All was amazing! From the moment we arrived, hostesses were friendly, it was a pleasant surprises to find the congratulations detail on the table, and service was impecable. We love selection of brunch, and of course the bottomless mimosas 😊
Great for visitors with spectacular setting. Pretty pricey.
Wonderful thanksgiving dinner
Had a great Thanksgiving dinner with my family. Good food, good service.
We dined at Palisade for Thanksgiving. The food was cold, the buffet tables were filthy and the selection was poor. I think it was around 70pp. Not an experience we would recommend to other diners. We usually go to Rays Boathouse which is always great. We won’t go to Palisade again.
Great food, service & spectacular view! My only complaint is with the host. The restaurant was empty yet he made my handicapped elderly mother & me wait 10 minutes to be seated. The woman in line after us waited 15 minutes to be seated!!! We were headed to a movie afterwards & luckily, our excellent server was able to make up for the lost time.
First impressions set the tone for the entire dining experience so hopefully they’ll re-design their hosting system ASAP!! Waiting for a table in a fully booked restaurant is to be expected but in an empty restaurant, it’s inexcusable.
Our lunch celebration for a friend's 90th birthday was made so very special by your staff! Perfect table, fantastic waiter (he even convinced your great chefs to serve us a pupu tower mid-day for our appetizer)! Great food, service & your hostess took photos for us! Palisade remains our FAVORITE!!
Fantastic evening! From the rose petals to honor our anniversary to probably the best meal I've had in recent memory (Roasted Black Cod). Can't say enough good things.
Great service in a beautiful setting! Steak was cooked perfectly as ordered and the playing was pretty.
When booked online for our 35 year anniversary dinner at Palisade 11/10/19 at 6pm. I requested a window seat for 3 . However, they did not reserve the window seat for us that night and I was told by the front desk lady that “First come first “! When we got there , the middle table was already setup and reserved for us ! That meant Palisade did not think about or ignored our request!
very disappointed about that !
I like Salty’s at Alki , we had dinner there on 11/29 for my son’s birthday, Salty’s did keep their promise and had the window seat ready for us when we got there. My family was so happy!
We were about 3 minutes early for our lunch reservation - they had us wait until 5 minutes after our reservation time. But they seated us at the windows on a sunny November day. The view of the marina, downtown, and Mt Rainier was lovely. It was the last day of restaurant week and we had the special lunch. My salmon dip was okay, steelhead was excellent. My daughter had miso soup and surf and turf - steak and shrimp. She had leftovers from the generous portion. The $6/glass special wine was good. The $5 dessert, flourless chocolate torte was way too rich - like eating frosting. Service was good and, especially for the price, it was a nice meal. The ambiance is a pretty much 70’s - a player grand piano for music, beamed ceiling with acoustic tile, etc. But the setting is great.
One of the best, if not the very best, for a fine dining lunch experience. Food is always delicious, service wonderful and gorgeous view even on a rainy day!
There must be two chefs running the kitchen, one for dinner and one for lunch, as the menu items were very different at the two meals. Excellent caesar salad and steelhead and gelato at dinner.
Enjoyed lunch during Seattle Restaurant Week. Everything was great!
My favorite restaurant in Seattle.
Restaurant week choices were perfect in variety, preparation and value
The best food in SRW. They don’t go cheap.
Server was fantastic,too.
Food is fabulous. Best place for sunset in Seattle.
always a delicious dinner in a beautiful setting especially at sunset.
We went to Palisades for Restaurant Week. The Restaurant Week menu was excellent. We had the Steelhead main course which was beautifully done - interesting spicing and cooked perfectly. My past meal here have been not nearly as good, but this experience will encourage me to return to Palisades,
I just love this spot and the value during restaurant week for lunch can’t really be beat. The view is amazing, the food is great and the wine selection was awesome too. Very happy with my visit.
Great ambiance and scenery! A beautiful view of the water and the Seattle skyline. The food was mediocre but the drinks were awesome. My friends and I went for SRW. Caesar salad had too much dressing and demi-glace for my Surf and Turf did not compliment the entree and was cold.
Food and service were amazing. The power went out in the restaurant at the end of our meal and we waited 30 mins to be served dessert and finally ended up leaving because the lights were still out.
The dishes at a recent lunch were excellent. Even when it's not Restaurant Week, they have some lunch specials that bring the price down from the stratosphere. The ambiance remains spectacular.
Palisade never disappoints. Beautiful sunset when we arrived. Our table was ready on time. The tower appetizers were amazing. We brought our own wine and our server was more than happy to decant it for us our meals were great (king crab legs were awesome!). Of course we had desserts and after dinner drinks.
Love this restaurant. Been coming here for years and we’ve always enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere.
Incredible food. Wonderful ambiance. Highly recommend.
Great view, awesome service, and good food. But a little pricey.
We love Palisade, we used to go often about 15 years ago and recently we rediscovered this Seattle gem of a restaurant.......great food, great service and a great view. As a side note....we live in Fremont so its just around the corner from us.
Everything was superb and our waitress was just wonderful. Had a table by the window and the view was awesome.
Had the best waiter. We had two disabled diners with us and the waiter got them plates of food at the buffet and was so attentive. Took stress off us. Highly recommend though pricey.
Always a pleasure to celebrate a special occasion at Palisade. We've been coming back for decades and they haven't missed a step in service or quality. A must for any Seattle fine dining experience seekers. Beautiful, sweeping city views and great local seafood.
Always a great experience, delightful ambiance, excellent service, high quality food product, diverse menu selection. Todd is our favorite server. Hope he'll always be there.
We were disappointed in the quality of the food from previous dining experiences there. The service was outstanding but my food was warm and just not the quality we have had in the past.
Memorable lunch with scrumptious food, beautiful view and exemplary service! Citrus prawn salad was divine!
Great food, great service and a great view....it was great. Seriously it was awesome.
The restaurant is very outdated looking. The view of the city is spectacular. The prices are high. The service is slow. The food is very good.
We love going to palisades for any occasion. The food is always wonderful. The views and restaurant are spatular.
Made reservations well in advance for wedding anniversary as my wife had never been and wanted to impress her with a lovely view at what I thought was a great restaurant. We live in Tacoma so it is a drive to get there and why I waited for a special occasion. Sure enough, they noted the anniversary and place rose petals on our table, nice touch...but this table was right next to the server/wait staff station where some one was constantly banging dishes, clearing plates, and disrupting what should have been a quiet, romantic evening. We asked for the check and left before dinner because it was a real let down to inform them we wanted a special evening and the get sat at one of the worst tables, which they planned (the rose petals), so when they asked if we wanted to move, it was just insult to injury. Why did you put us there to begin with? DISAPPOINTED
Family dinner at the Palisade restaurant on our special day was perfect!!
Good foods with beautiful view, great services with professional staffs. It is fine restaurant. But, foods prices are reasonable.
We all enjoyed 3 course meals included starter, main entrees, dessert. All foods were wonderful!!
Starter has 3 options, main entrees has 4 options (3 of 3 course menus price are under $40. steak option is $10 more than other entrees menus), and dessert has 4 options.
We can't wait next visit there. The Palisade restaurant is now our favorite restaurant!
As always fabulous. Been coming here for years. Excellent food and service
