Atrium has generous food offering includes stunning seafood, a comprehensive Asian section, a wide choice of Western and European dishes, and if you have any room left, a dessert section that simply must be seen to be believed.
Had the High Tea and really enjoyed all the amazing dishes that were available.I loved the small cakes and the Asian food.
Great food, very pricey,
We went with a group of 7 for a Cousins get together. We booked weeks in advance and they selected a lovely table against the wall. I couldn't have picked a better spot as people like me find hearing difficult in a crowd.
Food, we were all impressed with the quantity, variety and selection of the food available. In fact so much to choose from it was a hard decision on what not to have. During the meal we all exchanged positive comments as the buffet catered for everyones taste.
Unfortunately this experience was very poor. We usually celebrate birthdays and special events at the Atrium and have done so since it opened. This was our first negative experience in all this time. At least fifty percent of the food dishes were empty or bits of dried food left. We had to get up and ask for service for drinks. No wait staff were in our area for 45minutes and we had to remove our own dirty dishes and only got the one drink when we asked for service.
I went with my friend on a Wednesday night. The food was amazing and so yummy. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back.
We found lots of yummy options which filled us right up to the brim, and enjoyed the relaxed eating experience, even though a bit busier and noisier than usual for a Wed night.
We walked in and was seated at our table. We went to the buffet and WOW, absolutely jam packed with people, almost knocking me over many times, making it a little chaotic to even get any food. The food was lack luster to say the least, alot of it was Asian inspired with not many western dishes.
The dessert bar was a stand out for me, absolutely fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed that part of our meal. We went to pay and the price was more than what the website stated. I won't return.
I went on 7 October, Monday. Food very disappointed. Salmon is not fresh. BBQ pork and duck was dry. I bring my son for dinner. He likes yoshire pudding. But that day. No yoshire pudding. Very disappointed.
Last month, we went there on 23 September, food was delicious, salmon was so good and fresh. Tom yum soup was delicious. That’s why we go back, On 7 October.
Large seating area. Great choices on buffet. The only problem was I couldn't keep eating!
Food was cold, disappointed with the roast. Food didn’t feel fresh even though we had an early reservation. I was left feeling I’d paid a lot for an average buffet. I expected more from Crown.
We recently dined at Atrium for high tea for a friend’s birthday. We each took our young daughters with us. We couldn’t fault the experience, from the ease of arrival and being shown to our seats, there was plenty of everything - plates cutlery bubbles tea drinks and of course the food. Our dirty plates were removed with little fuss and disruption to our conversations and our girls were just in awe of the selection on offer. Everything was beautifully presented and staff were very professional.
I booked for my Mum's birthday. I had a table of 6, one of which is a vegan. I rang Crown and inquired about vegan options. I was told they didn't cater for vegans but the restaurant would phone me back (which they didn't). I then called again and was given a flat no for vegan options. I asked if something could be arranged and they said no. On the day we spoke the the head chef, he was more than helpful and pointed out the vegan options (which I found contradictory).
There are so much varieties of foods to choose from. The foods are delicious and tasty but I wish there's a different types of coffee that you can make yourself and part of their buffet regardless whether it's a lunch or dinner.
did not cater for gluten free, no signage, staff where not informed of what was availble, one wstaff memeber tried to put gluten free toast in the standard toast conveyor. #nocrumbsplease very disappointed given it is the same price as epicurian once you order a real coffee
Excellent service at table
Lots of queuing for food. Variety of food available. Expensive considering you serve yourself then they charge tips. Nice location inside but difficult to find at night.
Visited the Atrium Saturday 5 October. Had been in June as well but the food seemed fresher and much nicer this time. Although the time before was ok I left feeling like it was just ok. But this time I was very happy with the food and so was my husband.
Unfortunately not really the Happy 50th Birthday celebration that I had hoped for. It was very crowded and we had to queue for the buffet, so my meal was cold by the time I got back to the table. I had informed that restaurant that it was my 50th birthday - but no comments from the staff or cake (previously my husband had celebrated his 50th Birthday with the Atrium and we got a birthday cake without asking - it was a lovely touch). No separate billing so I ended up paying for everyone!
