We met with friends for an early evening meal at 100 Wardour Street. We had the 3 course set menu with £10 unlimited wine - this is excellent value as we were liberally topped up. One of us had a single glass and this was £8. There were 4 choices for every course and the food was very good. The only downside was the music which was ridiculously loud - I don’t know why places do this as you want to hear what your fellow diners are saying. We asked 3 times for the music to be turned down - the first person said he would then didn’t, the second said he was unable to do it and the 3rd person did manage to reduce it to a volume where we didn’t need to shout. Apart from this was pleasant surroundings.
We were all really impressed with 100 Wardour St, from how accommodating they were with my dietary requirements (they prepared a special menu and even soaked the rice for me in advance), to the quality of the food, ambiance and most importantly service. Also the club downstairs was a pleasant surprise, juts he right amount of people and continuous monitoring of every last small spill on the floor. Outstanding attention to detail. Highly recommended.
Overall a great evening stayed till 2am from 7:30. Great band great vibe
Excellent ambiance and
lovely dinner with friends and reasonable, we will be back
Lovely place, very friendly staff and delicious food. Also recommend to go for the flowing wine option in the set menu !
What a great experience, love the place and the atmosphere, waiters and managers really looked after us and food was lovely. I'll be back very soon.
For a Tuesday night this was very good. Menu was attractive & seasonal and dishes selected were really tasty. Chose the free flowing wine and it was free flowing, so very good value. Anton who served us was excellent and certainly added to the experience. Would definitely recommend.
Good food, nice vibe and amazing live music
Great cocktails and service, staff were especially attentive and on point.
Music a little too loud for early evening.
The vegetarian option is surprisingly good, and this is from someone who likes meat. I particularly liked the pea soup and the halloumi couscous dish. Wonderful service from the waiter with the little treats. Would recommend this place for sure, as the service is excellent.
Amazing!! Live music, good food! Best !
Never let me down
I had the most amazing experience here. Dan was our waiter, and I have never had better service anywhere I have been. I went out for dinner with a friend and I could not find a fault with anything. The food was lovely and reasonably priced, and the atmosphere was great. Would highly recommend
Good food, good service and excellent 3 course set menu deal.
Warning if booking on Saturdays: Super super club level loud and though we had dressed smartly enough, we were looked at strangely by the door security as if we didn’t get the memo to dress as a TOWIE extra 🤣
If you want to be able to talk without shouting over your meal (btw food is very good - no complaints there) this is not the restaurant for you. If you want to stay silent during your meal, listen to loud house and admire your partners’ efforts to look like a Kardashian from across the table, you’ll love it!
A great place to visit, great flavoursome options on the set menus and exciting cocktail/mocktail options. We really enjoyed our visit but would probably not return on a Friday night as the music got quite loud over the time we were there making conversation a bit difficult. Also when we ordered dessert the kitchen had run out of coconut cream and the vegan Eton mess which we had ordered was not available. Neither of these things would stop me going back as overall there was great service and tasty food
I have been here a few times. On this occasion it was not as busy, however, it was impossible to get any service. It seemed there was too few waiters and on a few occasions we almost called front of house on our mobiles to get any attention. The food took a tremendous amount of time to arrive and the time between courses was again lengthy. The food was flavoursome but portion size left much to be desired. The irony was at the end of our meal, our waiter asking us to recommend him on trip advisor. How odd - since getting his attention - or any wait staff attention was a struggle. I always find it odd when waiters are in pursuit of their goals as opposed to looking up and around at the dining room to see whether paying customers need anything. Shame.
Great lunch and the offer of 3 courses and bottomless wine is well worth doing
All great - we enjoyed the food and excellent service. Thanks
Very good service from Antonio our waiter. Food is great.
Creme brûlée good texture with the pistachio biscotti
Vegan option very tasty and interesting take on The Scream mocktail using seedlip
Booked here a last minute birthday dinner. It was great, our waiter Alessandro was attentive and knowledgeable. Lovely ambience, lots of vegetarian options for my friend. Would highly recommend
Good food and service!
The place is beautiful. Great food and music !
100 Wardour St Bar & Lounge set menu was great value for money, especially coupled with bottomless wine for £10. I really enjoyed every part of the meal and would definitely recommend it.
Great service! Fantastic food and great value for money. Would highly recommend for special occasions and get togethers.
The service was outstanding . The food was good and they catered very well for my Lactose intolernce.
Special menu! Very good service! I will be back!
Warm welcome from the front Of House, shown to a nice, spacious table. The food was excellent. Not one complaint from my party of 6. Great, unobtrusive service from charming staff. Excellent value for money. Would recommend 100%.
The food here is very good. The menu is simple, yet the few dishes on it are very tasty. The noise level is rather high, so you should be aware of that. The location is very hip, and the service is good. Very attentive waiters. We experienced some mix ups with our orders, but they were very apologetic and fixed it right away. In addition, the prices are very affordable. I would highly recommend this place.
Juke box brunch is amazing!!!
The food was amazing and the level of service was top grade, if your looking for a top bar/ restaurant with just the right amount of music, ambience and eye candy then this is definitely the place for you.
My friend (who is not vegetarian ) & I had had the 3 course Veggie meal which was so good, lovely fresh healthy looking food and interesting dishes. The waiter was very nice & chatty too. As it was Tuesday & early evening the place wasnt very busy.
It is a great venue with sumptuous sofas and relaxed atmosphere. Drinks are a bit pricey but worth it.
The food was ok, I didn’t have hugely high expectations and chose this place for a bit of entertainment for a late post theatre dinner. It was annoying having to queue to use the bathroom, which was also a bit grubby - on par with most rowdy bars in London. Overall I wasn’t particularly impressed and won’t return for dinner. I’m sure it’s fine for drinks, a predominantly young Essex crowd.
When we arrived for dinner at 6.15, and the bar was packed. Service as dreadful and we could not get a drink. we asked to be seated as our dinner reservation was at 6.30 but they would not accommodate this, saying the table was not ready (even though we could clearly see all tables were ready for the dinner sitting, and empty. When we were eventually moved to our table the attitude of the stff was poor and we were repeated told the table was rebooked for the next sitting in 2 hours time. The music was far too loud and catered to a late night crowd rather than a dinner sitting. Not enjoyable and we left as soon as we finished eating. Would not return.
Lovely immaculate surroundings
Excellent mid week pre fix menu for under £25
Would go here again
Service was attentive but shawdy. Drinks were spilled and poured into wrong glasses, no apology or offered another bottle for the person whose drink it was. Burger missing off the menu but not told until after ordering, Limited alternatives. Vegan option was half of a boiled cabbage with relish and called tomatoes- £14! Chocolate Lava pudding sounded great but was very dry With no molten Centre. Asked for a bill three times. Took over 30 minutes to get it. When we walked downstairs we were stopped by the bouncer and asked to pay- he eventually let us through but it was very embarrassing. Live entertainment was fantastic downstairs.
My visit was at valentine's day, so the place was extremely busy, but it all ran smoothly. The food was good and the waiter very attentive and professional. It took a long time to get the drinks we ordered, but apart from that we were happy with everything. It was supposed to be live music, but it was just very loud that night, so hard to actually pay attention to the music.
Went for a dinner on Valentine's day. The menu including a cocktail and 3 courses could not have been better for a reasonable price. The most enjoyable part of my experience was the service. I d like to thank our waitress (a skinny and small italian girl with short hair, I don't know her name) that took care of us. She was all the time in alert regarding our needs and anticipating them. Good job ! Loved the place, will definitely come back and already recommended it to some friends.
