The food was decent, especially the squid. The serving time was appropriate; and the service was welcoming which I think is considerate for children and families.

Almost everything was good. The ambience was flat in the lighting, didn’t offer the special night out ambience.
The food was great, especially the roast suckling pig with potato chips. The meat was tender with a crispy skin outside.

Lovely place to eat! Was there for father’s day plus we had family here from Ireland... everyone enjoyed the food and service was very good too.

Food was delicious but we made a reservation at 8:45 and did not get sat until almost 10 pm. It honestly made the rest of the night pretty sour, very unorganized staff. We had a gentlemen playing Portuguese music to us while eating and it was lovely. Overall it was a good meal but the wait made it less then worth it especially for the insane price of the food.
Unfortunately, I had high expectations and this place was far from it. We had an 8.30 reservation and was finally seated at 8.50. We had been waiting at our table for a further 20 minutes before we were able to order our drinks. The drinks took forever (two wines, a g&t and a soda water) and ended up arriving only minutes before our main was served. The ambience was terrible. We saw a man with a guitar and assumed he would be playing but he never reappeared for our sitting. The customer service downstairs was amazing. Great waiter who offered us a port whilst we waited for our table. Upstairs was a different story. Our waitress was uninterested and all round bad. A real shame and I would 100% stick to Fernandos.

I have taken visitors to Hong Kong for a day in Macau 7 times. 6 of these we’ve eaten at Antonio - and regretted not doing so on the one occasion we thought we’d try somewhere else. Hearty, varied traditional Portuguese menu with some local and unique twists. Some dishes flamed at the table for a bit of theatre. Relaxing but intimate decor and great wine list. Wondering g around Taipa village before and after is a treat too. Our favourite place in Macau for a homely village experience and special occasions away from the manufactured casino vibe.
Service was great at first, but disappeared all together after we got our mains. We would have loved to have ordered dessert or coffee but no service! Eventually we chased down someone for the bill. Food was good but overpriced considering poor service. It put a dampener on a special evening.
We had dinner on Mother’s Day. We chose this restaurant because my family would like to have a pleasant dinner with a lovely evening to celebrate Mother’s Day and the recent retirement of my parents.
The food was quite nice, especially the clams, and we enjoyed the atmosphere.
Most of the staff were nice, except for a staff called SUGAR ZHANG.
During the dinner, we asked one of your staff to take a quick pic for us because it’s a mother’s day moment we would like to capture with the great food arriving to our table. When he was about to take it, Sugar suddenly just scolded at him and said “Don’t you think you should clean other tables and let others come in first? Just clean the tables now!” And she just stormed off.
After failing getting the picture taken, we asked the staff again whether it’s a good time for him to help us to take a photo because we did not want him to get into any troubles. While we were getting the photo taken, which it actually took 1-2 seconds to take a photo, Sugar just walked passed and didn’t even attempting to stop. We did not know what to say.
Maybe she was a in rush but it was like 9ish, there were no more new customers coming in. We were literally speechless. Based on all the recommendations you have and the price charged, we really did not expect this would happen twice in your restaurant within 1 night.
I would never recommend any of my friends and family to go to your restaurant because of the extremely poor service. It definitely made our Mother’s Day SPECIAL.
The food was delicious and the service was great! There was an excellent strolling guitarist singing songs from each tables’ nationality. Would highly recommend Antonio’s!!
Good food, good atmosphere, we were very satisfied with this restaurant.
Also, we could see Antonio, and he was a nice guitarist and brought us not only good foods and but also good musics.
Starters was good but the main dish (Wet Monkfish and Prawns Rice) was disappointing, too salty and the ingredients didn't blend well together. We didn't finish it. Maybe we should have stuck with the recommentdation. Also restrooms was extremely dirty which i thought was unacceptable for the price point. Overall disappointing.
Amazing evening - great cuisine with fullness of flavour. Chose variety of seafood options enjoyed by all at the table. Lovely service too.
Great food but servicing can raise a notch up to give customers an even better dining experience.
It would be great if the dishes can be served one by one because the table is not big enough (maybe just our table as it's right at the corridor) and the dishes would get cold before we taste them
But everything is great overall.
It is sad that we didn't have the chance to taste the Crepes Suzette. We will definitely come back to try this next time
The biggest surprise is the birthday cake and the live music even though we didn't order any dessert at last

The suckling pork is tasty, juicy and tender. The sausage is a must try. The sangria tastes great too!
The food is always good but I feel the staff are not as good as in the past.... seems to have lost some of it magic

Fantastic. Antônio is so fair the best restaurant we found in more than 12 years living in Asia. His food just taste like home. We went to his restaurant 2 days in a row. Already planning the next time.

This is a small restaurant located at Taipa. I like the desert, Crepes Suzette, which was very delicious and prepared by a waitress in front of us. I had tried Sausage “Au flambé” that the sausage was roasted for a while in front of us as well. It was not very salty but I think it’s better to serve with rice. The skin of sucking pig was very crispy, but the duck rice was no good. The meal was a bit expensive, MOP 1200+ for two persons for lunch.

The food was good, the suckling pig was a bit too fat and greasy for our taste. A bit disappointed with the service, not very professional for Michelin recommenced. The waiter was not able to recommend a wine to us.as we are not familiar with Portuguese wine and like a bottle to match our food. No one gave us food recommendation either. At the end of the meal they quickly took away everything, for the sake of just taking stuff. We weren’t finish is the main point. Had higher expectations for the restaurant. Overall, was worth the effort to book in advance, at least we got a seat by the window. The food is ok , would want to try something different.