There were bugs buzzing around and landing on the cheese and meat section. No selections of tea or coffee. No option to pay extra for barrista coffee. Food was okay, not great. Couldn't order champagne and orange juice for a special occasion.
Every time I go to the Atrium it is worse. This will be our last time. Very poor. All the favourites are slowly going. There were no green vegetables at all yesterday. To run out of Pork Crackling by 12.30 (it only opens at 12) is ridiculous. I noticed the line to get in was still massive and the buffet had run out of favourite foods!!
Sensational, fresh immaculately prepared food. So many delights here.
The waitstaff were perfect, they were professional, attentive and friendly.
The food was amazing, all very well presented and tasty.
The cocktails were also delicious.
Food was fantastic
Thank you guys so much, seeing the smiles on your faces made our experience so much worthwhile, the level of service was a definite 10/10, so polite and always asking if we needed help. The food omg was to do for.
Once Again Thank You
Didn't appreciate being sat next too a large group for a bridal hens party when there were other tables for 2 available. it felt like we were just shoved anywhere with no consideration
Food was delicious and plentiful
Visited Atrium with my family recently, to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. We left feeling completely ripped off. The service was terrible with drinks only arriving after waiting 40 minutes and having to ask where they had got to. Then plates just piling up on the table all night. The food was terrible, comparable to your local shopping centre food hall and at $300+ for 5 of us I would have expected much better quality. If I'd have paid what I thought it was worth I would say about $100 max.
We were very excited to celebrate our 28th Wedding Anniversary at the restaurant and had a fantastic time until one of the staff came to us while we were still eating saying that they need the table by 7h30, was a bit taken aback as It looked like we were singled out as the people at the table in front of us and next to us arrived the same time we did but she walked past them to tell us. We were told about the 2 hrs when we booked and entered the restaurant. We still had 1/2hr left.
The food was good, however the service was bad.
After we paid, nobody escorted us to a table, they just left us standing there without any instructions.
After we sat down, there was nobody who would come to our table to offer/serve coffee. I waited for about 25 mins until I actually had to get someone to serve us coffee (the place wasnt even full of customers, so there was an obvious lack of attention).
Seafood - oysters and crab really bland. Disappointing actually. Same with prawns. Wasn’t fresh. Not sure where they were sourced from. Went to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Was told she wouldn’t be getting a complementary champagne - we did get a slice of birthday cake thankfully - as she wasn’t a Crown member - although I was. Wtf? I won’t be going back. Will try elsewhere. We weren’t made to feel special and my wife who loves seafood was ‘meh’ about the experience.
Below par food, sandwiches poorly presented, dry they lacked that atrium style, what’s wrong with simple finger sandwiches of egg, ham and cucumber the salmon was dry, cold and smelly. Simple high tea food, less choice but quality choices would have been appreciated, and the tea really. Free white wine that most threw away, quality is what I expect at the atrium, very much lacking on my first and last high tea there. Sorry I love Crown.
Don't think I'll rush back, overpriced.
Excellent food and excellent staff, please thank the chef who took my son around to show him which food contain vinegar. We just asked him whether the Baramandi dish had vinegar. He was so kind he asked more questions to learn about the food allergy for him to understand better and took my son around the buffet to advise him which food he should avoid. Such a good person. All the other staff members were also great.
One suggestion, it would be ideal if you can name the vegetarian options.
Good value for money for a lunch for small group or with children
Lively good range of food lovely ambience
Way to busy and loud
Made a booking online requesting a nice table for my daughters birthday, we just got out anywhere and the matrade on the front desk was rude and abrupt just sent us to a random table; not impressed at all
The lady in the counter who is in charge not friendly ...
It’s getting expensive at 78$
Drinks service is super slow. 45 minutes to get a drinks order. We had finished dinner when the drinks arrived
No utensils to smash crab shells
Great place, regular get-together pre-show at Burswood.
Very disappointed in the food the variety was not there and a lot of the food was tasteless
