Pasta Lovers Trattoria
Really good pasta and service from Serbian waitress was awesome
The food was good but the service was extremely slow. At the time we had finished our meal the table next to us was just seated. They ordered, were served their meal, and their plates were cleared before our waiter came back to ask if we wanted to see a dessert menu. I had never had such slow service. It was as if they forgot we were even in the restaurant.
Great food, great service. Will be one of my go to Restaurants.
Perfect Pre theater Italian Restaurant. Service was quick and pleasant and the food was delicious.
Disappointed. Food cold in center, even after returning to kitchen, which I never do. Service very good. I would not go back though. Much better Italian in NYC.
The quality of the food was very poor. The salads and appetizer of fried mozzarella and eggplant rollatini were average. My daughter ordered shrimp with her salad and it was so overcooked it was inedible. My husband ordered linguini with seafood and became ill within 60 minutes of leaving the restaurant.
The fried mozzarella was great, but wish more were served since it only comes with 2 pieces.
The pasta special that includes brandy is VERY strong/alcoholic so fair warning. They can make it with less brandy though!
Staff was attentive, nice, and friendly.
We absolutely loved this place. Went for a friends birthday dinner and Sokol was a wonderful waiter.
Food was good. The feel and comfort level of the restaurant was amazing. I felt that it was way overpriced for what you received even for the location.
AMAZING PASTA!! First day in the city and I was impressed 💕👍🏼🙌🏼
Everything was great ... food was delicious. I pick this restaurant cause to my husband love Italian food 🥰
We are living in America for the last 7 years, and this was the best pasta we had so far. Also, the service was impeccable and caring. First, I got stranded on the Lincon Tunnel traffic, so I called them and they changed my reservation without problems. Then, when I arrived, due the delays, I asked the waiter to speed up our orders since me and my wife were going on a Broadway show. And they made the food really fast. And to make the experience even better, they gave us a complimentary Tiramissu to celebrate our anniversary.
I really enjoyed and will come back for sure!
The baked ziti was good. The tomato sauce they use on the raviolis was bland. Bruschetta was terrible. Fried mozzarella tasted like it came out of the frozen food aisle at Shoprite.
Conveniently located Italian restaurant, everything is okay but nothing stood out as being terrific. The menu for lunch could have more light choices.
What was very good was the quiet and the lack of pressure - I was with a friend visiting from out of town and we had a lovely chance to sit and talk, with no one clamoring for the table and no noisy customers close by. So I'd recommend it for that rather than for the food.
Great was great - baked ziti and chicken parm were covered in cheese and great choices. Service was good and prices weren’t bad for NY. Would go here again
I appreciated the attentive service, and the food was quite good. Not a lot of affordable places near Radio City -- so this is one I will absolutely come again. I was with a friend who uses a wheelchair and they were very welcoming to us -- definitely a plus!!
Food and service was fantastic. Highly recommend this place!
We decided to spend our anniversary dinner at Pasta Lovers restaurant near Rockefeller Plaza. We found the restaurant on the OpenTable app. When we arrived, the exterior looked very classy.
Once we were seated, we waited a while before a server finally came to our table. This server appeared to be a trainee and the mentor was just watching him. Well, it went downhill from there. We asked for a cocktail menu and he could not find one. Then, we requested a particular cocktail and he returned after a long time to let us know that they did not have that cocktail.
Then we waited for him to take our dinner order. Again, this took a very long time.
When our dinner did come, one of the two entrees was wrong. We finally got his attention and told them of THEIR mistake. Eventually, the one entrée was delivered but this was after a long period of time.
The Veal Parmesan was excellent, but the Chicken Marsala was over-cooked.
All of the mistakes made this evening not very special for an anniversary!
Finally, we never did receive any sort of apology for the poor service and the mentor of the trainee barely made eye contact with us!
Great food, and great service. Would highly recommend.
It was our first time eating atpasta lover we enjoyed the atmosphere the coziness and the food was great the price reasonable .
Always enjoy dining at Pasta Lovers. My penne alla vodka was delicious!
Great, delicious food. Our waiter was terrific & very helpful. We’ll be back! Thanks
very good. i got chicken parm and asked with the the vodka sauce it was an extra surcharge but TOTALLY worth it!
The pasta special prepared at the table was a great experience.
Best pasta in New York. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Group of 6. Seated promptly and service was fast. Orders were all correct. Waiters were excellent
- My friend and I both got martinis. Probably the worst tasting martini I've had, but it was so potent that I'll forgive them the taste.
- Fried Mozzarella: Okay, some of the best fried mozzarella I've ever had. However, for $13 I would really have liked more than TWO pieces. We were a bit shocked.
- Shells Pasta Lovers: While I enjoyed the dish, I stayed away from the pieces of chicken. They lacked flavor and were a little rubbery. The sauce, while tasty, was very watery. My favorite part was broccoli.
- Breaded Chicken Parmigiana: The spaghetti was the star of the show, for sure! While the chicken was fine, my friend and husband could not get enough of the spaghetti.
- I don't believe I will be visiting again. If you go, get something with the red sauce, not the cream. Get the mozzarella if you can bear spending so much for two pieces, and don't expect the Instagram moments you've seen.
The only negative comment I have would be the tall man, with salt and pepper hair, that escorted us to our table. He looked me up and down without smiling when I thanked him and smiled at him. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Our server, however, went out of his way to please us.
Went in as family of six (2 kids - 4 and 7). Seated really quickly. Great servers and even better food! Highly recommended.
love their food! Wish the Pasta bolognese hadn't changes from spaghetti to rigatoni!
Great place for a business lunch or if you are meeting friends and actually want to be able to hear each other and have a conversation. The pizzas are amazing!
We were in and out within an hour. GREAT business lunch
This is a great restaurant in a very popular area.Food is great.Service even better.Ronnie was very attentive to our every need. The price for this great experience was worth every penny.I long for one more piece of my chicken Marsalla. Without reservation, make a reservation.
Everything was Wonderful, no complaints at All. Will be back again soon with friends and family.
We went for a birthday date night and the staff gave us plenty of privacy while still attending to us. The staff was accommodating and very professional. The food was delicious and we would certainly return for more meals.
Really nice place. Nice staff and the food is lovely. The worst part is the loud bar area! But will definitely be back!
Rice balls were cold on the inside. Nothing was outright terrible but nothing blew us away besides the marinara!
The food is always excellent and very reasonable for NY prices.
The food was absolutely delicious!
