Incredible coffee, fantastic food and friendly service. My favourite place in Adelaide for breakfast/lunch.

We booked a table but they couldn’t find the booking then found us a table. While we were eating I got a call from them asking if I was coming in for my booking. Food presentation was fabulous but my sisters pancakes were dry and my felafel was not great. Overall experience was ok but not something we would rush back for.

Ordered the GF bacon benny and it was delicious. Always great service and fabulous food presentation

The food was excellent and the service was friendly.

Was way too noisy, we could hardly hear ourselves over the music. Plus we didn't get our coffee for half an hour! Not a great experience.

Having worked in the industry for over 10 years it is not always easy to meet expectations let alone surpass them. This Alimentary has become my current favourite brunch spot in Adelaide the food is always fresh, packed full of flavour, great value and stunning to look at! The staff are always phenomenal even when they are busy which is almost always every time I come in and it’s not surprising why!

The perfect menu - breakfasts, all day breakfasts and lunch. Outstanding, wholesome food that is beautifully presented.

Experienced the pina colada pancakes & far out there was a party going on in my mouth with all of the flavours!!! The only thing that would make this dish better would be to add a little more mango sauce. I found the 2nd/3rd pancake to be a bit dry as the sauce hadn't really gone beyond the top pancake. But other than that this dish was amazing!!!!

We have been going to Alimentary for many years now (started going when it was The Edge). We love the ‘feel’ of the place and it’s general busyness.
Yesterday we asked to be moved to one of the newer spaces at the rear as we had been seated next to the coffee machine. (Much too noisy for our catch-up).
Food was spectacular as usual (a mixup with a meal was sorted quickly)

The only issue you will have is deciding what to order, because everything is delicious. The service was quick and friendly and the ambience was relaxing.

Been a few times. Food nice and fresh. Staff are young and a couple have attitudes and forget they are in a service industry. Overall was enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing! The food was so great, I shared the pina colada pancakes and the scrambled eggs with a hashbrown added with my daughter and they were perfect. Honestly, they were sooo good and I recommend everyone go and try them.
