3Eleven Kitchen and Cocktails
Let me say.... Mecca.... AMAZING and so were the drinks. Scott was GREAT, allowed us to enjoy ourselves to the fullest for Sunday Brunch. The food could have a little more flavor but I enjoyed it. I am a Louisiana girl so I keep a little seasoning.
Some of the best food that I have had in years. Gnocchis to die for.
Our server, Isaac, made us feel so special! He was thoroughly entertaining, professional, appropriate, and attentive at all the proper times. A very perceptive server/bartender. The food was fantastic too. We mostly went for the liquid diet ;) , but our appetizer plates left the table basically licked clean. Loved my experience here.
The restaurant is very cute and it has a great ambiance but my food was burnt and when bringing this up to my server she simply apologized and never offered to replace at least the food that was burnt. This was very disappointing because I was here for a birthday dinner and me and my friend food was burnt and they have great reviews but they did not live up to my expectation.
I love the ambulance of this place. The First Lady drink is so refreshing. I love everything about this place.
Amazing! I am so glad I found this place. I had the crab cake and the bacon Caesar salad which were both delicious
Great steaks, drinks and service!
Food and drinks are really great. The hand crafted cocktails were amazing. We had the short rib and the gnocchi - both very good.
Food and service were great!
Great location in the heart of the West End. I ate there with my two children for lunch. The service was quick, attentive, and outstanding. The food prices were great, and I was pleasantly surprised by this. I order a steak bowl with rice and vegetables. The steak was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back to this restaurant.
Loved the roasted Brussels sprout chips. Delicious!
Excellent food & innovative cocktails with West End location next to Dart rail's West End station. We had the Shrimp & Crab Dip appetizer with cocktails, Surf & Turf for my husband and Open-Faced Shrimp & Crab Tacos for me, and Cheesecake for dessert. Everything was delicious, and service was excellent.
We were seated upstairs as a large group so it was quiet. We had 2 servers, 1 good, 1 fair. Food was delicious and presented well. Checking out was a slow and painful process and almost made us late for event at American Airlines Center even when we asked for checks as food was delivered. We would choose somewhere else next time.
I made a reservation for a party of 19 people. Because of it's size, I called the restaurant to confirm they received our opentable reservation. They said they had our reservation and we were all set. Upon arrival, it was clear they did not have a table for us. After waiting several minutes, the manager came to me to try to explain that because the other tables all arrived late he did not have a table for us. Instead, he put my large party out on the patio. I then heard him ask a server to take our drink orders and the server told him he couldn't handle another table. A few more minutes went by and the manager came out to take our order. Of the 5 appetizers ordered, we only ever received two. I ended up getting on the phone and finding another restraurant to accomodate us. There was a party of 30 that came in behind us that did not have table available for them either.
I was excited to try this restraunt. The food looked great and I liked the ambiance of the interior. Unless they can learn to manage a restraunt properly, though, they will continue to have problems. I was guaranteed a table and my party showed up on time. Just because the tables before us were late does not mean that my dinner guests should have suffered the consequences.
Our entrees came out cold. Over half of us had to request that our meal be reheated. Some of the drinks that were ordered were not right. The waiter and another gentleman rushed us through dinner. They stated around 7 that we had to be out by 8, because there was another party coming in. At that time we didn't even have our entrees served to us.
Britney that you for the help with planning. You were friendly and stayed in constant contact with me.
I made reservations through this app and the restaurant didn’t have it. Also, I came for brunch so I got there around 1-ish, and they said they only had a dinner menu.
Food was below average and took an hour and a half to be served
It was absolutely horrible. We waited for over an hour once we ordered our food. Came out cold and overcooked. Spoke with manager. He didnt care. Tried to justify why.
The server and the ambiance were great. It was very loud (there was a DJ). Not great for a group wanting to converse. The kitchen was the slowest EVER. Took over an hour to get our food. Kitchen manager acted like we were unreasonable asking him what the delay was. They were not overly busy. No discount was offered on our food. But they told us “we didn’t have to tip,” which is terrible because our server worked very hard. The restaurant manager should have taken ownership of their kitchen’s failure to deliver in a timely fashion instead of trying to punish the server for their shortcomings. Poor management. I recommend SMALL parties even though they have seating for large tables.
Valentines Day Date!
Great food. Salmon was amazing with lemon dill cream sauce. Burger was great and deviled eggs appetizer were delicious.
