Parker & Quinn
What Insiders Are Saying
Parker & Quinn is the restaurant in the bottom of the Refinery Hotel, and it’s a decent breakfast/lunch/dinner option for the area.
Really great food. Especially the lamb burger. Outstanding.
I love Parker and Quinn - always have a good time there - great food and atmosphere!!
Great meal but incredibly loud at lunch time.
Real diaspointmet. Food over salted. Pizza burnt. Service. Forgot about us.
Not sure if we just hit a bad night but the screaming inconsiderate twenty something's ruined what was a nice evening.
A bit loud but amazing waitress and food came quickly
This was a great New York experience for us. The food was outstanding and there is so much energy in the restaurant which creates a fun atmosphere. Can't wait to visit New York again and we'll make sure that we eat at Parker & Quinn again.
Our only complaint was that the air conditioning was ridiculous. Very cold and we asked for the temperature to be turned up but they said that it was out of their control.
Quite noisy but other than that-great food, drinks, service, and ambiance! I would definitely go back and recommend.
Food was good, yet pricey, for a pre-theatre dinner. The noise level was very high.
Nicole “with the glasses” was AWESOME. The food was amazing and the drinks were incredible. Best experience ever. Can’t wait to go back!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I specially love the squid ink pasta
We had a reservation and was told to have a seat for about 5 minutes. It turned into 20 minutes and we had to approach the hostess. We were seated immediately. They had plenty of open tables and were not busy. Looks like we were forgotten. Then the server never came to us until we spoke up 10 minutes later asking for some water. Service was not great at all. The manager was made aware and dealt with the situation perfectly and comped us a drink and appetizer for the situation. However our server throughout our entire dining situation was still not really there
I visited this restaurant with friends back in December 2018 and was instantly a fan! The service and food is PHENOMENAL! Parker and Quinn will be my new spot to eat when I come home to NY!
Visited and dined for a Saturday brunch. Quality of the food was good and we enjoyed it.
One of my favorite places for brunch! Delicious and fun atmosphere!
Met my son for dinner. Convenient location. Very busy. We shared two appetizers and then each had a flat bread. Did was very good. Service was great. My only negative is that it's very loud. For a dinner where we would talk and get caught up it was hard to hear.
Great place off the tourist grid. Lovely breakfast.
The food took a very long time to get to us and then they forgot about one of the plates. I overheard the cooks in the kitchen saying they forgot the plate was with no cheese. But then the waiter said the kitchen was just backed up. I wish he would have been honest. In the 1.5 hours we were there, we were only offered one refill of our coffee, even though the wait was very long. And then it took a lifetime to cash out.
The "vibe" was great, the waiter attentive, and the food was excellent. I would definitely return!
Always good and consistent. Have never had a bad meal here.
Good food, professional service!
Loved that you get decent portion sizes for the prices that you pay! Came here for a graduation breakfast with my family and was not disappointed. Loved the secret recipe pancakes with the blueberry lemon compote and my sister’s açaí bowl looked so good as well! Would totally come back for breakfast again anytime!
Food was mediocre. The Chef, standing directly behind our table, yelled at and berated the kitchen staff for the entire duration of our meal. His screaming was so loud we could not hear our own conversation. This atmosphere completely ruined the meal and overall experience.
One of our guests is handicapped. The staff at the front of the house could not have been nicer or more accommodating.
Hi Adam, Last Saturday was the first day of the new brunch menu change and the kitchen was short staffed. The kitchen team on duty needed to be directed more than usual. I'm sure it sounded like the Chef was berating the staff but rather he was providing instruction on new menu items and coordinating everyone's dishes. We treat all of our staff with respect and consider them family. I apologize that your experience was not satisfactory and hope you'll give us another try. Thanks, Kate
We sat in a booth in the bar area and were very comfortable. The decor was eclectic and rich. The food was delicious, exceptional and memorable. The service was good, even when our server was busy other service members were helpful. The 'Eggs in Hell' was a unique brunch dish and delicious. The bubble board was a fun experience to share. The donuts were great to share and delicious.
All the food was great and came out in a timely manner. Shout out to Angel, the hostess. My reservation went missing and she made sure we got seated on time and was super helpful. Considering how busy it was, she definitely had her hands full but remained composed with a friendly smile.
Great space and loved the entree selection
Very loud and seating very cramped but food and service was very good.
My guests enjoyed the decor. We found it to be Damon Runyan-esque. The food was good. The macaroni & cheese dish was especially delicious. Service was impeccable. The were a few special requests which were graciously fulfilled.
Food was very underwhelming. I thought the restaurant granted us access to the rooftop, but the rooftop is a totally separate line...
Burger was tasty and filling but very plain. The fries were very good. Our server mixed up some details about the order.
Always our go to place while in New York. Food is always awesome. Our server, Matt, who we also had during the last visit, was terrific! Perfect service and incredible food. We'll be back next visit for sure!
Awesome vibe, great food, fun night!
This is not a place for a quiet date -- the noise level was extremely high. The bar was absolutely jammed for happy hour. Though the restaurant got crowded, our server was as attentive as she could be. The entrees were quite large. Though we liked the Kung Pao Kale Salad, the Pork Shank dish was way over-salted (rendering the beans and greens cooked in the sauce too salty to eat). Still I would give this restaurant another chance.
Delicious food, friendly and attentive waitstaff, attractive decor ...checked all the boxes for us. The rigatoni with lamb ragout was so delicious - wish we could have bought a second helping to bring it home with us! Their flatbread is very good and larger than expected- size of small pizza. Look forward to visiting again!
Fish was cooked perfectly.
Great recommendations by the waitstaff. Amazing vegetable burger!
Went for Sunday brunch with friends. Food was good, one order was wrong and had to go back but the staff was great about it. Disappointed that the brunch menu lacked any gluten free bread options... Our server Corey was terrific.
Great experience, friendly staff and good eats. Loved it
Corey our server did a great job keeping the food and drinks coming in spite of the crowd. Food was excellent and would highly recommend for a fun early evening, especially after work.
