Amazing omakase in the middle of a beautiful vineyard in Valle. It is just a delightful experience from when you walk in. Fresh and delicious food, the chef loves what he is making and you can tell. Really cant stress what an amazing experience this is. It's a must!
The expensive is billed as being a “12 course” meal however when I was there our group only received 10 courses and no explanation was given as to why that was.

An authentic Omakase experience in Valle de Guadalupe following the Japanese tradition. Interesting experience appropriate for foodies and raw seafood lovers. Three-hour twelve-course experience. First few courses is raw seafood, followed by some hot dishes and exquisite dessert. Excellent fish and seafood from Ensenada. Wine pairing is recommended, as you can taste local organic wines and an excellent Mexican sake. Service and attention to detail is superb. Among the most expensive restaurants in Valle de Guadalupe, well worth the Trip.
It was phenomenal. Amazing ambiance and service. The pairing was also spectacular. They served the best beer -Fugu--and everything was served very cold and crisp. I am dreaming of when I can return.
Our first omakase experience in Baja was nothing short of amazing. Intimate, kind employees, lovely atmosphere, and got to chat with diners from different parts of the world. Highly recommend! Such an exquisite experience at a great price point.

Two chef's are preparing the food right in front of you with a 12 course meal thought every plate the chef that did the plate explains what you are about to eat in detail, the full experience is one of the greatest that i have had

Went for a Valentines Day/Birthday celebration and Drew Deckman and Toshi were both cooking at eye level with us. It was great to see such passionate chefs with such different styles come up with different dishes for us to enjoy. The 16 course meal ended up being about 4-5 hours but it didn't seem long at all. Both chefs introduced their plates as only they could with such charisma and personality. The ambience and style of the dinner was incredibly relaxing and all the staff were amazing in assisting the chefs bring out there creations. It was like I was cooking again watching them joke around together. The food was out of this world but we will always remember the interaction with the chefs and when Toshi wished my friend a Happy Birthday. It was incredibly thoughtful and we will forever remember this amazing experience.

Los 12 tiempos y las bebidas perfectamente bien seleccionadas. El servicio fue excelente y nos explicaron todo el proceso y los ingredientes de lo que estábamos comiendo por el equipo de meseros y el Chef.
La única observación que puedo dar es la temperatura del lugar, cabe mencionar que si nos advirtieron de la baja temperatura y había calentones de gas. Aun así, hacía mucho frio!
Regresaremos en Primavera para disfrutar de todo lo que Baja Omakase tiene para ofrecer!

Probably one of the best meal experiences I've had all year. As this was immediately after the holiday and during COVID, we had the entire experience to ourselves, which added to the experience- but I'm sure it would be as great with other parties.
Waitstaff to Chef were all friendly and available for any questions, assistance. The food itself was amazing, a great mix between Japanese and Baja cuisine. We went the extra mile and added the drink pairing, great range from Sake, beer and wine. Highly recommend.
Chefs Toshi and Drew crafted an amazingly delicious dining experience showcasing primarily local seafood and produce. We purchased the drink pairing, which consisted of unique local offerings at a great value. The Baja Omakase experience is an absolute must if you're near Ensenada.

Sugiero tomar el menú con maridaje , son 12 tiempos con 6 bebidas. Excelente tener 2 sakes Mexicanos que me sorprendieron . Una cerveza mexicana elaborada aquí en Ensenada con el método japonés . Vale cada centavo y enaltece el producto local en todos los sentidos . Bravo
