For the price range it's an affordable degustation. It started off well but one of the dishes that had powdered rice ended up having raw bits of rice graisn that weren't fully powdered. It created a gritty texture on the food. It also felt like the chefs were running short on time or stressed out . the decor is beautiful but the noise levels were extremely loud, the acoustics in the venue probably made everything louder. So wouldn't reccomend if you have noise sensory issues. Some dishes were really good others okay. It was also strange to be seated on a long table next to strangers instead of separate tables but the venue space is small so they're trying to fit as many people as they can. Makes sense why their prices are more afforable . Servers were all ridiculously sweet and polite! It was 2.5 hours instead of the suggested 2 so I would reccomend not having plans straight after. Leave time for leniency

Hands down the best vegan meal I’ve ever eaten. Great value of 10 courses for only $69. The food was fresh, delicious and satisfying. My personal favourites were the crispy turnip cakes, and the panang curry with vegan chicken. The vegan duck wrapped in chay was scrumptious as well, but I believe would have benefited from having an accompanying hoisin or plum sauce. Waitstaff were very friendly and helpful, and the ambiance was impeccable. My only critique would be the 2 dessert courses. While all the main courses had great texture and were full of flavour, the desserts were a bit lacklustre. The sticky rice with coconut sauce had an unpleasant texture that was too chewy, with a starchy piece of banana in the middle that felt like biting into a raw potato. The coconut sauce was excellent, and I think it would have worked better on a normal scoop of sticky rice as opposed to the large, crunchy blobs of sticky rice with banana in the middle. The fried bao with pineapple jam was slightly better, but perhaps was just lacking some sort of custardy or creamy sauce to combat the dryness. Overall, a fabulous dining experience that I would highly recommend to vegans and non vegans alike. I will definitely be going back.

Yummy food. Interval between food is too long. Not suitable for date as sitting at a long table with 8 other strangers and unable to have proper conversation due to noise. Worse thing is my partner had to endure a homophobic man criticising the food the whole night (which is no fault of the restaurant)

The serving sizes were SO small! And as a regular at Rice Paper Scissors, I thought the food at the vegan degustation wasn’t as good as the vegan food from RPS. It was disappointing.

The food was extraordinary!! Loved every delectable morsel!! I would of loved having a table to ourselves only because it was pretty noisy, so quite hard to hear each other talk.

This event was held in their function venue. Everyone was seated on long tables and the acoustics of the space was poor. It was extremely noisy. More suited to larger groups than couples dining. My husband and I struggled to have a conversation over the noise. The staff were excellent and provided cheerful service.

A big tick for the Vegastation experience. The menu was innovative. All the courses were different and all the dishes were superb! Would love to do it again!

Food was fabulous. Was just disappointed that we couldn’t change our booking from 6 to 5 given 5 days notice. Was prepaid for 6 but we only received food for 5. We just would have liked to have received credit for 1 towards our very large drinks bill!

So delicious. We took my husband’s parents who are from the country and grew up on more traditional fare, and they loved it. Only problem is that it’s a lot of food and it’s hard to stop eating, it’s so good:) great value.

Space was so packed I couldn't hear my dining partner or staff describing food. Food was unseasoned and not properly balanced (meatball tasted like Christmas pudding on a slice of raw pineapple, mandarin salad was spicy with no balancing flavours) Cocktails were fine.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. This food takes away any doubt that Vegan can be high cuisine. The menus was considered, portions appropriate and the food was well presented. Congratulations to Head Chef, Noah, and his team. And a big thank you to the Wait Staff who completed a great e peri3nce.
