The atmosphere was perfect! Our server was wonderful, food spectacular and drinks were spot on! We will certainly return.
This was our second time going here. We had a great meal the first time but this was totally the opposite. It was very noisy and crowded and I think they just couldn’t keep up. Our waitress was good but the meals took forever. Portions were super small and the meal was extremely over cooked. I might give it another try based on our first experience. However, I think it’s going to depend on the night you visit and won’t be consistent. Considering how much the bill was I am not sure it’s worth the gamble.
Fantastic environment with amazing food and drink selection. The home made ice cream is a big hit. Save room.
The food for the price was subpar. The portions were very small. I have had the foundu twice now, the first time it was OUTSTANDING the second time, the portions were small the cauliflower and soft pretzel were not fresh.
Menu was very limited.
Food just okay compared to previous visits.
Restaurant itself beautiful.
Service was good.
Great service and fantastic food in a lovely setting. Outside seating is lovely.
Food was amazing and we had such a great waiter.
We celebrated our anniversary with Americus. The table was lovely, and service was superb. The restaurant is noisy, but once seated at our table, we had no issues with hearing each other. The charcuterie plate was amazing, and the raw oysters were fresh and lovely. The cocktail sauce is made in-house, and is exceptional. We also had the roasted chicken and the cioppino, both were very good. The burgers and fries arriving at other tables looked amazing. We will definitely return to try other menu options. This restaurant is well suited for a special celebration, but also great casual dining for groups.
Prices reflect a high end menu that is not reflected in the quality of the food. Don't get me wrong the food was good, just not compared to the price paid.
Our server/service was excellent.
Food was quite good. Cocktail menu was very limited. Despite having a Pomegranate 75 on the menu the bartender claimed not to have the ingredients to make a plain old French 75, which would require substituting lemon juice, lemon rind, and simple syrup for Pomegranate syrup. What bar doesn’t have lemons and simple syrup? Sangria and Malbec were ok. Blueberry port tasted like Robitussin. Noise level was deafening. Very hard to have a conversation. They are clearly short staffed and their servers are working very hard.
Very disappointing. 6 of the 8 in our party were dissatisfied with our meals. The Quinoa Veggie Bowl entree was the size of a small appetizer. One salmon meal was served raw with an incorrect side and the rigatoni was so salty it was inedible. We were told the kitchen was understaffed but that dinner was unacceptable. They did comp the salmon.
We went minigolfing and then out to eat. WE had a lovely hostess (Lindsay) who sat us outside as we requested. I had a delicious salad (the sauvignon blanc dressing was great) and my husband loved his pizza. The location is lovely.
Outstanding view and delicious food! Great date location or evening out with a group of friends.
Nothing to rave about; server had too many tables but did a good job. Wine was average but expensive and noise level high indoors.
Excellent food and service
We arrived early and were seated which was great. I ordered BLT burger and it arrived but the fries were mildly warm to cold and had to send back; kept the burger and started eating which was cooked perfectly. My husband ordered a pizza and had to ask for a plate. Waitress suggested a wine to try which I appreciated.
I will try again.
Another enjoying date with my bride. Service was excellent again. The sea food chowder is to die for. Great old fashion drink too
They have very limited options if you have a need for gluten free. But the GF quinoa and roasted veggies (I added chicken) I had last night was so good I didn’t feel like I was missing out.
We always love the food and atmosphere at Labelle!!!! The servers are AWESOME!!!
Delicious food, friendly staff. I would have appreciated being asked if I wanted anything non alcoholic to drink before we got the bill, but honestly everything was very nice and we didn't feel rushed out while we were chatting after the meal. I think it's definitely worth going back. Also the house wines are fantastic and there's a nice option for wine flights if you don't know what to pick.
Waiter and service was spectacular. I got the filet which was a good cut, but I was not a fan of the seasoning. My wife thought her meal was ok, but not outstanding.
My daughter and I had a very enjoyable dinner last night. The cheese plate, french onion soup, and chocolate fondue were delicious. Our server Josiah was the best!
