Atrium - Crown Perth Ratings and Reviews
Celebrated my son's 18 birthday and we all thoroughly loved the buffet. Food was varied and exceptionally tasty. Would really like to thank the waiter who took fabulous care of us. Unfortunately we only had credit cards with us or we would have tipped him. His attention to our needs was totally faultless and we thanked him when we left but would have liked to have done more.
Went for high tea for birthday celebrations with the girls and had a fabulous time. Amazing food and brilliant service for an amazing price. Even better with the entertainment book :)
Will be back again and have been raving about the service to anyone who will listen
Overall I enjoyed the meal and the selection offered (as I am low carb diet), I found it very easy to remain on my low carb diet.
I selected a Saturday night dinner ($75.00) for the Crab Legs, My only gripe would be I love Crab legs and found these to be dry and stringy, like they have been frozen for a very long time.
I arrived at Atrium for 12.30pm
Booking. It was my birthday celebration with my two girls, wife and 3 year old.
We were sat next to the Dessert buffet where the line started and finished so it was a little like people were watching over us while we ate.
By 1pm, all the ribs, which is pretty much my most favourite thing we're all gone.
I don't understand why on a Saturday lunch you would ever run out of anything given the mass production of food around multiple outlets. Most disappointed!
Very disappointed. Have dined at the Atrium on numerous occasions, but don't think we will return after our recent visit. Found the food dry, flavourless in parts and boring. Felt like we were eating left overs. Booked for my husbands 50th BDay and requested a nice table. We were given seating right next to the water bar. We asked for a nicer table and were seated right in front of the bar, which was very bright and noisy. Had a very large table right next to us with at least 4 crying babies.
Was very disappointed that after asking for a jug of water on the table during High Tea in the Crown Atrium - a lovely waitress arranged one for us - however she then got 'into trouble' by another waitress as water jugs arent allowed on the tables for High Tea!? I mean seriously ... you are expected to get up and get your own individual glass of water one at a time! Rediculous!!! :(
disappointment towards the poor customer service at the Atrium and misleading information provided by the crown perth reservation. In the 3rd of jun, I made a call to enquire whether I can use my crown member card to get 20% for lunch at Atrium on the 4 of jun. I was put on hold and the staff double checked and confirmed that I will be able to do have 20% off for my lunch. So I proceeded to book online for 5 people. Surprisingly I was told to pay full price and the staff refused to listen to my
We booked dinner on a friday night for 8 people - 3 kids and 3 people with coeliac disease included. We arrived at 8 and were pleasantly surprised to find that you had introduced a new system which showed on the label the food that was gluten free. We had an amazing waiter who was polite and quick with the drinks. The food was free and delicious! We will be coming back!
We were celebrating my fathers 80th birthday and my best friends 50th . Food was ok. Drink service very slow . Just a shame that we couldnt have complimentary birthday cake as even though my husband and I are members my father wasnt so no cake . Shame and very disapointing as he wss turning 80 !!!
left feeling very disappointed. Service wasn't great, my girlfriend had to ask for her complimentary glass of bubbly
It felt like being back at school in the school canteen when queuing up for the savoury food.
Disappointed by the choice of savoury food available.
Although there was a decent display/offering of cakes.
Sandwiches not clearly displayed.
Overall experience - disappointed. shouldn't be advertised as high tea. Should be advertised as a cake buffet. feel it was very over priced
