Staffs were friendly but needs to be more attentive with serving more water. Wasn't a very busy night either. Food was fair, can't really complain much about steak night with the price, the steak was quite chewy and hard to chew despite ordering Medium Rare. It's not a rump cut but scotch, so it shouldn't be that hard to chew. Can't complain much, but that's just an honest review.

I find the service is always good, but when it’s bad it’s a disaster. Our host seems to be new in her role, which I understand and appreciate. Just a few feedbacks for her. Please familiarise herself with proper table service, do give us a different sets of cutlery when the entrée is done; and if she decides to keep them on the table at least have the dignity to place them nicely. I hate with passion when people leave the dirty cutlery bare on the table. We are not savages, you get the idea. I ordered my usual steak with bone marrow. The bone was there without marrow, I asked for some clarification. Don’t treat your customers like a fool telling them the bone was only for decoration and there was no marrow, it was the 3rd time that week I had your steak. You guys did fix promptly which I appreciate. Then the main came with our salad to share, but there was no cutlery for us to share the salad. She came back 10 mins after with two spoons as if we were having dessert. Then when I paid, she gave me the receipt for table A but overcharged me for table B. I didn’t even realise until she called me back after we had left the restaurant. I appreciate the honesty so I came back for her to fix it. Then when fixing the bills, you guys asked me to tap the card again without proper explanation that I had to pay again and wait for the refund to come thru in next few days. To top the cake, staff had the audacity to ask for tip. Please review your service.

It’s disappointing as we saw rats in the restaurant and inform the manager about this, yet the manager only explained as in the day they open the windows,and they can do NOTHING about the rat.

The Italian we had server was fantastic, he was super friendly and was making sure we were happy constantly and he was funny too! Great atmosphere, amazing cocktails and food was great too... a bit expensive but worth it.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile ! Excellent service , great coffee and delicious food ! We had the corn cake which was fantastic would love to know where they got their pickle from it was amazing !

Overall experience is good. Love the vibrant atmosphere and service. I wish more options in the menu. Lamb main dish was very chewy and rubbery - wouldn't recommend or order this dish again.

Not great, spend your money somewhere else, we have hundreds of places to choose from in Melbourne. Was mostly just ignored by our waiter. Our food order never reached the kitchen, quickly resolved by another poor waitress, but when mine arrived it wasn’t what I’d ordered. Also didn’t get water we initially asked for. We never saw our waiter again for the rest of our time. Sitting over empty cups and glasses we had to request our bill, twice. Definitely felt invisible. PS I worked for many years as a waiter.
