Babylon EAST BAR

Food was really tasty, but the restaurant was REALLY busy and didn't appear to be following current guidelines (ie big tables, close together, people walking around between them). It was the first time I've been out in the city in ages and I was really surprised. Staff were busy and not friendly, didn't have decaf coffee (and acted like it was an incredibly difficult request)

Staff were very inattentive and the service was disappointing

Service can be hit or miss but the food is excellent!

Service is horrendous. Food and ambience is great. Bitter sweet experience.

Drinks are very expensive. Cheapest bottles of Rose was $49. Will not go again due to the price.

Asked for recommendation for shareable food, food was not shareable.

The food was great, I've been there once before and everything tasted amazing. Great selection of food and drinks but the service could have been better.

We went through the escalaters from the outside and when we arrived at the top, there was no one there to greet us. After walking past several staff members we were directed to the front desk where we were taken to our seats. I'm not sure what the norm is here but it felt a bit pub like where you had to get your own menus, plates and cutlery (I dont think we did this in the last visit). Didn't mind doing that at all but would have been nice to know at the outset. The server took our number from the table to save space but then couldn't find us when some of the food arrived. Aside from that, the bar menu again was fantastic, drinks were tasty and the food came out very quickly.

Bar was very disorganised when opening with no kegs connected and staff unaware of what drinks were in stock. Manager apologised and sorted it out. Food was fantastic as always!!!

Had booked the bar area for food but with many other venues closed this place was completely packed with hammered people by 7pm. Not what I had envisaged. Only had drinks and instead went to Bar Totti.

No one greeted us or took the appropriate covid safe steps, tables weren't cleaned. Many things weren't on the menu. From the website was expecting a much better experience you have to line up for food and drinks. The food that was available was nice.

Great atmosphere perched amongst the city skyline. Food in the outdoor area was good however the service was a little lacking. No utensils or serviettes delivered with the food. All in all, this is a great location with above average food and awesome ambience.

The wait staff were rude and unhelpful, guests were loud and rude as well. Drinks and food were overpriced for what you received. Overall the experience was a very negative one.

Hi, very confusing entry forcing us to wait 10 minutes before checking us in (which they didn't do anyway as I got an email from opentable saying I missed my reservation)
Escorted to the East Bar, which is a former Chinese restaurant...all very weird, in cohesive with dirty dishes on every other table. Such a shame given the venue.
