The lobster mac and cheese was worth the whole meal-every bite was awesome.
My family had an amazing meal on July 4th. The steaks, Australian lobster, sides, and desserts were perfect. The service was impeccable. We will definitely be returning during our next trip to Dallas.
The perfect celebration restaurant. Always outstanding.
Fillets were cooked to perfection.
Henry was our waiter he was phenomenal.
Steaks taste amazing through out and the Gooey peacan pie is simply delicious and must try if you like peacans.
First time at this restaurant and it was outstanding. Steak was phenomenal and the atmosphere was just as good.
Of course the absolute best steaks anywhere!! We were happy with the precautions they had in place for Covid. Our server was awesome and we loved our experience!
So overpriced and crab Mac and cheese had almost any crab and was $22! Filet was very good but small. Overall, disappointing!
It was our first time there and our 21 year wedding anniversary. I’ve eaten at lots of steakhouses but always enjoy the ones I grill at home more. I can honestly say that this place has the best steak I’ve ever eaten out in my life. I got the bone in ribeye and my wife got the regular ribeye and we both loved them. The sides are family style and the mashed potatoes with bacon and scallions could’ve fed three people easily. Yes the prices are high but you have to expect that when you go to a place like this. If you plan for it and just enjoy yourself the price as well worth the experience. We plan on making it an anniversary tradition.
It was ok, service was really slow, and honestly, have had better at other places, especially for the price. Server didn't recommend anything, just agreed with whatever we asked about... and it appeared she only had 2 tables, but super slow service...
Normally I would give this place 5 stars, but for some reason they seemed a bit off their game this night. It was a Sunday night for Fathers Day and they weren't that busy. Waitress was very pleasant, but we had to sit with our finished appetizer plates for a long time and ended up the manager bussed our table, while summoning the sommelier to get us a bottle of wine. And then the waitress asked if we needed wine! Just was a bit off and for the price you pay, it needs to be top notch.
Our food was good...the lamb chops I had terrific. But my wife gave EXPLICIT instructions, and I backed her up, that she wanted her steak cooked WELL DONE...NO PINK INSIDE AT ALL...ONLY GRAY! I assured our waiter she meant every word of it and would send it back for further cooking if it showed any pink at all...to even char it some if necessary. But when it appeared, she cut into it and it looked as though it was cooked to only MEDIUM. It was still quite pink inside. The waiter gracefully took it back to the kitchen and returned with it several minutes later. Again she cut into a different part only to find it was still NOT gray inside...still had some pink. She grudgingly agreed she would try to eat it. A few minutes later another gentleman stopped at our table and inquired about the meal, and she told him her steak was still not to her liking. He took it back to the kitchen and had the chef butterfly it and cook it some more, after which she was satisfied with it. She and I are both reasonable people and we know that a well-done steak doesn't appear very appetizing, and she knows that to get a steak well done requires that it look almost burned. But we are not happy when we patiently explain precisely how we want meat cooked only to have it brought to us cooked otherwise...and have to have it returned to the kitchen TWICE before it is cooked to her satisfaction.
Went for my 40th birthday. Service was excellent.
This was one of our favorite steakhouses but we probably will not return until the Covid-19 curse has passed. They require a mask until you get to your table and the ones they hand out do not fit very well. We had a very negative experience with the hostess who sat us because one of our party was wearing a hat. (only because he has not been able to get his hair cut due to work and Covid)
The prime rib was featured and I ordered it, but it was really very salty and not really worth the hype. In there favor I would say the salmon, and the steaks were very good.
We paid over $600 for a party of 4 and it just was not worth it.
The most amazing steak house you will ever visit!! The ambiance, food, service is impeccable!

The lobster deviled eggs alone would have made the trip worth it, but the steak that followed was absolutely perfect. Great service and clear devotion to safety and health.
Interesting to do Pappas again during Covid precautions, not too different
Despite the scaled version there was no reduction in service or food quality. A continuation of the great experience we have experienced in the past.
Looking forward to our family dinner on xmas even.
Great steak - highly recommend the porterhouse! Staff were pleasant and overall a fantastic experience.
Excellent service and a good wine list
BEST STEAK WE HAVE EVER HAD!! We shared the Porterhouse for 2 between my wife, two children and myself. Plenty for everyone as we had plenty of apps. Provided a great variety of flavors for everyone.
Good to see that Pappas Steakhouse is back open. The service, food, and atmosphere were all outstanding as it was prior to all the lock downs. Definitely will be going back.
Always great service and steaks. Lobster bisque is by far the best always from everywhere I’ve eaten. Ask for Anthony. Great server.
Great steaks, sides and desserts. The service is awesome.
Waiter was horrible. Barely checked on us
Food was fantastic. Our waiter, Brandon, was excellent. We absolutely loved the experience and will definitely come back.
Always a great experience here. Wine prices are very inflated even compared to other nice restaurants.
Amanda was a great server. She was on top of everything and never let our drinks tun dry. The mojito was very had tased by four people and all agreed.
great as always...the food was spectacular, the service even better.
We had a great time and our anniversary was a great experience.
