars

We were delighted to be able to sit and chat with our friends without being asked to move on. The food and portion size was great. The staff were efficient and friendly. Our friends live close by and said they would dine there again. We live at the Gold Coast. When we are visiting up that way again we'll certainly go to the Beach House .

Enjoyed our meals, both Salmon and Steak were cooked really well. Service was great. Only issue was that we booked online and had a confirmation text but restaurant had no record of that when we showed up? Wasn't a problem as it wasn't busy but if it had of been busier it could have been problematic. Great restaurant for a family meal or get together with mates. Not really designed for an intimate meal.

Really enjoy this place - it's the best place to eat in the Browns Plains area by far! It's a good atmosphere - very casual, very spacious and really pleasant with the large folding windows wide open to catch the breeze. The food has never let us down. We often go here for the lunch special and just recently went to the $10.90 Steak Night - it was great. We booked ahead thinking it would be packed but it was very quiet. You have to check this place out and spread the word!

Didn't stay for dinner, left after waiting standing for 10 minutes whilst single operator served 3 people and 10 more in front of us...no table service, buy drinks at the bar, but still charging hefty prices...

the place was way too noise and you had trouble talking to the person across the table from you. we had to ask for the music to be turned down but that didn't help much.not a good place for a new quiet dinner.food was good though.meals didn't all come out together which was very disappointing indeed

I found the food was lovely on the night and it was not that busy in the restaurant.The waitresses were looking for something to do so they tend to see too many times if your had finished your meal.

When you eat out there are a few things that make your experience excellent and this place was spot on in each area, customer service, quality of food & price. Being greated and served by Cam, who was happy and full of energy made our experience so enjoyable. Then we were delivered delicious food at a very reasonable price. This place is an absolute gem!

It was a friendly enough atmosphere, however no one told us we had to order at the bar- so we waited nearly 1/2 an hour before having to ask. The booth seating was comfy- but not high chair friendly and the high chair didn't have a seat belt which made it feel unsafe. The food was tasty- but nothing amazing...

My family and I dine here regularly for dinner and the occasional lunch. We love the food, Especialy the desserts! And just celebrated a birthday here, it was so nice to see the staff get involved with singing happy birthday and bringing out the cake. Thank you ??

Food was gross had a medium rare steak. Half the steak was done right, other half was medium to well done. Chips were pasically mash potato Would not recommend to anyone and will not return

The food was delicious and was great value for money. I would recommend the Skillet Cookie for desert. The venue was very light which is a nice change as a lot of venues do not provide enough lighting.

I dine here a lot and every time I have dined here its been great, no complaints.. except for last night.. I booked a table only to then turn up and be told they have no bookings under that name and all bookings have showed up, I told the girl I got the confirmation text, she said it cant of been confirmed, we ended up sitting anywhere, waited 30 minutes for our dinner for it to be not that hot, wasn't really feeling the nice place I loved going to.
