We had a great time .. Sat outside. The food is great and even better, so is the staff.
Delicious flat bread, fried chicken sandwich and squash blossoms. Great wine list
Excellent food, poor seating. Service could be improved, especially for such a small restaurant. Had to locate our server a few times.
Great DTLA spot before a show at venues in the surrounding area
Ate outside and it was a perfect evening.
Our waitress was exceptional, Alyissia!
Great fresh flavorful food
Really great experience here for my girlfriend’s surprise get together with friends. Food & Service were great. Staff was attentive and pleasant to interact with. Assisted us without fuss on adding a chair to our party, adjusting a dish to accommodate all of us having a piece, & worked with me to make the dessert birthday ending a hassle free enjoyable experience.
Food = amazing. Very veggie friendly. Got one of almost all their veggie dishes and we loved it. Ginger Smash cocktail was also a hit.
Thank you Eve and Baco! We’ll be back!
I’ve loved this place since it opened. Great drinks, wine selection is thoughtful and the food is stellar. OG Bäco is pure genius. So happy it’s stayed so great.
Overall the food was fabulous. The cauliflower dish was a group favorite. Service was friendly.
such an interesting combination of flavors in every dish--will def. be back to try more! must get: the noodle salad (not very salad like, but delicious), and the oxtail baco and the shrimp baco.
Food and drinks are excellent, interesting, creative, complex and wonderful. Loved ordering multiple shared smaller plates and enjoying all the flavors. It is true that the chairs are very uncomfortable. But we will go back for the food!
The food is OUTSTANDING one of the best meals I’ve ever had in LA
Outstanding meal. Menu is printed daily, with many, many choices. Service is top notch. Had variety of small plates and large, vegetables and dessert. Creative cocktails and wine list. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
Attentive service. Beautiful fresh food.
Had a great experience, good food, excellent service. Cheers
It was great
We had a lovely time, but the chairs were uncomfortable and it was odd that the benches were higher than the chairs.
Wonderfully flavorful and creative food served by a very attentive waiter. The meal was not cheap, but well worth the money.
The food was yummy! The vanilla lemonade (non alcoholic) was good , different but good!
Excellent. The carrots are a must!
Great food, great service, and a really welcoming and casual atmosphere
Fantastic food and drinks. Waitress was very sweet and helpful.
Great food - we ate outside and took advantage of their happy out deals in addition to regular menu items. Everything was excellent!
Too spicy, unimaginative salads with too much naranja or oranges with too much dressing, even fried squash blossoms had too much filling.
Needs improvement and better presentation as my friend wants to celebrate his birthday on Oct 19 at 7pm
The palette is refreshingly different from everything else in LA. The pacing of the dishes is great.
As usual, there are too many delicious items to choose. Everything was delicious, even the iced tea.
Food and drinks were delicious. So many tasty items on the menu. We plan to come back to try more.
We ordered so many dishes and they were all amazing. They each had such a unique flavor. We wanted to order double! Try the squash blossoms, Hamachi crudo, the soup, and oxtail dish with polenta.
Food was delicious, insanely expensive but good. The service made us feel like we were in Europe. They just never showed up! Restaurant was empty so it wasn't like they were slammed.
The kitchen is splendid. Superb and inventive. But Once the food leaves the kitchen it all falls apart
I loved it. The food was innovative and yet familiar, comforting but edgy. I would defintely go again.
Excellent food. My only complaint was that we had to ask a few times for an extra setting and they took our spoons away while we were still eating dessert. Had to wait a long while before someone came back with new spoons so we could finish our dessert. Otherwise, food was top notch!
Staff was friendly and informed about the dishes. Additional info on the menu or from the server that the "Toron" Baco is served on the rare side would have alleviated some initial concern that it was under-cooked, but it was delicious. The "Tuscan Melon with Persian Cucumber Salad" is about as perfect as a dish can get -- creamy, cooling, spicy, crunchy, flavorful. Wishing now that I had bought the restaurant cookbook, since it appears that it is among the recipes included.
The Za-Atar+Eggplant+Fava Dip was amazing and so flavorful. I could have eaten this appetizer, all day! The service is wonderful, patient, kind. I would recommend this place - without hesitation as a DTLA dining destination!
Always an amazing experience! The staff is very friendly and super attentive. I’ve never regretted having a night out here, the food is always delicious and the drinks are always perfection.
Been here a few times now. Great food selection especially vegetarian options.
First time visit, food was very good, service was great
First time going there. The first impressions were good: pleasant ambiance and attentive and friendly service. The area where we were was a little too loud for us but other people may be ok with that. We both got the fix prix dinner and it was a good value.
The food was amazing. The eggplant and fava bean dip was delicious: a perfect combination of ingredients. It came with a wonderful fluffy bread. The Caramelized cauliflower was also very good. The peppery albacore tuna was covered in a delicious sauce. My husband had the steak and he loved it. Highly recommend this place.
If we come back to LA, we will definitely dine here again.
The entrees are good, but the desserts are super tiny!
It is not a large restaurant but cozy enough to have a wonderful meal with friends and family. Dishes are amazing and tasty, Drinks are adequate and some are really creative. We definitely will come back again.
