I've recommended this restaurant to everyone at our conference. We went last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would say it wasn't as impressive as the first time. They've toned down the presentation a little. But it's still very impressive and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an experience.

The host and servers were not friendly. They bring the food so fast not even warm and try to get you out of there quickly so they can sit the next person. The only friendly people are the busboys. Food didn’t taste good and the portions were very small

Great experience! Made a reservation through open table. Was greeted well and walked directly to our table with no wait time. The food was perfect. The service was excellent. The servers were very attentive. Will definitely be back.

I came here with my husband and two kids, 14 and 10 for our wedding anniversary. From the time we walked in until we left the experience was amazing. A true dinner for all the senses. We were not rushed and felt we can truly experience and appreciate each drink and dish. Thank you to our amazing waiter Phil for being so attentive and helpful. I enjoyed watching other guests receiving their food and partaking in the ambience.

Yes and No. Yes, I would recommend to a family with kids. The crazy and fun presentation is way beyond the ordinary. I don't see the attraction just for adults. Also, as glad as I am to have experienced it, I don't see ever returning--it's kind of a been-there-done-that place. It's a very interesting and clever gimmick and worth seeing....once. As good as the service is, though, everyone working there seems burned out on the presentations. For our family it was brand new and exciting, but for those working there it seemed just more of the same presentation over and over and over and over. They've seen all the first-timers react to the nitrogen and the big displays so many times that it seems they are bored with it. My guess is that they keep working there because the bill is so high that the tips are very good. The food was hit and miss: popcorn shrimp was great-recommend, lobster pop tarts were outstanding-definitely recommend, I had salmon which was excellent-definitely recommend, three others at my table had braised shortribs-one said it was great and two said they were very dry (I tried it and agree with the dry), one kid at the table had appetizer sliders for dinner because they don't have a very kid-friendly entree selection and he wasn't crazy about them. Overall, we are glad we went. But I just don't see going back.

I think that the price point for the dessert menu is way off. I understand that there is an extravagant presentation involved, but still, the desert should never be the same price as the entrees. I was so looking forward to trying a dessert, but just couldn't afford it. And unfortunately, they didn't provide a complimentary dessert even though it was my boyfriend's birthday. Most places provide a complimentary dessert for birthdays as a courtesy because people are spending so much money on their entrees and drinks. I found out that Barton G does not do this, which was okay with me because I would just come in and get a couple desserts and pay for them. The problem was that a couple desserts, would have cost me $80. Also, I bit into a certain part of the Branzino and a large, bitter chunk of blood exploded in my mouth. I spat it out. That was super strange, I've had Branzino before and never experienced that. I didn't say anything to the server. I just let that one go. Other than that, I liked the experience. It was very unique. I just wish they could come back down to earth with their dessert menu. . My gosh, almost had a stroke when I saw those prices.

Our server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. But I was not pleased with my table. It was in a high traffic area near the restroom. The table wobbled but the staff adjusted it pursuant to my request. The resturant deserves 5 stars for creative presentations but the food only earned 3 stars. I’m glad that I went. I had heard so many good things about the place but it didn’t live up to the hype for me. My curiosity is stratified. I enjoyed looking at the various creations But I won’t be going back.

The food was excellent. The presentations were amazing and worth the money. I was surprised and in awe of how creative and much of a genuis idea their craft is. I love this restaurant and I highly recommend it to anyone who like class and a great atmosphere and great food. It's a good experience.

The art was amazing! I loved the experience. The only real problem I had with it was how crowded the space was. They need to move to a bigger venue. The food was pretty good, not 5 star quality, but the presentation made it worth it. Our waitress was awesome. The noise level was pretty high because of the small space and the crowd. Overall it was still an amazing time/

HORRIBLE! Came to celebrate my ladies 35th birthday and from walking into the door the service was horrible. was told we had to wait 20 minutes for our table even though we had reservations. Hostest never smiled or even let us know the table was ready. If it wasn't her birthday I would have left and dine elsewhere. Once we did get our seat the waiter who brought out the food dropped the popcorn shrimp sauce all over my ladies shoes and feet. He never brought back any replacement sauce. When we spoke to the manager he acted as if he cared and would help make things better however that didn't happen. He didn't come back to check if it was better and actually didn't see him anymore that evening. When they tried to come out to sing happy birthday the game they brought out for us to shoot the ducks actually also didn't work ...smh just a horrible night for a birthday celebration. Doubt if we hear back as we seem to be the wrong race trying to dine there. WILL NEVER TO BACK

Wonderful restaurant with a theatrical flair for food and drink presentation! We took our hard to please visiting guests for dinner --- they have 4 teenagers with significant food allergies. Kamryn, our server, was knowledgable, personable and took exceptional care to make sure that everything food safe for our guests. Our guests LOVED the restaurant. Thank you very much!

This place was amazing. Our waitress was so sweet. She asked if we were celebrating anything. We told her our 5 year anniversary, on our dessert it had a Happy Anniversary chocolate sign.

And the experience was so awesome. Thank you.

Came here for my boyfriends birthday. Loved the plate presentation, service, and tenderness of the short rib and NY Strip. We were expecting at least one of our mac n cheese to be on the mouse trap, but since the plates are very large they both did not. Mac n cheese was AMAZING.

Food. taste is average. Presentation, fun. Looking through yelp, they've had a lot of choices of food items on the menu but when we came, waiter said they removed a lot of items on the menu soo it was sad. also, too pricey for an average taste. Yeah i get it, its all presentation but it will only impress you for 7 minutes then done. Also, while some of us are eating and some of us are done, or pacing, bussers would keep on asking if are we done on our plate or not and since some of us are still eating, bussers would start cleaning the table. lol. will i recommend it? yes for fun presentation, no for food and drinks.

This is a great place if you are celebrating something special or if you love taking pics! The service was outstanding, we arrived an hour early for our reservation and they took us immediately. Great dining experience. The portions are rather small and my teenage son came home hungry and had to make a sandwich.
