Incredible how this place is always as busy as spotless!! The attention for details and anticipation of your needs are just a day-to-day routine for them! They’ll just get you right from the beginning to the very end! 👏🏻
Chapeau!

So far the very best ever experienced in HK!
Friendly and super attentive service, outstanding food and drinks, breathtaking view!! Way better than any other venue in town. The bar upstairs is also fantastic with the view on Kowloon side too.
Can’t wait to be back in the private dining corner room. TOP!

Very disappointed this time around! Had lunch here about three months ago and the set lunch was superb. This time variety and portion size very lame.Looks like cutbacks.
Very disappointing would not return.

If your primary purpose of going to a restaurant is for the view then the Aqua Hong Kong is for you. The service is also willing but we had so many staff attending to us that one seemed to be constantly explaining the same things to different people with, in the case of my wife's garlic allergy, very unpleasant results.
The cuisine is certainly nothing to write home about and the restaurant, and most of its clientele, seemed to be refugees from a seedy shebeen - with language to match.
Maybe we were there on a bad day but my advice is to go for a drink and the view - and eat somewhere else!

Fantastic food. Expensive for what it was las and staff not too forthcoming on the pricing. Disappointing service, I wanted to order more drinks and had to keep asking, similarly for pouring out wine

Absolutely disappointing. Not recommended at all. Over charged with the quality of food. Made a reservation for the window table, received the confirmation, but was not able to get it. A lot of available window table and most of the windows table were given to western customers.

Lived in hk for 10years , which therefore I know typically 1. how you pay for how view and ambiance 2. quality food and drinks, 3. and what genuine service is.

I've met them all here. Came here for lunch: place was marvellous with high ceiling , array of glasses showcasing the magnificent harbourview; service was friendly and accommodating each request I make(message for my friend on dessert and be changed table to a more quiet corner, and even asked for numerous of pictures to be taken for us-they gladly follow with a smile); value for money for me is very important, and they delivered me the goods. I can even pay more, their set lunch is amazingly cheap (for what they offer-also the prestige branding-and location). I love both cuisine-Japanese & Italian.

I will highly recommend this for lunch/ brunch which is very relaxed and cost effective compared to others. Booked a day prior for lunch. Dinner, I will try; perhaps will book on advance-if I have guests coming to visit hk, as what I know they can be extremely busy.

the suckling pig was too dry & skin was not crispy. no excuse.
it’s really a bad idea to tell customer the window seats are only reserved for a minimum spending of 900hkd/person. people could easily spent more than that dining over here, so it sounds stupid & cheap to me making such notions. especially when a blunt speaking waitress calling you & put it into a verbal sentence while reconfirm your rsvp. the view was outstanding but the service probably not.

The view here is spectacular! It really cannot be beat for a view of Victoria harbour.
The food was really delicious (We had scallops and beef cooked at the table) but the prices are high for small dishes. There is a bar upstairs which has the music loud, not so loud you can't talk but it makes it NOT an intimate location. There were many groups of friends or family and there really wasn't a special dress code. It was wonderful but for someone on a regular wage, I could not relax about the price of the food. It was very expensive.

The seasonal omakase menu is delicious and of great value with interesting & tasty dishes. The optional wine and sake pairings are of great value but not a must. Genuinely personalized service & food at a comfortable pace in a pleasant ambiance.
Recommending the restaurant for its great cocktail list, lunch, brunch or dinner!

What a brunch!!! You get to taste the both Italian and Japanese cuisines and trust me, you’ll just desire for more!
It starts with an amazing home baked doughnut with figs jam, followed by eggs benedict beautifully prepared.
You then get the sushi which is terrifically fresh with the option of taking oysters too (don’t hesitate!!).
The truffle risotto follows, addictive!! To go then with the mains (both Japanese and Italian are outstanding).
The dessert is a fantastic selection of mainly Italian choices, we loved it! They even personalized it. Such a nice touch! :)
The service was super friendly too. We took the vintage champagne which was promptly and regularly poured by our server.
The view is without doubt the best in HK.
Highly recommended!!!
You’ll definitely see us back soon.

Went there for brunch with friends and the whole experience was just perfect!
I had been to Aqua previously, but never for brunch and it’s been the best I’ve ever had in HK.
Beside the food side, which is delicious, they have some amazing cocktails!
Just before our truffle risotto we were served this punch bowl with a Japanese bloody mary. Never had anything so particular and innovative!
The staff is super friendly and very attentive.
They will indeed make sure you’ll have the best time ever.
Ah, don’t miss their espresso martini!

See you soon, Aqua!!

We had dinner at Aqua for a birthday celebration. For this special event we had asked for a nice table at the window. We got the perfect place in a cozy private corner. Service was personal, friendly and professional. Selection of food and wine list offer something for everyone. All dishes were very tasty and also a feast for the eye. The perfect place for a special occasion.

I went home and checked the receipt I just found that they billed me extra $580 for the truffle.
I didn’t ask for the truffle , there was a waitress came and ask if we like to try some , she never tell us we have to pay for it . Never mention any words about the money or cost or pay , so we thought it’s complentary and said yes.
I have discussed with my wife and both of us agree that , the waitress didn’t tell us the truffle need to pay . If she try to sell the truffle , she need to tell us .
We can afford to pay but not without telling us , and not in a way like this .
