    We sat on the patio for my wife's birthday and it was a perfect evening. The drinks and food were exquisite. The service was impeccable. What a wonderful experience.

    Outdoor terrace seating sets the perfect scene. Great value for the high quality and generous portions of food. Brunch mimosas to begin and saving room at the end for chocolate sauce beignets a must.

    We have had good experiences previously however on this day our food arrived cold and our server only came to our table 3 times and one of those we had to flag her down. We will not dine here again.

    Wonderful time. Wait staff was attentive and, apparently, when someone walked by, heard one of our party say "Happy Anniversary", brought us a celebratory dessert! What a nice and thoughtful surprise!! Above and beyond!!

    Our visits to Print Works on Saturday mornings are always nice. This particular visit got off to a slow start, but as soon as we alerted the manager that we had not been waited on after a while, he quickly fixed that. I understand busy mornings, and this was one. But things were fine once our food was ordered and served. And, the asparagus quiche was worth the wait!

    We chose Print Works for our Anniversary dinner and couldn't be happier that we did. The service was exemplary, with each course arriving at the perfect time. The waiter was knowledgeable and personable. The food was absolutely delicious, everything we were hoping for! It was an exceptional experience that we would highly recommend to anyone.

    Simply one of the best restaurants in all of Greensboro- the service is second to none as well as the seasonal menu. Their fabulous brunch menu (avacado toast!) is served through the lunch hour. I was craving their fabulous shoe string french fries but did not want a cheeseburger (the menu item with fries) and the waiter without question offered me grilled salmon (spectacular piece) on a roll with condiments of my choice- and a plate full of french fries.

    Excellent conversation with waiter staff , very personable. This was business meeting, very graciously we were seated in the back , to allow for private area to discuss business. Print Works never fails to be mindful of their clients and take the extra steps for a lovely experience. Much appreciated!

    Again though crowded the food and service was outstanding!!! The bistro has added some great new wines of which we had a bottle of one of their new Chardonnays. Excellent!!

    Printworks is one of our favorite restaurants. During this visit, we selected three small plates to share between the two of us, and we each ordered a salad. The mussels were the best we've had in quite a while. The fried oysters were perhaps the best we've ever had, and the crab fondue was rich and scrumptious. The beet salads were very tasty, but we were so full after eating the small plates that we took the salads home. The service was superb, as usual.

    Solid preparation. Always great service and selection. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the flavor profiles on my roasted duck dish were not fantastic. They were interesting but didn’t in the end work together. And the presentation looked like diner food. My dining partner had the black cod and it was much more cohesive and well plated.

    When I requested the table through open table I indicated it was our anniversary. When we got to the restaurant the host printed out our ticket that said it was our anniversary but did not say anything. He then left the ticket on the table for the waiter. Rather than looking at the ticket that noted it was our anniversary the waiter just crumpled it up. The waiter was also very monotone and not the most friendly. the service was not what we would expect at this price point. We found a bug on the table on one of the bread plates. Our entrées were not good and cost between $30 and $40. My partner ‘s steak did not come out cooked correctly. it was the wrong cut she ordered filet mignon and her steak was tough and very bloody which said her filet usually is not. She noted this tasted nothing like filet. My green beans were undercooked. The rest of the food was average. The bill was close to $100. We were incredibly disappointed and it really put a damper on our anniversary.

    Beautiful restaurant. Great service. Most of our dishes were delicious. The crab fondue did not have any visible crab meat and absolutely no crab flavor. It sure did not present like the pic on the website. Loved the quinoa salad, the quiche and the brussel sprouts. Our server was outstanding.

    As I indicated my meal( pork shank) was good but my wife ordered pan seared trout and was served flounder. It was fine but not what she ordered. Because it was Mother’s Day she assumed they were out of trout and tried to get by with flounder. Our service was awful. My wife and I felt our waiter gave better service to his white customers than he did to us. At one point another server (female) checked on us because our waiter had not.

    Steak was prepared incorrectly. The cut of meat was supposed to be a filet mignon and it was not. For $37 very disappointed in the quality of the dish. The flavor was also not good. The Salmon was delicious and prepared nicely.

    Print Works Bistro never disappoints us. No matter when we go to lunch or dinner we are never rushed through our meal. My wife and I enjoy dining at the restaurant because you get good quality food and excellent service. The ambiance is wonderful and makes you feel extra special.

    We went for Mother's Day - per my request! As usual, the food was perfection. Sadly, the service was a bit lacking. No friendly or warm Mother's Day greeting (I had my children - a 5 y/o & 7 y/o, so the assumption could have been made), no children's menu or offer to put drinks in plastic cups, and very delayed table service once we had our food. Very limited engagement by the service at all, now that I think about it. While Print Works is not somewhere I would WANT to take my children all of the time, it was the place I wanted to share with them on Mother's Day. Many other tables had young children, so we weren't doing anything abnormal or frowned upon. I would have hoped for the server, and host staff, to have at least made an attempt to be family-friendly on a family-themed day.
