Zushi Barangaroo is one of the last waterfront restaurant spaces in Sydney with a view of the sunset so the opportunity to serve our food and bar menu alfresco with the magic of the sun setting on the harbour as our backdrop is perfection. Zushi offers a large dining area for as few as 60 guests seated to 100 guests standing for your next special event. Zushi Barangaroo combines the internationally acclaimed architecture of Japanese architect Koichi Takada Architects and the exceptional culinary expertise of our Head Chef Yong & Executive Chef Lee. The experience in the kitchen has developed Zushi’s mark on Sydney’s Japanese dining scene for the past 13 years. At Zushi we try to celebrate what food means to people by coupling the subtlety and beauty of Japanese food with a modern twist by using carefully sourced local ingredients.
