Monday to Friday lunch is where we serve our selection of ceviches, along with the best Peruvian burger in London, chargrilled chicken and much more.
The weekend brunch at Pachamama has been widely-regarded as serving the best waffles in London with toppings like fried chicken or plantain and peanut butter.
Dinner at Pachamama is a celebratory affair with a menu of small and large dishes to share. From snacks to ceviches, land, sea and soil, the menu has something for everyone with a focus on bold flavours, citrus and smoke.
The bar at Pachamama serves expertly-made cocktails using only Pisco and is a great place for an after dinner drink or to sit and enjoy the evening over a bottle of wine.
Highly recommended. Food was great and service excellent. I’d certainly go back. I’m not a big fan of basement restaurants though....
Came along with our 3 kids and they loved it too. Great vibe and packed. Very good food was the reason we went for ceviche and Peruvian style chicken.
Pachamama has a wonderful atmosphere. The service is very friendly and it makes you just happy to be around there for the evening. We had a lovely evening, enjoying the food, the people around us and being with our family! Thank you!
The service was amazing and the food was good. I only had the vegetarian options, which I believe are lacking slighty, but my friends had the meat options and said it was really nice
The service was below average, had to ask for drinks and the restaurant wasn’t even busy
Amazing food ! Everything we ste ste was Superb! We were there in Saturday and the music was Getting progressively louder, by 9 pm it was like s club and we could not really talk to each other . Service was a bit strange. We ordered with a waiter and then another person brought food to the table and just left it in the middle of thane as if we ordered tapas for the table, but we did not. Specially when 2 People in the group were vegan. Very vonfusung!
great food, yet a bit pricey, not so much atmosphere outside weekend nights, unfriendly service.
Amazing food, great service and great ambience. Experimental Peruvian cuisine that doesn’t break the bank too much. Great for a date!
Service was a little preoccupied but the place is cozy and comfortable and the food outstanding!
Incredible food- we had the taster menu and were not disappointed- a nice buzz of an atmosphere on a Friday evening
I have been to Pachama previously and really enjoyed it, however, my last visit was dreadful.
We had a booking at 8pm for 2 people. We were finally seated at 8.20 because there were no free tables.
We were told to stand by the counter whilst a table became free. No drinks were offered and we were constantly having to move as we were placed right next to where the glasses were returned to the bar.
When we were finally seated we were placed at the end of a large table, despite requesting a high table.
Service was dreadful. We were constantly trying to look for a member of staff to order more drinks etc. We were placed in the smaller room at the end and nobody came in to serve, felt like were being completely Ignored.
In the end we gave up and left as soo as we could.
Very very disappointing
Get the tapas! Aubergine!
Very attentive. Was a tasting menu. Everything authentic and tasty. Will recommend.
The food was excellent and we had a wonderful server.
A pleasant meal - some unusual dishes - we loved the crispy sea bass and the lamb. Excellent friendly service.
Amazing Peruvian style tapas and cocktails! Highly recommend for small groups
Great food as always. Amazing value for Brunch. Weirdly this time service wasn't particularly good... :(
Great experience, I have been to Pachamama several times. However we did order champagne and it was room temperature. When I asked it to be put on ice, the bucket was not large enough and could only fit ice at the bottom and not around the bottle so we ended up having room temperature champagne. The staff didn’t seem to understand that that is an issue and we got extra ice on the side to put into our glasses
Cute basement restaurant with a variety of mismatching tables and chairs and mirrors, hanging plant pots and a large plastic horse?? The ceviche was great as was the aubergine. The pan fried cod was tasteless and disappointing as were the waffles. Would have liked some veggie salads. Service was friendly and efficient. It was an OK expensive lunch but have enjoyed other Peruvian restaurants more.
I've been coming here since the restaurant opened and my, it's gone downhill since. The portion sizes are a fraction of what they used to be and the service was very poor. We had to constantly chase down the waiter for menus, to order, for our wine to be topped up, to get water and finally to get the bill. Such a shame as this used to be the place I would recommend to all.
As always, food was great. Consistently high quality. Was there with a a table of three, we ordered several items. The fried aubergine, octopus, salmon ceviche and short ribs with sweet potatoes were outstanding. Unfortunately, service was exceptionally slow this time. I will go back, as the food quality continues to hit the mark. I’m hopeful the dip in service level was an anomaly and not a trend.
Great experience and lovely Peruvian food!
Service was excellent. Food was excellent. We had vegetarian tasting menu. It had good range of foods. Portions were spot on. Food was creative and well made. Only slight issue was I felt music was just a bit too loud. Would definitely recommend
Unbelievable food, ambiance and service!
Food delicious, but noise too loud and service bad unfortunately
Fantastic food and great service.
We ate at lunchtime and there were only a couple of other tables occupied. I guess the warm weather meant people were less inclined to each lunch in a cellar.
We went for the lunchtime selection and it was all delicious with wonderful varying flavours.
I will return with friends for sure, in the evening, when I guess there will be more of an atmosphere
Food was fantastic! Service was equally bad. Twice (bar and table) the bill included items we did not order/receive. Decor is random. Not a Peruvian theme.
The food really is delicious. The food comes out as it cones which doesn’t work great for a bigger party (we were 5). The staff were great. One big downer is not stocking some zero alcohol beer or some zero alcohol spirit substitutes. This is getting to be standard practice and makes the non-drinkers not feel like kids.
Good quality food and staff
Excellent food...service was attentive and friendly, explained all the dishes...excellent overall and would definitely go back
Food was absolutely amazing! Never disappoints!
Loud, expensive and dishes, whilst interesting, were not "delicious". E.g. Only around 8 tiny pieces of salmon in the £12 ceviche, which tasted reasonable, but nothing you couldn't do at home.
Good food, service and music. Only complaint is that the tables are tiny and all food arrived very quickly and all at the same time. We had finished food before we finished the cocktail we ordered when first in there. When I asked if we could slow down on the food, the waiter was a bit rude.
The staff were very kind and often checked in on my table. I really enjoyed the food but didn’t try much since I went for brunch. The Peruvian fried chicken and sweet potato waffle was delicious! I’d like to come back for dinner some day to see what the menu is like.
Excellent food and drinks. We had the set menu which was delicious, varied and more than enough food. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall a great place and have already recommended it to friends!
Amazing lunch time set menu - will definitely be back
Amazing food and great decor and vibe !
I am vegetarian, and not a fan of sauces in general. However, the sauces made and the way they were combined with the vegetables across the various dishes on the vegetarian tasting menu was truly excellent.
Went for the veggie tasting menu, all the food was great, but the music was so loud we couldn't hear the waiting staff when they told us which dish they had brought over. I get that the music was part of the vibe, and had a sarcastic sign saying "if the music is too loud you're too old" but we were in a particularly loud area of the restaurant and had to lean in a talk loudly to be heard. Due to not being able to hear the staff they accidentally gave us another tables order of chicken in our vegetarian tasting menu. We flagged this up and it was taken away swiftly but after that there was a large gap between food where we were not sure if there was more to come and no more water was bought to our table. Overall the food was good and I would recommend it for that, but the service was a let down. When I decided not to pay service charge at the end of the meal it was then explained to me that there was a shortage of staff, which I understand was difficult but until that point it just seemed like poor service which was a shame.
I booked brunch for my boyfriend’s 40th birthday. The food and the coffee and the orange juice - absolutely divine. They very kindly surprised him with a delicious chocolate truffle with a candle and a couple of pisco style shots!