Service was great. Everyone was attentive and quick.
The cost was $87 for those 3 items and club sodas. No cocktails and no dessert at lunch time.
Service and attitude from all of the staff was top notch! This place attracts a friendly clientele. As a solo diner sitting at the bar I had a great time meeting new friends and sharing fun stories. Bravo 3Eleven!
When we walked in the hostess was at the bar inappropriate with a customer.
Overall Poor service in a loud, too casual atmosphere.
Twice the waitress walked to our table with someone else’s dirty plate and then wine glass in hand.
My friend ordered a Dark Stormy drink and they used white rum instead, insisting it was dark (I’m not blind).
They didn’t have items in the kitchen that I ordered from the menu.
I would certainly not return here or recommend this restaurant.
Fabulous Cocktails and Food. Small portions. Owner was great making sure all was good. Seating is very limited and cramped but inline with other restaurants in the area.
This place feels much more like a bar than a restaurant - it's dark with neon light glow from the bar, its very loud and the service was not good. I ordered a Caesar Salad with grilled shrimp which was served on a salad plate (smallish) and cost $20. This was not a good value for the size of the dish. My husband ordered the turkey burger and he said is was OK, especially the sweet potato fries. We will not return.
The food, service, atmosphere were ashl excellent!
Food was good but pricey. And, for some in our party, the food was lukewarm. Had to send it back. And, what came back out was not worth the $15 for two eggs split on an English muffin with a dollop of hollandaise sauce and some potatoes.
Service was super slow. Not enough servers and/or runners. Our server could not keep up.
The staff was not familiar with the drink menu at all. The food was not great.
We made a reservation but they seemed pretty short staffed, so we waited without acknowledgement for quite a while. The food was incredibly good but it was so terribly loud, it was difficult to converse over dinner. I would take advantage of the outdoor dining if I were to return.
Always good energy and vibes! Love the atmosphere. Thanks for everything
First time in and really enjoyed! Will definitely be back soon.
The server was friendly and knowledgeable. My second drink was the wrong one from what our server said that the bartender said but the corrected it. My wife’s steak came out too rare so she sent it back and it was still too rare. Not for me, though, so she ate the more cooked outside and took the rest home for leftovers which should be done just right once she microwaves it. Once I got home I found that even though the happy hour discounts were on the itemized receipt they weren’t applied. Overall nice place with good food and drinks but hit and miss.
I enjoyed my time visiting this restaurant. The experience was awesome!
Our waitress was amazing. Spinach appetizer was not all great. I ordered a burger to play it safe. We went for lunch. I really believe they should extend brunch to 2 or 4pm for late starters. Place is very cute for private events.
Seemed disorganized. Took beverage orders and others in our party of six received second servings of beverage before I received a first beer. I was told the bartender forgot to open the can.... Calamari appetizer was good; crab cake was a single crab cake, broccoli chips were sweetened with a balsamic vinegarete. The chips left a lot to be desired. Entree was baked chicken with mashed potatoes and jalapeño corn. It was pretty good but once again, it was served about half way through everyone else had eaten their food. Several other misses like one steak dinner that requested shrimp with meal didn’t get shrimp until plate was finished. Another order had shrimp but wasn’t ordered.
Overall food was decent but servers need training.
The service was average - there was not the typical attempt to refill water and we will note that the table next to us received a great deal of attention, perhaps they were regulars. The ambience and location are great. Unfortunately the cut of the steaks that we had were not very good and when you compare it to what you could get at a chain say Outback Steakhouse or Saltgrass they are much better. Additionally the restaurant was so cold that it was almost unbearable. We also think that contributed to why the steak was cold when it came out.
Amazing food and ambiance!! Came to eat with my family and the food was delicious!! Started with the tasty crab cake, then filet Mignon with yummy potatoes and ended with the chocolate cake. Everything was goooood! The First Lady drink was just the perfect taste of sweet! The kids also loved their food! The waiters were friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend this restaurant.
Celebrating my wife's birthday with a party of ten. 1st class service and food. Thanks for helping make the night special!
Judging from the positive reviews on Open Table, I'm guessing my experience may be due to them being understaffed on Christmas night. No food for 30 minutes, not even bread or rolls. Finally my entree came, before my appetizer. They were already out of bread pudding by 6:45pm and had only one available dessert selection. I won't be back.
