Service was good. Waiter was attentive. Pushed appetizer specials that he said were popular dishes. They were less then appealing and not very good. $25 jar drinks were all juice no alcohol. We left and went to another restaurant after we used the bathroom which was a disgusting mess.

Our first time at 317 Main, excellent! Hand sanitizer and baskets of individual hand wipes all around. All precautions taken and we felt very comfortable.
Great menu and so many different types of food. Something for everyone in a group. Our server was great and we were also checked on by the manager, busboy checked to see if we needed anything and the chef came to see how we liked our dishes. Steak cooked perfectly, delicious short ribs. We’ll be back!

317 never fails in their food and ambiance, even during COVID. Had shrimp tacos for lunch on a hot and humid Tuesday and they were so refreshing. Have never been disappointed.

We were seated right away, all tables were spaced out and when someone left, a person came a sanitized everything and put a tag on table that it was done.

We booked our reservations on open table for 11am. Manager personally called me saying they don’t open til 12 but they’d try to get the kitchen staff tp try and come in to our original reservation time. Not only was the brunch and cocktails good, chef and other managers came to talk to my friends and I and had a friendly conversation. Would absolutely eat here again !!

Just not we thought it would be. It was just OK for us. And we have been too many places. Remember HUSH up the block? They are gone too. And they were supposed to be like this place. Good luck to the owner here. Just was not our cup of tea.

the meal was excellent. Portions just right. With the high ceilings it can be a little noisy but nothing unbearable. the wait staff was very attentive and pleasant. We'll definitely be back again.

This was my first time there. Menu is incredibly varied, so will be going back to try other things. Had a special of roasted snapper, which was fine, but had an unusual combination of flavors with the side of farro and artichoke hearts.

Not a good experience unfortunately.
We made a reservation for four people at 11:15am on Sunday March 1st.
We arrived early at 11:05am and were sat right away at which point our waitress Marisa visited soon enough.
With two young children (11 and 6) we made sure to order ring away as they were already hungry.
Our drinks (2 cokes, 1 seltzer and 1 water) arrived quickly and from there the experience tanked.
We noticed a large table of 8 or 10 women sitting next to us that ordered at least 10 minutes after us. We even thanked goodness that we ordered before them so as to hopefully get out food before the kitchen gets slammed.
But, unfortunately after 30 minutes, they got there food and ours was no where in sight. And to make matters worse, our waitress never came back to check on us or give an update. We even had to flag down a bus boy to ask for another coke.
So now it’s 11:50 and finally, after going out of our way to get her attention, we ask and she simply replied “it’s coming soon”.
Another 10 minutes goes by and we finally decided to just leave.
On the way out, the manager comes up to us and says, “the food was ordered just 20 minutes ago” as to imply that we are being unreasonable.
If I do the math on that... that means we would have waited 35 minutes before seeing the waitress. So I ask you...does that even make sense?
Anyways, if Marissa had been honest, we would have stayed. Being a former sever myself, I know what it is to be busy.
If the manager hadn’t rudely stated that a simple comping of the meal should fix it, we would have stayed. But the damage was done.
Sorry, but I find respect and honesty far more important than a free meal any day.
So, suffice it is to say, we will never be back.

Reservation was at 10:15 arrived early and were seated right away. Server arrived as we were taking off our coats to take the drink order. We asked for a minute to look at the menu.. eventually comes back we order apps and drinks. 25 min go by we had to flag down our waiter since we only had the appetizer and no drinks yet. When drinks arrived they were water down since they were forgotten about. 45 min later we were able to finally order our main. I believe in giving people chances because they’re new and testing things out. That being said, server should be giving smaller sections or given more support out on the floor. Probably will order take out if I really wanna try something from here again.

This time it was great ! The short ribs and bowls are fabulous !
The one thing they still need to work on is the size of the wine pours and the quality of the wines .
The staff is a little overwhelmed because it’s very busy
But worth the wait and the chef is amazing !

The food exceeded expectations, I was prepared to order off what I saw on the menu but the specials were too tempting. The first thing that caught my eye was the dessert cart - which was smart because I knew I wanted to save room for the layered mousse parfait. The waiter was excellent and knew a lot about what he was offering was able to answer a lot of questions.

I ate there a few Sunday before this dinner with my daughters and it was fantastic on a Sunday Afternoon. But wow what a difference on a Thursday night. Chicken Wings burnt, Seafood horrible. Won't be back that is for sure. My daughter hated the Surf and Turf. Awful

Overall the vibe was nice and the staff were accommodating. Seated right away at a nice quieter table area. The waiter was a trainee and we didn't know that until the trainer came over to explain that due to an allergy request, the trainee became unsure about taking our table. Ordered a bottle of wine that was not available buy they gave us the same vintner and label that was an upgrade for the same price :) We ordered the prix fixe menu which needed explanation as the typing error on the written menu wasn't clear about choices to be made. Appetizers were delicious! Had foie gras and seared tuna. First course was a bit cold when served and lacked seasoning: mushroom gnocchi and tomato risotto. Second course- porterhouse for two- was cold as was the mac and cheese. The staff courteously took back the steak and mac and the manager came to apologize and said they would re do the course and comp the wine. All was tasty and good! Eric the owner/chef came out and introduced himself- it was a pleasure to meet him. Desert was delicious. Overall the experience was good, just a few technical issues to work out on their end. Would return for another try :)

Overall, a very nice experience. The burrata appetizer was excellent - a very cool touch about this app was the balsamic vinegar served alongside the burrata in a nice little spray bottle. The cheese itself was so creamy and fresh. A great dish. I ordered the smoked beef ramen as my entree. My only critique is that the beef was a bit fatty. The ramen was still very good. An excellent broth and nice noodles. The service was very good. The restaurant itself is beautiful and provides a great atmosphere.