Expensive for quality and quantity of food.
Amazing dinner vibes on the patio. Service was great. The cheese board and shrimp cocktail were delicious. We will be back!
Delightful experience went for our anniversary and got the anniversary package. Waitress superb as was the meal. Highly recommend for special night. The bar area is also very nice fun with good wines and apps.
First time and we were not disappointed. Good food, great service. We'll definitely be making reservations again.
Amazing dinner with great food! Ryan, who was our server gave us a 5 star experience. Farm to table food with New England flare. We will be back.
Selection was not great. Food needed more seasoning, not much flavor in the food. Pricing was high compared to other restaurants in the area.
The service at Americus is outstanding. The meal choices are interesting and tasty. The autumn soup was probably the best soup I’ve ever had (I hope they will sell it at The Market!). I don’t usually like local NH wines but I tried the white flight and all three wines were delicious )and didn’t give me a headache). We will definitely return many more times.
Ashley was a wonderful, attentive waitress. Party of 12 for my birthday 6:30pm. Food finally arrived 9pm and lukewarm. We were all starving so we shoved it down. Some couldn’t even eat their meal. And a simple salad with dressing on the side was served drenched in dressing. The manager tried to make up for it with chocolate fondues for the table. Huge miss with that oily fondue, I think that will be my first and last fondue in my life. A lot of great potential if the food was served hot. As a pescatarian some dishes Didnt describe the meat content.
They did just open and the pandemic short staff might be the issue too. I would try them again in the spring. Best of luck.
Sat outside on the patio and everything from the ambiance service and food was great
Overall just an okay experience; slow service. It took over 10 minutes to be greeted by our waiter. We put in drink orders and an appetizer order. She said she’d bring waters. Shrimp appetizer arrived about 20 minutes after being seated. Still no drinks. At 25 minutes since sitting, we finally got water and waiter apologized for back up at bar; one bartender had cut a finger. 30 minutes to get a wine flight and one mixed drink is excessive. Our food selections were just okay. My meatloaf while flavorful but was pan fried in oil so outside was greasy and dry. My husband steak frites was just average compared to other restaurants and nothing to come back for. We shared an apple crisp and it was huge; definitely enough to split with someone. We did get a nice round of champagne for our anniversary which was a nice and appreciated touch due to the slow service. Our waiter seemed to have too many tables and was overwhelmed, couldn’t keep orders straight even coming back and asking what we’d like for entrees when we had already placed our order. The ambience and decor is lovely though. I’ll let them work out their kinks and give them another try down the road.
Very nice ambiance and food & service was good! Bar set up looks awesome!
Our experience at Americus was great! The food was delicious, the ambiance beautiful, but best of all was the service. I wish I could remember her name because our server was amazing! She was lovely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She made us feel very welcome, knew the menu and wines inside and out, and made great recommendations. Kudos to our server and special thanks for taking our picture and making our second date memorable!
We had done the wine tasting prior to dinner. Good to figure out our favorite to have with our meal. Hush puppies were great along with meatloaf and bolgonese pasta dish. Enjoyed our wine too. Service was great. Ryan took great care of us. Americus is definitely one of my favorites. Can't wait to go back.
The evening was quiet and lovely. Our server was very attentive, the dinner was delicious, and all of the wine was phenomenal! We cannot wait to go back.
Was a great night… good food and great wine .. we’ll definitely go again
Well we had a nice experience our waitress was very good, Food quality can use some consistency and the quantity especially for the appetizers was very small
Poor service due to lack of employees. Would have sent back my burger, but waitress had no time to check on us. It was too rare. Awesome atmosphere, but very loud.
The waitress was fabulous. The food coming out was over an hour wait . 3 people ordered the lobster Mac and cheeses with no lobster meat . The manger came over and went back to the kitchen to bring more lobster meat half over later our pasta was already cold at that point. The dishes should have been brought back to the kitchen to fix the mistake. That was our first time there and would not recommend or come back. I do understand that we are in COVID times but this should have been handled differently.
