Disappointing as they only offered a set menu
We booked on the understanding that the menu on line was on offer
Only 3 tables dining 6 people in total
Food wasn't great at all

We enjoyed a lovely meal prior to the production of on your feet, good food, excellent service, and a short walk to the theatre 😁

Great idea to link set meal with the show. We really enjoyed the Cuban menu. Our only disappointment was that the show finished earlier than expected and we were not allowed to enter the restuarant we had to wait 20 minutes. The service was excellent, restaurant lovely except for cheap looking wooden salt & pepper pots on tables. Would recommend to others.

We had a lovely meal prior to the theatre performance. We were properly looked after by the staff who were very attentive, helpful and welcoming. The food was fantastic, it looked and tasted great. The food was also delivered in a timely fashion. The dining room is a lovely wood panelled room and there is a calm quiet ambience. Hard to fault and all for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Excellent food, service and attentive staff.
We were celebrating my son & daughters birthdays and the staff presented their desserts with happy birthday piped on plates. A very nice touch.
Will definitely book again when visiting theatre.

Amazing restaurant hidden away on the lower ground floor. Absolute gem and the staff were very professional, attentive and helpful. The table was ours for the evening and we returned for desert and wine.
Will return again and again.

Nice venue to start your evening especially as you go straight to your seat afterwards. We were offered desserts and coffees for the interval but chose have them with the meal and not return from our seats instead.

The welcome, attentiveness and service were all excellent, the meal was OK but the better dishes all had supplements on top.

Unsure if we'd revisit, but glad we tried it and it added value to what was a great evening.

What a fantastic secret inside the London Colisium.
Such an intimate dining experience and superd food.
Marry and the waiting staff were so attentive, have not received such a professional and friendly service at 4 star restaurants.
Thank you so much for ensuring the night started with such a highlight.

We pre warned them that we are lactose intolerant and as soon as we sat down were taken through the menu and how the kitchen could adapt most dishes to suit us. Brilliant! The menu was themed to the show and the food excellent - my cauliflower main was truly special. Great location and not that expensive considering. Definitely would eat there again and nothing to do with forgetting my wallet and my wife having to pay!

The food was excellent (only needed the addition of sauce, gravy or jus with well thought out flavours to make the meal match my favourite restaurant). Ambience, décor and manner of the staff were all lovely. The best part of it is that once you have arrived there is no stress about being at the theatre on time for the performance. Coming back to your table at the interval with the dessert and coffee ready for you feels like pure decadence. Wonderful.

A wonderful experience! Both of us dining had food intolerances which had been notified at the time of booking. We arrived a bit early and were almost instantly greeted by the waitress who ran through all the dishes on the menu alerting each of us to the items we couldn’t eat. There was still plenty of choice and the menu itself was really enticing, themed to the Man of La Mancha performance we were about to see. The food was delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented. Back for dessert in the interval. Our dining experience made the whole evening for us and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the American Bar to anyone wanting to dine in style. First class all round.
