Great experience and well looked after by all the staff

The restaurant is really beautiful and service was well done during the dinner. However, I booked 2 weeks in advance and called 1.5 weeks in advance to verbally confirm my booking. The gentleman I spoke to confirmed times. The day of the dinner I received two missed calls, upon calling them back they had told me I booked after their last sitting, which was only 15 mins before the kitchen closes (why would that time be available to book if it was too late?). I explained I had already spoken to someone and they never said that the time I had booked was too late. They did apologise, but said I would have to get there 25 minutes before my booking. I was not happy with this outcome as I had people travelling from a few hours away to make this dinner. They ended up being able to let us have dinner at our initially organised time. But this frustration and stress did dampen the night at first.

Lovely quiet Boxing Day. Possibly an extra dish or two would make it seem a bit more resplendent. Enjoyed our morning.

Nice enough food but not for the prices charged. Its marketed as a high end restaurant but the service does not back this up, staff were unfriendly and not very attentive. We were told we had to vacate our table by a certain time even though the restaurant was quiet.

Other issues include difficulty in finding the front desk on arrival and air con was freezing at the dinner table to the extent 2 of our guests had to put on jackets. Overall, I expected more and left disappointed.

Food was delicious, customer service was impeccable, will definitely be returning sooner rather than later!

Food was amazing we shared the Premium Taste menu and honestly beautiful light and filling. We had a last minute change which luckily could be accommodated for. Will def be back

Found it disappointing, small portions compared to price. Slow service, meals didn't arrive to all people in the party at the same time - approximately ten minutes later the rest arrived.

My 2nd time is as excellent as the 1st. Wonderful flavours, very pleasant and authentic service, but music volume bit on the loud side for us. Needless to say, I recommended my boss and he’d already make 2nd reservation.

Amazing dishes with well balanced flavours. The oysters and the lamb were a standout.

Delicious and beautifully presented food. The staff were very helpful and attentive, constantly refilling our water glasses. The restaurant area was lovely and quiet whilst the bar area was lively and vibrant.

Great ambience for a Westfield, but several incorrect orders from the waitstaff tainted it a little. The fact there was no toilet paper in the toilets really finished it off. Drinks were well priced (but we didn’t get what we actually asked for) but the food prices were a bit high for the quality. Paper napkins too - they should have put them in the toilet haha

the food was delicious however the bottomless champagne did not complement it. Overall would still come back!!

I can’t express enough how amazing Babylon was. Every single staff member was amazing. Especially out waiter which I forgot his name.

We got seated in a private room area which was fantastic! Such a beautiful little space. The food and cocktails (and mock tails) were so great!

Then we went to the bar section where the music was amazing and to top it off sat in another private little area that Made it feel like I wasn’t in Sydney. Almost European vibes.

Unbelievable food. Cant remember when I last ate Lebanese/ middle eastern cuisine this goid, oh wait maybe in Jaffa.
Starve yourself the day before so you can try at least 4 or 5 of the mains, trust me its affordable.

Really great value for money - the bottomless brunch was awesome. Food served was super tasty and my friends and I really enjoyed all of it. Staff were also very attentive and really friendly!

Interesting twist to the traditional Middle Eastern offering. Tasty and fresh. Our favorites were: the Murray Cod, Lamb Shish Tawook and Grilled Octopus.
The taboulleh was yummy and presented in a very unusual way.
After lunch we continued on in the outdoor rooftop bar which is very cool!

Food was not cooked very well was very dry and the fish smelled like I was at the fish market definitely was not eatable

While the food was absolutely amazing and came out in a timely manner, the service otherwise especially for clearing the table and serving drinks was very poor.

We ordered drinks first thing (bottle of prosecco, 2 beers, 1 lemon lime bitter). We were onto our 2nd round of food from the tasting menu when the prosecco and beer arrived. We had to wait another 10 minutes so we could cheers when the LLB arrived.

Throughout the lunch, often new dishes would be placed on the table without clearing away empty plates. We didn't get offered fresh plates for our main. One side dish arrived after we already finished the mains.

Further when we finished, we ordered coffee and montenegros to have with dessert. We got our dessert and finished our dessert before waiter came back 15 min later to ask how we would like the montenegros. It was then another 15 for them to come back and advise they didn't have them (which is fine, but why did this take 30 mins in which we could have ordered something else?) We then scrapped this order and asked about our coffees. Which finally came out 30 minutes after ordering and well after dessert.

It was my first business lunch since covid started for which I had to get Vice President approval from my company. I was looking forward to impress and spoil my company for a nice EOY celebratory lunch. I would not be recommending this for any professional occasion based on the poor service even though the food was incredible. You lost out on a lot of revenue from us not being able to get drinks either.

Great food, great drinks menu. Staff were lovely. Unsure how to differentiate booking balcony over restaurant but menu in the restaurant is best.

The service was outstanding! A few of us had special dietary requirements which the Chef was able to cater to. The food was amazing! The best Levantine food in Sydney!
