Absolutely amazing!! My husband and I went for lunch, and I can't say enough about the quality of our meals. He had been numerous times and knew exactly what he wanted--the sausage, chicken, peppers and potatoes in vinegar. I had the difficult task of choosing my meal because everything sounded so good. I went with the special--chicken, green beans and pappardelle in a spicy red sauce. Amazing! Fresh pasta makes all the difference!
The portions were large, so we both took home more than half our meals. We usually aren't dessert people, but our meals were so tasty that we decided to try the chocolate mousse cake. Equally yummy!! It was worth the calories!
Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive.
From beginning to end, an excellent experience.

Antonio’s was an old favorite from when I lived back in the area it it didn’t disappoint going back after 10 years. The service was great and engaging and the food rivals anything in North End!!

In town for the weekend. Booked a table because of past reviews and they were spot on. Food was great, servers were fast and friendly and the price was right. Perfect little restaurant to fill your Italian craving

We first discovered Antonio’s while at Mass General several years ago and we’ve been fans every since. Wonderful food, atmosphere and service! Prices are good and you get North End style food without fighting the North End crowd. Highly recommend!!

I have never written a negative review for a restaurant but this place was that bad. Very surprised with the quality of food given all the 5 star reviews. I've eaten at almost all the Italian restaurants in Boston and this is by far the worst. We had drinks, salad, appetizer, and entrees. Each meal came out within 2-5 mins and tasted like it was just microwaved. The entire dinner lasted for about 30 mins and was disgusting. Everything was bad! On top of that it was expensive. I would likely recommend looking anywhere else!

Great food & service at small, family run, authentic Italian restaurant. We chose to dine outdoors and as we have dined there previously, we were not surprised that there is a fair amount of activity on Cambridge St. The location is across from MGH so there will be an occasional ambulance, motorcycle or large truck. We recommend a nice bottle of Montepulciano to go with any of the fabulous homemade pasta dishes and the conversation will drown out the street noise.

Can’t go wrong with the menu, everything is delicious

Cocktails were great. Lettuce on house salad was a bit suspect. Sent it back an ordered a Caesar salad that was much better. Entrees were of very good quality and portions were quite large. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service.

Mixed salad was terribly underwhelming, entree portions large and both chicken parmigiana and chicken marsala were yummy

The homemade pasta was delicious, and the cannoli was seriously the best I've ever had!

It was just a wonderful evening grabbing dinner with a bud. The first time out to a restaurant since the lockdown and Antonio's did a wonderful job hosting us at an outside table. The food is good, moderately priced, and large servings so plan to take home the leftovers.
