We had a wonderful dinner at the Angry Butcher. Our waiter Maury did an excellent job taking care of us.
I had filet mignon which melted in my mouth . My husband had the prime rib which was excellent. Our drinks were excellent and actually cost less than expected . Although sides are extra they are plenty big enough for two or three.
Highly recommend!

Great food and great service

Excellent food and service. They sat 4 at one table and 3 at a table about 6 feet away. Safety was high. Everything was superb!

We have had many wonderful meals at AB. The last 3 times, the seating hostess has been less than hospitable. This last time, we were 15 minutes early for our reservation, but she still made us wait that time, even though 4 tables were available in the section we requested. Other than Anna, the rest if the service staff were amazing and the food delicious.

This was our second time there. The ppl are always friendly and the food is on point! It’s pricey but worth it on special occasion. It was for my birthday so it would had been nice if recognized but not a deal breaker.

Freaking delicious. Superb steaks. Salad was dynamite. Wine was perfect. Can’t improve. Lovely meal.

Disappointed, just average! The crab cakes were soggy inside, my husband ordered medium rare and received rare! The best thing was the smashed bourbon sweet potatoes! My husband ordered creme brulee and it was cold, not even heated up!

The waiter was super-didn’t have all the food items that were on the menu and the baked potato was very dry with only enough butter and sour cream for half

Second time dining at The Angry Butcher. The food is good and the atmosphere is enjoyable as well, but for the service by the main wait staff was mediocre and at times just unprofessional. The hostess, same one as my first visit, was off putting and unaccommodating. I had the same negative experience at the hostess stand that I had previously. I may give the restaurant one more chance only due to the fact that they make good dishes.

Came for Christmas dinner, late reservation time (8:30 pm) may have been a factor. Prime rib was tasty, but got two small, shriveled sweet potatoes. Creme Brulee dessert was super thick, not creamy. For $49, I expected better.

We enjoyed it very much. Maverick made our night extra special.

Debbie and the rest of the gang were awesome as usual. Always a treat to go to this great steak house.

Been there a few times, was always good. Returned Christmas Day...Ordered rib eyes. Not sure what kind of meat was slapped on the plate...Tough as leather. Brussel sprouts were like golf balls. Good thing, they kept those rolls coming! We did not complain, as the server was great, and it was Christmas. Poor guy wasn't making money that day, due to the limited customers. We tipped well, left, said, "We're done with The Angry Butcher"!!

Hostess was very friendly. Manager walked by our table 4 times and never engaged. Service was slow. Food was lukewarm and some never arrived at all. We would try it again, maybe it was off because it was Christmas eve.

Had a lovely view “outside” facing the Mystic Falls. The food was delicious. My husband enjoyed his steak, and I LOVED the roasted chicken. The Bananas Foster Bread pudding hit it out of the park for us. Highly recommended, and look forward to visiting again.

Food & service was excellent!

Nice place. We went with the value cut Sirloin. It was obvious why it was cheapest. We should have sprung for a regular cut of meat at the higher prices. Peppercorn sauce made up for the steak.

The pork chop was a little over cooked, but the accompanying sauce was delicious as was the bed of sautéed spinach it was on. Sides are pricey, but portions are large enough to share. Very nice, sophisticated atmosphere.

Management must coach elderly male staff who rudely snap at prospective customers with unwarranted verbal abuse when simply asking for human assistance when NOBODY can be seen yet you know they're there. Please send secret shoppers & you'll see whom to fire.
Our waiter was a True Ambassador for your firm. He was friendly, suggestive of fares and had great humor. We'll be back for Christmas, but again, elderly, angry men need to go home because had we not had thick enough skin to get over him...we would've left...and then we wouldn't have sat on your patio, winning and dining - attracting your other guests to eat on the patio. So, even ONE RUDE JERK can take you all down. Food was Ace. Waiter was Perfect. God Bless You and Thank You.

Pricey for the quality of food and service. For the price, I expected much better response and care from my food server. The salad was very skimpy and I said something but was not addressed
Times are tough and we left her a good tip nonetheless.

I could have had that turkey dinner for 1/2 the price and just as good. My friend and I expected much more.
I chose your restaurant because I took a customer there a few weeks ago ( for my first time)and had a good experience.
The ambiance was very sterile and the service rushed.......
did not fit the bill.....sorry, being honest.....my friend returned the dinner after only a few bites.

Everything was excellent. This is our new "go to" upscale dining for all our out of town friends and family!

For what was supposed to be the high end steak house at Sam’s Town, I was somewhat disappointed. The ambience just wasn’t there. The restaurant was too bright and open to the casino. I had the cioppino and the mussels and crab didn’t taste fresh.

Professional staff and incredibly delicious food. Highly recommend the larger dry aged steaks for multiple cuts in one piece of meat. Sweet potato was a huge service and a little too sweet for our liking; chowder was a very solid soup. Some wine/bottle options are slightly more marked up than the food itself but somewhat expected for the venue type

Great food, exceptional service and beautiful ambiance.

The good was fabulous!!! Service outstanding!!! Price is about average to most steak houses. 4 people , no drinks , no desserts, Bill was 150.00 . Everything ,side dishes , salads, etc. All were a la carte. But I will return.

Fantastic food and great service. The braised beef short ribs are a MUST. Excellent atmosphere.
