Good food, friendly service, nice atmosphere. Right for multiple occasions.
Food was outstanding. Can’t think of anything that I ordered that I didn’t like. Only thing that was disappointing was how long we had to wait for appetizers and main courses. The wait was worth it though.
Good food. Nice spot. Nice menu.
We had a wonderful time and the food was incredible! We ordered off of the happy hour menu which is every day from 5-7pm and had incredible options. Our meal was delicious and was extremely affordable.
Excellent night, great food, great service! Exceeded my expectations!
My veal was overcooked seemed like it was cooked and then recooked.
Great food and service as always!
Always superb! Highly recommend.
We felt super rushed to get out of there. Literally every two seconds someone came to refill our water, take plates and stare at us until we left
Delicious dinner and wonderful service!
Christian was amazing his knowledge of the food and especially the wine blew our guests away . Made for a wonderful evening. Thank you
Great food and service. One of our favorites!
Best pasta in the city hands down. Their truffle or pesto dishes especially.
Great atmosphere and delicious food. Fantastic seasonal offerings and flavor combinations.
Really went out of their way to make my anniversary amazing.
Fabulous! Our favorite go to spot in the city!
Amazing food and service. Best food since returning from Venice.
Good food but slow service
We sat outside. We brought our own wine. Weather was great. The waiter was very knowledgeable about Italian wines which made for added conversation. Food was great.
Our waiter was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable, especially of drink choices, and had a great sense of humor .
We enjoyed our table by the windows!! The food was excellent
I love this restaurant and use it as my spot when I have celebrations.
A lovely venue. On a nice evening, eat indoors or out. We were welcomed with a prosecco taster portion, which is a nice touch. I was also provided with several wine options to sample. Potato leek soup was delicious. Scallop entree was creatively prepared, as was the rack of lamb. Service was spot-on.
It was a last minute reservation and we were so please with their service. We sat outside and we just keep ordering food until they closed. They didn't try to push us out beyond their hours, the food was great, but the service was phenomenal. If you are having a get together with friends or just a dinner with your partner. This is a great place to be.
The food at Prosecco is perfect balance of complexity and taste but without some of the questionable ingredients many times found when the chef tries to be too creative. The menu and aesthetic lived up to its ratings. The only small criticism is the service was a bit inattentive...both slow and failing to provide some basics (like the cocktail menu even after being requested). Perhaps this was related to our outside seating vs. inside. The Happy Birthday at the top of the printed menu was a nice touch. We won't hesitate to return and to bring guests to Prosecco!
Everything was perfect; we had a wonderful evening. Thanks
I love it there. It always proves to be the best and I tell everyone how great it is.
My favorite restaurant in Chicago. Food and service are first class. Highly recommend.
The food, like my fist visit, was OUTSTANDING! The drinks delish, the sommelier was fantastic and helped us decide on a bottle that I didn’t want to finish! I just wanted it to keep replenishing itself! Our server was kind and professional and Chef Mark, just as charming as ever! Can’t wait til my next visit to Chicago to return!
Nice to dine outside on a beautiful summer night. Food and service was lovely. Great spot for an enjoyable dinner!
Promised a window table when we checked in but then they accidentally gave it to someone else. Owner offered to buy us a round of drinks to apologize but never did. Waited 10 minutes before server came by and then barely saw him during the meal. Friendly but had two private parties going on and there were no servers covering the front main portion of the dining room for most of the evening. Server brought wrong drink twice so my business guest went to bar to have corrected himself and female bartender was very rude to him. On way out, my guest asked the young man at hostess desk if he ever gets off his phone while he is at work (somewhat rude of my guest but he was so upset with service by that point he didn’t care). The young man said “not very often” and smirked at us as we left. Food is great and we have been there many times in the past and like the owner a lot but service was so bad and we were so embarrassed in front of our business guests that it would be hard for us to return. Shame since the four of us all live right in the neighborhood and like the decor and food....but service was just unacceptable.
Food ams service were great
We had a very pleasant dinner. It had the feeling of being a “local” place, not touristy. The pasta was fresh.
Very attentive service.
We had awful kitchen service but management and our server recovered pretty well. The food was average and much better Italian can be found at many other places.
Our pasta (myself and my friends) was a bit on the salty side. It was the pasta with sausage. My other two friends entrees were excellent though. I did inform our server and he was able to offer us another order which we took home. My friend still thought hers was still salty. I felt mine was better then the first one. My friends ordered coffee and wasn’t filled to the rim. But our server was excellent and ambiance. Was a bit disappointed in our pasta and my friends coffee situation since I was them one that suggested Prosecco.
Great spot, somewhat of a regular here.
Extensive wine list. The vegetarian options were plentiful and everyone at our table raved about their meals. The ambiance is quite nice, but pretty loud. We would definitely return - all the servers were knowledgeable and friendly.
We had a great time with our sweet friends while in Chicago at Prosecco! There was such an extensive wine list, and we loved the toast of Prosecco at the start of the meal. Thank you for making our night special!
Delicious dinner, fabulous service and lovely evening. Do not miss ordering the truffle pasta!
