Fabulous wait staff. My sister and I celebrated our mom’s 100th birthday, we come here May 18 each year. Staff gifted us a sweet tiny cupcake with a candle. So thoughtful and appreciated.

Lovely from beginning to end. Beautiful lobby. Unique furnishing and tea pots. Everyone was well dressed and well mannered, even the teenager birthday parties. We look forward to doing this again?

We took our mother to afternoon tea to celebrate her birthday. It was completely unexpected and perfect. Our family loves experimenting with different teas, and this was a wonderful environment to relax and try different teas and catch up with each other.

The atmosphere is so beautiful and makes the occasion feel fancy and special. The food was delicious (especially the lemon curd with the scones) and great price for a full pot of high-quality tea. There is a gluten-free plate of treats you can get, which was also delicious. We sat looking out at the courtyard and fountain and it was gorgeous. Service was great. The only issue was that where we were sitting, the classical music was very loud. Otherwise, five stars.

I took my Mother for afternoon tea at the O'Henry. We had a wonderful time. This is as close to a true British afternoon tea that I have found. The tea is held in the lobby of the hotel and is served seated in overstuffed lobby chairs. These can be a bit problematic for older people with mobility issues, but otherwise it is a very comfortable setting. No forks are provided and some of the tea items are sticky, so I would suggest that forks or finger bowls be provided. Don't eat lunch before you come for tea, and expect not to want much, if any, dinner afterwards. Overall it was a lovely experience.

We come to the Tea fairly often and we have never had to wait 45 minutes to get our food until yesterday. It is normally very quiet and relaxing, however, yesterday it was crowded and loud. The waitress forgot one of items on the tray, so she replaced it, but used my knife to put it on my plate. Normally, this would be fine, but it landed upside down and I told her to leave it. But, she continued to try to fix it correctly after I told her 3 times to leave it. With covid still present, I really do not like someone using my utensils to fix it.

My daughter and I had a very pleasant experience. The wait staff were polite and helpful (though a little slow coming back for our check). It was our first time doing afternoon tea, but we will certainly return.

I took a friend here for her birthday. Lovely experience. The only thing to improve is to have had a tea that was brewed with actual tea leaves. Mine was just a tea bag brewed.

Following our spa at the Grandover Resort, I surprised my friend with tea. We were celebrating her birthday! I was not expecting the tea to be part of the Hotel lobby. The seating was quite comfortable and inviting which I did appreciate. I especially appreciated the attention of the servers who were always a brief nod away, and our server, Julia(Julie) who was gracious and congenial, knowledgeable and helpful. For the vegetarian in me, Julie was most helpful in making choice suggestions. Bianca and I lavished the ambiance of the space to the extent we weren’t aware that we were there 2.5 hrs, sipping tea, talking, and at the end, being serenaded by a piano serenade. Looking forward to our next visit!

Awesome experience. Definitely a do over. We had so much fun. Just a minor suggestion to make it even better. It would be great if the servers new some history of afternoon teas. Just as an added effect. But not necessary. Just a suggestion.

The tea for my daughter and me was so enjoyable. I was even given a piece of birthday cake with a candle for the occasion. Service was very sweet and prompt and the food was delightful. We will definitely be back on a more regular basis.

We had a lovely tea service in a beautiful hotel lobby. O’Henry is the perfect setting for afternoon tea. Our server was attentive, patient and very knowledgeable. The tea was perfectly steeped and well balanced. The bite sized appetizers and sweets were served in a 3 tiered plater and were delicious. I will be coming back for certain!
