   Went here for my Mothers bday & had the most gorgeous night. Our waiter Liam was outstanding & his service made our night. The food, wine, deserts & restaurant setting couldn’t find a fault. We’ll definately be back, thankyou.

   Food was authentic Italian, tasty and delicious from the starters to the mains. Waiter was attentive and knowledgeable also kept us informed about delays to food, was funny yet professional and added to a good night Place was a hive of activity which gave the restaurant a great atmosphere Organised chaos Will definitely be back

   The food was plentiful but I don’t know if management has changed because it’s not the same as it has been. Previously when you tick ‘birthday’ in the booking they come out with sparkle candles and sing happy birthday. That didn’t happen tonight (I ticked birthday occasion). The pizza was also burnt on the edges - not wood fired fluffy like it has been before (this has happened on a couple of occasions). Staff are nice but I miss the previous staff - a couple of times we were asked if we wanted cracked pepper or cheese and a couple of times I had to follow up as staff had forgotten. Not a massive stuff up but hasn’t happened before. Just not as good as it has been.

   The service was excellent, the food was really nice and it was warm enough with the heaters on to comfortably sit outside.

   Took a friend from interstate. Shared Entrees were amazing. Unfortunately that was the peak. Only 1 out of 4 main meals was hot! First two mains to come out were pasta dishes - the parmigiana melanzane was luke warm but my hubby's main - the crab ravioli special - was stone cold! And the veal our friend ordered was overcooked. To add to that the beer and soft drinks weren't cold. Very disappointing and embarrassing as we took our friend to Andiamo because she requested Italian and we thought it would be wonderful - it wasn't!

   Great food and a friendly atmosphere. Often come here for family celebrations. Can take dogs too if we sit outside.

   We enjoyed a lovely meal for Fathers Day! Service was attentive and efficient. Staff busy but friendly. Dishes were full of flavours and came out quickly on a very busy Father’s Day. Great touch was the beverage on the house for each Dad. Thank you!

   Not enough staff, cocktails didn’t come, felt rushed to order, waitress seemed nice but was rushed and seemed inexperienced. Quite expensive for what was pretty basic Italian you could make at home

   Beautifully presented - jewel in the crown of it’s location Great atmosphere Great food : portions more than adequate Now, if only the Wait Staff were just a ‘little more’ attentive?? Money spend is equal to Via Napoli. Based on that, VIA NAPOLI wins out as the better and authentic experience
