Parm Upper West Side
Parm makes the best chicken parm heroes in the whole city. So tasty, perfect proportions, and consistently delicious.
Delicious but service is slow, it’s always freezing there and they need to change this picture on the kids menu (it’s been too long...we need a variety!)
Food came out super fast and the Meatballs are to die for!
Nice place and people but the food was not worth eating. Wanted to try the eggplant parmigiano, very disappointing. Smallest, greasiest fried calamari ever though the long peppers were a good touch. Pork Milanese was fatty and greasy but again with a nice arugula topping. Didn't bother with dessert which had only 3 choices cheesecake, ice cream cake and chocolate.
Lovely restaurant with good service. Food was not bad....but not good either.
Simply the best. Our favorite spot for Italian food in NYC.
Food was good, but not great. My chicken farm was a bit hard around the edges, probably from being re-heated. There was also a strange lack of sauce on everything, including the pasta. The food had good flavor, and the service was prompt and efficient, but there are too many good Italian restaurants in NYC to go back to this one for another meal.
Been on my radar for quite some time and glad I finally made it. Quiet during a recent lunch. Warm, friendly staff and delicious food. We all ordered different meals and loved all of it. Eggplant parm, chicken parm sandwich and chicken with spicy pasta all inhaled! Definite keeper.
Food was as very good. Best meatballs on the upper west side
Couldn’t be treated better
Best food that I’ve had in New York City. Great service. Great place.
Amazing eggplant parm hero's and salads! Also service is great!
We had a great experience and an excellent meal. This is a family oriented place with a great vibe. I need the recipe for the spicy rotini pasta that comes with the chicken parm. The menu is no-nonsense and has traditional appeal with updated flavors. This dining experience was multi generational and enjoyed by all.
Garlic bread not fresh
Salad was sandy
Long wait for 3 main courses which came out cold
20 minutes later came out cold again
15 minutes later we gave up waiting and walked out
A welcome discovery. The staff is wonderful, the food fresh & well prepared.
We all (3 of us) ordered the Eggplant Parm sandwich and agreed it was very good. Our server Niko was friendly and efficient. We will return and definitely recommend PARM with pleasure.
Had so looked forward to our meal at Parm. Salad was excellent and drinks were spot-on. But we found the famed chicken parm quite overcooked - even tough. The accompanying pasta had nice flavor but was also overcooked - kind of soggy. All in all a disappointment after a whole lotta hype.
Good food, good value. Whole family enjoyed it! Especially liked the meatball parm
Visiting NYC from Chicago with friends. Food was delicious. One of our favorite restaurants. Casual, easy and great food!
Had lunch Food was good I had Eggplant Parm Hero. Delicious! My wife had the meatballs and spaghetti also very good. Service was excellent.
Great food and over-all fast service. Our waitress gave us the check without asking if we wanted anything else (which we did) but otherwise good option for our group of three adults two teenagers; a picky 5 year old and rambunctious toddler.
The chicken parm and pasta dinner was cooked very well and it was clear that it was made with high quality ingredients. I’ll be looking forward to my next visit.
Hostess and server were great. Cozy and clean atmosphere. Meatballs were tender and delicious. Bolognese was a little bland and needed more sauce. Would definitely go back.
We loved Parm! The restaurant is very cute and is pretty sizeable and roomy for an NYC restaurant. The service is very attentive yet the servers gave us our space. The food was delicious. All in all, an awesome place for a nice yet casual Italian dinner with the family.
Has gone downhill. Staff was nice. Food was thrown together. Mozzarella tasted like it came out of the freezer
A real neighborhood place with decent italian food. We asked for a quiet table in the back because we were with friend and wanted to talk. The hostess let us sit in back where there was only one other table occupied. The lasagna and rigatoni we had was good and the salads were great.
Excellent Service. Great food.
One of the best chicken parm's Ive had.
Incredible food. Spotty service. It's very bustling, seems like there's a ton of takeout / delivery orders. It's not ideal but acceptable given how good the food is.
We were there the evening of the recent Upper West Side blackout and were starved. We had ordered about 10 minutes before the lights went out. Happily, our appetizers had just come out of the kitchen, so the server brought them and then announced that the apps were on the house, and the restaurant was closing. We gratefully ate two spectacular appetizers in the dark. (The crispy zucchini is phenomenal!) Loved the way the restaurant handled the situation. Looking forward to returning when we can enjoy the rest of the meal.
Brought friends from out of town. Everyone loved what they ordered! Not disappointed in quality or price.
Overrall we enjoyed everything from our waitress to our dessert. I would definitely recommend everyone to go here simply because of the bread (I believe its made in house and is to die for).
Absolutely delicious spaghetti and meatballs and parm sandwiches. Everyone in our party was happy and very full!
This place is beyond cute and has delicious food. My fiancé and I love it here and will continually come back!
Really great standard on the UWS. I wish there were a couple of options that were more Paleo/Keto friendly, but there's always salad.
The service was great and they had a great red wine on for happy hour. My chicken parm sandwich and Italian fries were delicious!
Great neighborhood gem! Easy and delicious.
This is fake Italian food. I think the chef is Chef Boyardee. Not taking cash is discriminatory. You should announce this before people sit down to order or display this prominently on your menu.
Went in today after a graduation and waited 20 mins for the waiter when there were only 4 tables occupied. Got up and asked him for service and he returned with an attitude that he was by himself. Yeah dude but it wasn’t like you were doing anything. You stayed in the same spot for 15 minutes. If you hate your job quit. We got up and went to another restaurant.
Amazing meal. Ribs were a bit overrated. Calamari was great.
Great casual place to dine! Food is excellent as well as the service!
