Outstanding meal. A little expensive, but I knew that before we went. Great service and atmosphere. Will go back next time we are in Atlanta. Get the peach for dessert!!

Outstanding, outstanding, outstanding! We dined at AG, Modern on my husband's last birthday in his sixties and from the time we called ahead and spoke with the hostess, Jennifer regarding valet parking, to the end of the evening, the entire staff treated him like he was "King for a Day"!! Our waiter, Timothy, was so knowledgeable from the wine list to recommendations regarding menu choices, he made the evening unforgettable!!
Had a fabulous dinner. Desserts were amazing and a must get. Our server was very good! Will be back.
Food and service was impeccable. The most disappointing thing was the lack of dress code enforcement. Business casual is NOT jeans/sweatpants/Sweatshirts/baseball hats and t shirts. Kind of ruined the night since we made the effort.

During the order, we just order main entrees and that is all we want. However, the server gave me an impression to order more like a side menu, and appetizer. If we needed side menu or appetizer, we probably order it. Our steak was not the value we paid for.
I was able to secure a reservation for Valentines Day when several restaurants were booked, which I was thankful for.
Our seating was at 6:15 but being new to Atlanta I didn’t anticipate the traffic problem on a Friday night. Knowing we would be late I called and they were very gracious to us, and saved a real nice booth for us. We were 30 minutes late yet were given great service from the minute we walked in.
After having cocktails we each chose a different steak. My date ordered filet and I ordered the New York strip, They were prepared to our liking and the sides we had were also delicious. The ambiance of this restaurant was impressive and our server, Phillip, was such a pleasure the entire evening.
Good food but very pricey for a hotel meal.

Being in Atlanta, you never know when the traffic bug will jump up and delay you. We arrived about 25 minutes late, but the table we ready. We needed to be out the door and on our way to a concert about 70 minutes. We shared that with the waiter and he made sure our orders were taken shortly, and without any rush, served an excellent meal.

special of the day bone in ribeye with crab oscar well the beef was not marbled and the crab was either canned or not fresh it tasted strange did not eat it . service was decent

The AG at the Ritz Carlton is a great place to eat. The service is 5-star, what you would expect at the Ritz. It got me thinking that I should only eat at 5-star locations for the service alone. I had a business breakfast here with colleagues - we were focused on the day's meeting so we did not get to fully relax and enjoy the restaurant but I still took notice of the food and service - again, both great!

Wine: Missed several wine orders. We just never received them. (It took 2-3 asks to receive a drink.)
Service: A lot left to be desired. He sold us on 2 sides and a lobster tail at the time of our order. When our entrée was served we reminded him on 2 different occasions to bring the 2 sides and the lobster tail. We did received the tail in time to have with our dessert! Never saw the sides; but, he didn’t forget to charge us for them!
Food: The food we did receive was delicious; however, they will not be my go to for steak.
Dessert: The GA Peach was fantastic!
Note: We expected more from a Ritz restaurant.

The service with this particular waiter is not good. It is not the first time he has been our waiter. He is arrogant and not attentive. He has been there for many years- I will definitely request a differed section if I dine there again as he has been this way every time. There was no attention paid to our table by anyone else as well to fill water or clear plates etc. which made it seem even worse this time. I expect a higher lever of service ( in this dining experience ANY service) at this restaurant based on prior experiences there and the class of restaurant they place themselves in.
Left a bracelet at the table Called 30 min later. “They couldn’t find it”. Very valuable bracelet. I would understand if this was Hooters !
Great food and service. Especially like how you can do half orders of most of the menu items!
Overall the service was terrible. The host and the waiter were rude, absent, or maybe just burned out - but the result was a 4 hour debacle.

Service was good but unfortunately one order of salmon wasn’t fully cooked. It was sent back, and the second was also undercooked. Meal was comped and free dessert given with many apologies. My salmon meal was flavorful though salmon was slightly dry but overall it was tasty. Filet mignon was delicious; yet it was ordered as medium and arrived more medium-rare but no need to send back to the kitchen. I’d certainly come again, just think the kitchen was a little off tonight.
Our only disappointment was making a reservation for the buffet and they dis not have it the day we visited. However everything else was marvelous and very detail was managed beautifully.
we had such an amazing experience at AG. The food, service, and experience were all stellar. It was a very quiet, romantic, and intimate setting. We would not hesitate to go back here again.

Food was good, but not as great as some have come to claim. Service was a whole other story. Not good at all would be an understatement.
Ignored for long spells, and one server could not speak a lick of English to save himself. Sorry to be so critical of it, but if my establishment was to put someone front and center like that we make certain that they can communicate clearly and properly. Very embarrassing to have to ask someone to repeat themselves several times over.
For a high end hotel like the Ritz to have this poor dining rest as part of their service is short sighted. We had two meals at AG and both were horrible and inedible. For lunch we shared the smoked salmon which arrived with a cold bagel and the salmon was brown as if it was left out for several days. When we told our server we were advised that’s how is comes. After the peach bowl we returned for dinner and I ordered the Iceberg salad which was half a head of lettuce with very little blue cheese or bacon. After two bites I was done. Next we shared for the AG bakes potato where we were told it was huge and should be shared. What arrive was a quarter of a potato each lacking any toppings. You should be ashamed to call your self a restaurant
In town for Peachbowl. They didn't seem ready for the crowds. Food was warm, sides not cooked as well as could be.

Food was mediocre at best and service was unforgivable. For a dinner at a price point of over $150 per head there was no excuse for an experience that quite frankly took the enjoyment out of our Christmas night. Our server came to our table a maximum of 5 times throughout the 2 hour meal, and after food arrived did not check on us for at least 15 minutes, meanwhile the restaurant was maybe 3/4 full by the time we left and not even 1/2 full when we arrived. I've never had such a poor service experience at a fine dinning restaurant. The only time he was hovering around the table was after he dropped the check, which was rather uncomfortable given the quality of service we received. There was a table of over a 15 people (different waiter) who was seated 15 minutes after us that got through their entire meal and finished 30 minutes before us, despite us ordering before they even sat down. In terms of food the octopus appetizer was slimy and chewy, the steak which was ordered medium rare was tough and chewy (very well done) around the outside (1.5 cm in) and ice cold in the center, the asparagus was stringy and overcooked that had no flavor. The mushrooms and Mac and Cheese were good as well as the peach dessert, but that was about it. The Ritz should be ashamed and think twice about associating this quality of dinning with their name brand. Complete disappointment.
