Very Pleasant for a last-minute reservation it was my first time going and the staff was great compared to the experience. We had just had the reason why we ended up there in the first place.. they was very good to me and my book club

Food was amazing! We ordered crunch California roll with no cream cheese and dumplings to start but realized that the sushi was not enough for all of us and also because it was so delicious we had to order another one! We ordered: Shrimp fried rice 1000/10 Lo mein 8/10 dont like thick noodles Orange Chinese 10/10 Broccoli beef 9/10 The waiter was friendly and attentive. Ambience was really chill. As far as attire, I would say casual but not too casual. Not like beach casual if that makes sense. Definitely no crocs i would say.

This restaurant is excellent: we had reservations and were seated quickly, even though it was busy. Our waiter was professional and polite and service was quick. The food is consistently delicious (and we ordered a ton so we’d have leftovers to bring home): their wonton soup is the best we’ve ever had; the mushu veggie wraps were delish (did not add the optional hoisin sauce); the chow fun noodles were perfect; the sweet pungent chicken was awesome; the phoenix chicken was great; spicy eggplant with tofu was mild and tasty; the shrimp spring rolls were crispy and loaded with shrimp (nothing else); the raspberry lemonade was perfectly tangy-sweet (although the raspberry flavor had a faintly artificial raspberry flavor); the complementary fortune cookies are dipped in delish white chocolate. We love this restaurant and its location, next door to the Laemmle theater & around the corner from the Alex Theater.
