Service of staff was nice.
Foods are prominent but there is an expensive feeling

The view is absolutely amazing and the service whilst good did require the occasional prompt. This did not interfere with our enjoyment at all as the atmosphere was buzzing and up beat and we were keen to soak up the view. The menu is varied and well priced for a special occasion We would go back without hesitation.

The portions are quite big and definitely worth its price. Really delicious but I think it’s better for sharing.

Bar service was quite bad, the staff was inattentive and it was hard to communicate with them— they don’t really respond to your questions and give vague responses. (I asked if I should bring my own cocktail down to the restaurant, they said “later”, “hostess” while walking away. / server spilt my drink and I asked her to clean it up a bit as it was super messy, she answered it’s normal to spill / she brought down the drinks and just left them on the table without acknowledging us ).

But the service in the restaurant definitely made up for it after I told them I just really want to have a great time. Really enjoyed the dinner! I hope I’m not asking for too much from them!

Fave dish was the risotto!

You go there for the view, which is definitely spectacular! Window tables require $900/person minimum, so be warned! Food is decent, but not worth their prices. Our main server seemed quite put-off when asked for a taste of wine before ordering by the glass. He proceeded to steer us very strongly towards the most expensive glass offered, saying another wasn't opened. Our guests were duly impressed by the view so our goal for the evening was achieved but it's not a place we would return to for the food or service.

Unique brunch menu, excellent sashimi and wonderfully diverse courses. Brunch is more affordable than the a la carte menu and good if you want to really experience Aqua but aren't flush enough to try the evening menu. Fantastic views and overall one-of-a-kind dining experience.

Nice view and nice location. One area needs to improve is the minimum consumption requirement for window seats, which is 900 HK$ per person. Almost all window seat table are for two person per table. If fits for a third person, the requirement for 900x3 makes no business sense because it’s a typical 2 person table. I would suggest for 1800 minimum per table other than 900 per person. Apparently the person who manages the restaurant had hard time to understand the math and business Goodwill. Other than that, nice environment and good food.

Baked salmon was not hot when served, causing it not so delicious. The pork rib was terrible, dry texture and not tasty. Egg benedict and sashimi were good, bread and dessert not bad but not great. I went on sunny day, the view was perfect in times of lunch!

The food is specially designed, we love the food, the service and the great view. But as a fine dining restaurant, I was surprised to learn that we had a time limit for the dinning, so the waitesss were pushy for order and tidying the table, that really destroyed our celebration given that we are a big group of people. I have never went to a fine dining restaurant with 2-hr limit since the “first”person comes in.

The beautiful views and excellent service make aqua a must visit venue. The wine list is excellent and food presentation is top notch. Tables and chairs are comfortable, with plenty of room between guests. My food was delicious and paired perfectly with the wine the restaurant chose for me.

I booked a table at the window for the view but couldn’t get one. I was told that I would have to spend 900HK$ which was the plan anyway but was treated as if I would not be able to do so. When pushed they told me they didn’t have atable. A few minutes later tables becoame available. Why could I not wait 15min and enjoy a nice drik?

The view is spectacular and the food very good . The menu could be explained and presented better , it feels somewhat disjointed and therefore you feel you it’s not clear what might go well together .
The atmosphere is intended to be vibrant but in reality the sound system needs to be much better , because the music is distorted at such a high volume.
Being so dark makes it difficult to read the menu , but the real reason to go is for the view , which is better in the dark , so it would be good to have a more creative solution.

The service is ok but not as friendly, personal and genuine as some other top restaurants and they seem less well trained and supported . For example in knowing the menu.

A little bit unclear with "currency" on total bill when paying by credit card (overseas).

We had a wonderful night at the restaurant. My gf and I was not sitting against the window from the beginning as the window seats were all reserved. The waiter later approached to us and offered to change to a window seats for us when we were about half way through our dishes. We appreciated it and really enjoyed it. It was a great night and is probably one of the most unforgettable night in my life. This restaurant is indeed expensive, but I think it’s worth the price.

Beautiful restaurant, good food, atmosphere wonderful, views to die for, service good, all in all a special place to dine. Only issues were - location - description says Floor 28, One Peking Road, however the entrance to One Peking Road (and access to the lift) is actually on Nathan Road (around the corner). If you were coming up Peking Road, which we did, then it was a bit confusing, and unless you looked around the corner, you could easily have missed the entrance. Better idea would be to advertise the location as being on the corner of Peking Road and Nathan Road.
Second small issue, was that after we had ordered our entree and meal, waiter asked if we would like a "can't remember what he called it" but assumed it was for free to nibble on whilst we had our drinks, but the cost was added to our bill. Having said that, the actual items were a bowl of cooked small beans rubbed in salt and a large bread bun. Both of which were delicious, however if on a budget, it was an unexpected cost, which we wre not advised of.
The above are small issues however, and on the whole, the Restaurant was great, and would certainly go back too.

Went for a birthday dinner and asked for a window seat. Normally a restaurant that takes pride in its food wouldn’t fuss over a window seat especially for a special occasion- but here they charge at least $990 per PERSON for a window seat. The seats are cramped and u can literally hear everything from the table next to you. Granted, the view is stellar but that’s all you’re gonna get here. The restaurant knows this since the food is absolutely mediocre and besides the overpriced sashimi (JUST GO TO NOBU, this restaurant isn’t even sure what it wants to serve, Italian or Japanese?) everything tastes average and not worth the ridiculous price tag. Also, the managers are lacklustre and couldn’t even bother asking us how our dinner was going when we heard them go directly to other tables with European diners and chat and introduce the menu to them while we got no introduction or even a “hi” from them. They have some sort of a white superiority complex going on here- also, most high end sky dining restaurants in HK offer complimentary deserts for birthday occasions, now I don’t mind paying but there just isn’t any goodwill out of having to pay $400 for 2 bites of a mini lava cake and store bought ice cream, this place tries squeezing EVERY dollar out of you- I HIGHLY recommend NOT paying this restaurant a visit unless you literally have money laying around on the floor or have no common sense. Try the bar above the restaurant and you get the view for the price of a (overpriced) drink.

I recommend dining at Aqua while in Hong Kong. There are extensive food menu options, drink and wine lists. The food is very good and truly set by the stunning views of Victoria’s Harbor.
There is a food charge minimum to sit at a table by the window, but it’s worth it. You will be eating anyway and these are the best seats in the house, although you can enjoy the harbor view from any table in the restaurant.

No doubt about the great view at the window tables. Food was a little disappointing and the kitchen was not flexible on their dishes. Unfortunatelly totally overprized so it will stay a once in a lifetime occasion or next time just a drink at the bar.

The Maître D was fabulous but the drinks waiting staff let him down. We started with champagne and had ordered a bottle of wine to come with mains. It hadn’t arrived when we were finishing our mains.

The food was great despite being nouveau cuisine sized portions. The prices seemed at odds for somethings ( such as lobster) although tasty and beautifully served.

The floor staff need to be organised differently! The music was also a little loud for ambient conversation

Though I am a thorough fan of Aqua Group and I really like Aqua Roma in Beijing Road, I was extremely disappointed of last Sundays dinner. The first disappointing experience was with the waiters who would not show up unless noisefully called for....
However, the main concern now is food quality related : I had the seared sesame tuna as a starter which was cold but tasted well... followed by a slow cooked beef cheek. I could not say which one of both was bad - but spending the remainder of the night back in my hotel on the loo 🚽 definitely hints to a sanitation problem.
