    Dinner was amazing. A true culinary experience. Every dish was bursting with flavor. The wine pairing complimented every dish exquisitely. Service was excellent as well as the ambiance. Absolutely the perfect dinner date.

    Completely worth it and well deserved Michelin star! Creative cuisine with fresh ingredients. Can come back for more. Awesome cocktails too, and we loved the visiting dog! Very romantic, inside and outside the dining area, with nice views. Congrats!

    Animalon reminded us of Enigma in Barcelona, Spain - although in an outdoor setting and more casual. 10 courses not including 2 item amuse bouche and 4 item desert. Everything was perfect and perhaps the best place we’ve ever eaten. A special place for special occasions.

    Amazing restaurant in Valle de Guadalupe in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed every dish, from taste to presentation. Cocktails were also amazing. Service was top-notch. Would return without a doubt.

    Went to a wedding in Valle de Guadalupe and decided to include Animalon in my trip. What an incredible experience. I truly enjoyed their tasting menu and equally as important the service provided from the staff and Mario. Hope to return soon.
