Atrium - Crown Perth Ratings and Reviews
The Atrium combines a top quality restaurant, beautifully set out with a waited on feel, yet self service whenever and whatever you want.Staff were on hand without interruption instantly clearing away used crockery and topping up your water glasses. The food? Wow, never seen so many choices and something to please every international taste and dietary needs.Just leave room for the beautiful display of desserts including a chocolate fountain and endless flavors of ice-cream.
Very disappointed about our evening would like a supervisor to call me if possible to share my views. Im not the type of person to complain about our experience husband & i are generally very easy going individuals but we were not happy that we came there to dine on our 20th anniversary for reasons we will explain if get the opportunity.

Unfortunately I notice a decline at The Atrium on this occasion. I used to look forward to eating there, but not anymore. The first thing I noticed was my chair - there was a big split down the middle of the leather, and the outside of the leather was discolored and grotty, and this set the tone for the rest of the night. We didn't receive any service, and had to eagerly try to get the attention of our waiter for more water. The food was average. Venue is tired and dated now. Not returning.
Booked breakfast with the family for my 40th birthday. When booking, i was told I would receive a box of chocolates and a glass of sparkling wine for myself and four guests. That never happened.
Was told I couldn't have ice cream with our waffles as they don't do that for breakfast. I asked nicely and said it was my birthday and she just laughed and said no. Considering it was 10 o'clock and there was hardly anyone left I thought this was a little ridiculous.
Probably won't be back again.
The food was very well presented, the choice in food was overall good. The service however was atrocious, the lack of attention from waiters was ridiculous, given that it was a rather humid day it took over 1 hour with us having to ask various staff about 3 times for a glass of ice as the complimentary champagne was served warm and wasn’t drinkable. This level of poor service trended throughout the event and waiting on various items became ridiculous.
Food was great as usual. Though we were a party of only 4 and we were put in the section for large parties and right in the corner.
Was very noisy and hard to walk through to get our food.
Would still return again though next time will ask to be put in the more open area.
The food was fabulous as usual. However the service was not up to their usual high standards. We were celebrating a birthday and appreciated the complimentary glass of sparkling wine and chocolates. However I had to ask a waiter to go to our table to take another drink order which he did. But then the drink sat on the bar for 5-10 minutes before I went up to get it myself. I also had to take dirty plates off the table and find someone one to give them to so we could eat our next dish.
Have dined at the atrium numerous times as they cater for all peoples needs. However the service was very disappointing. When you are seated you are normally approached by a waiter person with a water jug to take drinks order this didn't happen. After half an hour I had to find someone who helped us out and apologised. I think Crown misses out on a lot of sales and the staff need to be better trained other than to just smile.
Book the Atrium for special 60th Birthday, very disappointed with food. We have some of the best seafood in WA and Atrium served up limp Prawns, oysters and crab legs with no flavour, Tired limp salads nothing looked fresh. Ok the carvery then? Roast meats were dry and tough, carrots were shrivled and limp. Deserts like rubber - come on Atrium, Carvers does a much better job for $20. I can not get my 60th birthday back but I should get my money back.
Disappointed I requested a guiet area as it was a wedding anniversary we found ourselves in the middle of a number of tables and at the bottom of the access to the higher tables. My dinning chair has a rip in the seat cover. One of the patrons had shorts and thongs on I would have thought a smart dress code applied to the restaurant. Not sure I will be back which is a pity as I always use to rate the Atrium but not anymore . Not what I hoped for on our ruby wedding anniversary .
Took two of our grandchildren for breakfast. They thought it was great, want to go again.Food and service was excellent. Very wide variety to choose from. Coffee and tea average unless you pay extra. Quite expensive, didn't like 1.5% surcharge on credit card. However would definitely go again, paying cash of course.
A lot of foods had run out. Several foods were dry. It seemed like they were pre cooked and re heated or they had been there too long. We were there early in the session so we didn't expect empty food trays and poor quality food. Definitely not value for money.
Its quite a comfortable place, it was a little warm though and the staff attention was not as good as previous visits. I love the fact that I can valet park for free as someone with a disability, that really makes a difference. My only complaint would be that you don't refill the food platters etc fast enough and you can often miss out. Considering the large amount of people you cater to I would have thought there would be a bit more choice especially from a European standpoint sides, etc
Quite disappointed. Once we were seated took about half an hour to find waitress to order drinks. They then took at least another 20 minutes to arrive. Ordered a ssb and reisling. The ssb was a reisling or moscato explained to waitress not willing to pay for the reisling as had ordered ssb.
The dessert station had no labels for what cakes were available.
I thought maybe for people who have allergies or gluten intolerant.
It was my anniversary I had booked months in advance was given wrong style of seating then made to feel like a nuisance by 1 staff member seating people. The noise was out of control mostly due to Chinese dragon allowed to beat it's drums for so long and inside the actual restaurant as I tried to enjoy conversation with my husband. Couldn't enter the desert circle as nobody would allow me to and there's no entry point just push in or wait for ever. Won't be back but food is exceptional
It was a hot day and the sun was shining through the glass and sails on to the seats. It was very uncomfortable, the air con might have been on but it was struggling. The food was very average i.e. beef stroggonoff was dry and no flavour, calamari was very salty and the frozen prawns were very hard to peel. That was just a few complaints. Even the people on the tables around us were not impressed. The desserts were very bland and haven't been changed in the last 18 months.
