Very cold outside. Suggest some outdoor heaters. But otherwise outstanding!

There was no heaters or blankets available and it was an extremely cold night in which we had to cut our evening short. Most of the outdoor areas In other restaurants have heaters and it would be good to have something on their website telling people to wrap up warm.

Food and service was lovely.

it was great to have a get together and we always love the food and service in Aqua Petts Wood. This could have been better if there was heating facility outside.. it was so cold and have to eat food quickly as it turns cold quickly being outside.

Although we were eating outside because of Covid-19 there was a nice atmosphere. The service was good and we were well looked after. The food was good as well as hot which under the circumstances of eating outside was an experience.

Filet was tough and I thought you didn’t get much for your money main course wise. However atmosphere. And starters was nice

Great outdoor seating and dining area, with cover and heaters. Quality food and service. A most enjoyable evening.

It was the first night for the restaurant to open after lockdown so it was outdoor seating only. The food and service was excellent, maybe if there had been some form of outdoor heating it would have been perfect.

Great to be able to eat out again - under cover but no heaters so we kept coats on and I put my scarf over my knees! Service was really good and 50% off steak night didn't mean 50% off quality. We've already booked again.

Was the best first meal back out. Couldn’t fault anything at all and will be coming back as often as possible.

The food was good, service a bit slow, but we were concerned about how many groups of people who were there who were clearly not in one household, as required by tier 2.

Excellent food and great service. Brilliant menu

We enjoyed our visit. They have a very varied menu and a good Xmas party menu. One of the best groups for a varied and interesting set menu . Sometimes starters are rather large like a few lighter options fruit based and same with desserts more with fruit please.
Perhaps they could also try and put some soft furnishings into the Petts Wood branch to cut down on noise though at present time with smaller groups much better. Bromley Aqua better set up to minimise noise of large groups and has same lovely menus.

Sadly on this visit there were issues with the food, missing items, cold food etc. Service was acceptable. Table next to us was very rowdy at times, which was often a distraction. Not the best experience.

Lovely restaurant, fantastic food and friendly staff.

The cauliflower purée Wu the the scallops was too watery. The asparagus with the goats cheese was almost non existent.
The potatoes serves with the duck was burnt.
It’s a shame as normally the food here is perfect but a bit disappointing this time.

Excellent venue. Meal superb and the restaurant was very covid secure.

This restaurant follows Covid regulations with tables and guests spaced apart. Hand sanitizer supplied at the entrance and details taken at the table. Waiters wearing masks throughout service, which was good and unhurried. We had the lunch menu and a few complimentary olives with the starter. All delicious and nicely presented. It is not a particularly cheap restaurant, but was worth paying the extra for the experience.

We often dine here. It’s a great restaurant and the food is always good.
The restaurant can be a little noisy but currently with less people in the restaurant it’s fine.
The wine list is good and the cocktails are lovely.
