   We all had something different. Enchiladas, fajitas, jalapeno pepper apps, guacamole and chips and salsa. All very fresh and good. My nephew was celebrating his 40th bday and they sang to him and gave him a free desert.

   Great service. Had excellent fish tacos and shrimp bowl. They could provide more than a few chips with the chips and salsa. A little loud but has a vibrant vibe.

    Waitress was nice but kept forgetting some things we asked for. Noise level was so loud caused by a group at a high table which the manager pulled aside and I am guessing asked to calm down as they did and it was much better after that. The group was obnoxious until then. Food was great. Just not the best experience service wise.

    This is a lovely restaurant. Every time we stay in St Thomas we eat here. Service was excellent. Usually our dinner experience is great. This time unfortunately it was average. The ceviche was disappointing. Our entrees were an average. Drinks were yummy. I’ll certainly be back hoping this was an off night.

    The food, service and ambience were amazing! My only complaint was the they shorted the ceviche and made it look like more by piling lettuce under it in the bowl. Everything tasted amazing though! Fresh ingredients from the salsa, ceviche, tacos and margaritas.

    The server took our order but forgot to place it in the computer so we sat for 45 minutes waiting for our food. When it came, it was mediocre and wrong (one meal we ordered was we steak nachos but there was no steak on them). The waiter didn’t check in with us until we were nearly finished. The manager then came over to talk with us but only wanted to know what happened. He didn’t apologize or offer to make it right. After explaining to him what happened he just said OK and walked off. Bad service, bad management, so loud inside we couldn’t hear each other speak. Not good.

    We have previously had excellent service and food but this time it was not a great experience. We ordered the queso with chorizo. The queso was delivered after a very long wait - cold and without chorizo. When we mentioned it to the waiter he did not respond - he just walked away and maybe another ten minutes went by when someone brought us a cup of chorizo and told us to stir it into the now even colder queso. No thanks. So we sent back the entire appetizer - but still got charged for it on the bill. LWe also ordered cocktails which a few nights earlier were presented nicely and with garnish. This time no garnish/fruit whatsoever. The rest of the food was good but the service remained lacking. My margarita was empty for quite some time and the waiter never came to ask about another cocktail until we were ready to pack up and go. I would have had another if he’d asked within a reasonable timeframe but at that point I just wanted to leave. Thai was a total bummer because our service just a few nights earlier had been stellar.

    Service was very friendly and attentive. Food and margaritas were excellent. My meal came out incorrectly and they were quick to make it right which was appreciated. The only downfall was being charged for condiments like salsa. Other than that it was great!

    Too bad we have to go to the USVI to get good Mexican, but very glad that we made the stop. Good vegetarian options too for my wife. Don't miss the excellent salsa!

    I know serving a large party can be difficult however this is a vacation island so we were assuming they would be able to accommodate eight people. Everyone’s orders came out at a different time which is unacceptable especially when our bill was over $500. People had been finished eating for over 45 minutes and some of us were just getting our meals. The kids meals were extremely frustrating because the portions were chemically small and everything was billed to us individually. So the steak tacos my daughter ordered came with two pieces of steak four tortillas and if she wanted cheese or lettuce (which was listed on the menu was an additional $14. ) drinks took a painfully long time and again we had two children with us which both ordered fruit punch they told us there was no refills so they brought one glass of fruit punch and told them to split it however we were charged for two eight dollar fruit punches. For such a busy place you would think they would be able to handle basic addition and subtraction but apparently this is not the case. There is one bathroom which is unisex so prepared to wait but that seems to be the general consensus everywhere in this restaurant. We will not be returning to this restaurant when we return to the island in a few weeks.

    The food was not great. Our food was cold and the meat was chewy. Our service was not great, we had to ask for silverware and plates. When we ask for drink recommendations the bartender said “I don’t know, all I drink is whisky and water”

    Overall, the place was good, but nothing special. Food was on the "bland" side. We had 3 appetizers which were on the small side for the price and the food was slightly above average. I'm a bit of a food snob, so I am more on the critical side. We also tried one of their other restaurants, Caribbean Fish Market which was excellent. Also, we had tacos at Lime Out the day before, and that set the bar which Agave could not measure up to on flavor.

    A lady jumped in front of everyone and said she had a reservation and was seated first before everyone in line gave us a bad taste in our mouth to start. Margaritas was good. Service was ok. The carnitas were super salty and no pineapple. A little sugar would have made it so much better.
