First time, it was Father’s Day. The menu is limited, missing authentic Italian dishes, protein was extra. The pasta and Brussels sprouts were extremely salty. The cocktails were average, had to ask for large cubes when ordering an old fashioned(it’s standard), and they charged $8 for a Shirley Temple(it’s sprite!). It was not crowded so no excuse for the waiter to disappear and not check to see if we needed anything ..overall the food was subpar and service the same. They give a discount on parking which still cost $10. $150 for two people…definitely not worth it. Will not return.

Very limited (and sweet) cocktail list leaning hard on brown liquors. Food was ok, wasn't disappointing but also wasn't great. I'd give it another go and try more of the seafood items that I had to pass up on since my dinner guest cannot stand the smell of seafood.

While the service was excellent the wine could have been a bit better (only one Pinot Grigio option) & the only vegan option was a grilled cauliflower steak with no sauce or anything special…, pretty pricey for a head of cauliflower thrown in the grill

Food took 25 mins and we were the only ones there for brunch. Waitress we had was inattentive and was on her phone in the kitchen (which we could see) while we sat without our water (served at room temperature) for 15 mins. We stayed at the Kimpton and thought it would be convenient but we won’t make that mistake again

Really disappointed with meals. All main course meats were over cooked, the wine price for 12 dollar bottle of Kim Crawford was $55 and our server started out great then was nowhere to be found. Starters were good.

We had beet and arugula salad, as well as the mussels for appetizers. My husband had the grilled pork chop, and I had the fra diavolo pasta. All of which was delicious, except for my pasta the sauce was very good, however the pasta itself was under al dente. When I mentioned to the server he said it was meant to be that way versus offering to cook longer etc. Food and service were fantastic except for the formentioned.

It was a great brunch. Starting with the hostess, everyone was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and beautiful. The restaurant itself is lovely - its high ceiling contributing to the quiet. There was a baby not too far from us that I did not even notice until they were leaving. Will definitely return.

Our first and last time going to Angeline’s. Terrible customer service. My family and I waited over 40 minutes to receive our main courses, that being two pizzas and one pasta dish. We just ended up leaving. The waitress let the manager know and they didn’t even bother coming by to apologize. Very disappointing experience. 0/10 I do not recommend.

Had salad and pizza for dinner prior to a play. The Caesar salad was tasteless and the two pizzas were only warm with very little toppings on the margarita and prosciutto/arugula pizzas. Menu is limited.

Curtis our server was helpful & attentive and gave us plenty of space to enjoy our meal & chat. Emelia the bartender was "gameon" with our cocktails : Whiskey Sour & two other new drinks. Pizza was yummy , mozza was fabulous & bolognese delightful. Great neighborhood gem / we recently moved Uptown. Thanks team.

We were looking for a place on a Sunday before the theatre. The restaurant wasn't overly full. Service was good. Brussells Sprouts appetizer was very good. Pasta was OK, a little stodgy both for the Pepe e Cacio and the Salmon. Salmon was well cooked.

We were at Angeline's for after Easter sunrise breakfast when they opened at 8AM. The manager and wait staff were lovely, but the food was quite average. A request for soft scrambled eggs got hard scrambled that looked like powdered eggs. A flavorful omelette also looked like powdered eggs. The egg flavor was basically non-existent. An order for sausage patties produced undercooked bacon instead. To their credit, they brought the sausages as well. The sausage tasted pre-cooked and processed. The roasted potatoes were nice, and the cold wheat toast was tasty. The tomato jelly was excellent. It's pretty clear that breakfast isn't their thing, but with the Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel next door, they need to improve their game, especially at $14-16 per plate plus plus.

I went to celebrate my daughter birthday which I don't regret but the timing was terrible. Our reservation was at 1 o'clock on good Friday. When we arrived the place was EMPTY! I can't complain because we received the best service.
