Excellent from start to finish!
Osteria Langhe is a fantastic restaurant. Frankly, it is too good to be in Logan Square and I still cannot believe it is not located in mid-town Manhattan, Tokyo, or some equally expensive and hard to get to place. The food is utterly fantastic. If you don't get the plin, you are majorly missing out. Every time I go here the dinner and whole evening have been fantastic. If you live in or are anywhere near the North Side, go, you will not be disappointed.
The food is always amazing.
The Plin is awesome.
I could live off of the plin coniglio. Osteria Langhe never disappoints. The food is exceptional, the service is fantastic and attentive, and the wine is delicious. Make sure to get the ragu. I loved it so much i contemplated ordering as my dessert!
Outstanding authentic food ! Impressed and will return when I’m back in Chicago
. I love you guys so much. Yes, I always want another bowl of plin.
We love osteria langhe - it is one of our favorite places to eat in the city. The plin, chitarra ragu and citrus herb pane are amazing.
Good was delicious and server gave great recommendations. We dined on a Tuesday night and the restaurant was hopping! I look forward to dining there again soon.
Just a quick dinner with a friend. Lovely as always. Good food, good service, great wine selection!
Not a diverse menu in general. Also, no red sauce for vegetarians. I’ve eaten better in Italy & other Italian restaurants in Chicago like enoteca roma that are truly authentic.
Always so delicious! We love Jim. Enjoy the patio and bar seating when we're feeling casual. The food is always top notch and creative. Wine list is nice, especially by the bottle. One of our favorites to frequent on par with Rootstock and Cafe Marie Jeanne. ❤️
This is one of the best Italian restaurants in Chicago. The plin might be the best pasta ever.
2nd time at this very fine spot. Visiting Chicago from the west coast. Always like to indulge in some Italian food while here in Chicago. Always a seems better here then there. After reviewing and looking on the web for other spots. I just felt drawn to this one again. My buddy and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with food choices we made. A real gem on the north side.
This is a great spot and we had such a fun night. They went above and beyond for our dinner last Saturday. Though a cheese plate did not exist on their dessert menu, they put one together to go along with our many bottles of wine. Great wine list, great food. Great service. Highly recommended and hope to get back soon for a return visit.
The food and service were amazing! Great place to go!
Wow. Food was amazing on so many levels and wine service to match it! Plin was rich and decandent. So many flavors and great execution of techniques. Thank you guys for an outstanding experience.
LOVE IT! Food was delicious.
Loved our experience at Osteria Langhe. Party of 7 and no one was disappointed in their choices.
The Rib Eye was voted best ever by those who ordered it (and one of those works in meat!!)
Very friendly and accommodating service.
One of the very best meals we have had at OL. The Plin were outstanding as usual. And the rabbit was divine. We will back!
Loved the food and wine. Great neighborhood place that make Chicago worth living in.
As always, our experience was wonderful! Food was impeccably prepared and delicious from appetizers to dessert (a surprise for my birthday). Our server was perfect and guided us to exceptional wine pairings and drinks. Thank you so much for never lowering your standards of service and epicurean delights!
The good stuff was outstanding--like the ravioli with cheese. But some of the dishes were big misses--like the vegetarian crepes with granola--really didn't work! Very pricey for a meal that did not live up to Osteria Longhe's stellar reputation.
Amazing food. Attentive service. Great atmosphere. This place is a real gem!!! Highly recommend
Food took over 2 hours to get our final course. The wait service blamed the back of the house for getting backed up, but it’s clear that he forgot to put in parts of our order. Another table next to us arrived 45 mins after us and got the same dish before us.
Excellent food and service. Even though it took us to get there almost two hours from the suburbs it was well worth it.
Will definitely be back. Nice touch was the champagne they served us because of our anniversary.
Very good food. Insanely loud (to the point where I would worry about workmen’s comp claims for the servers).
Hey the rabbit! We love this place and will continue to visit as much as we can.
This was our second visit and the food again was outstanding. It was for a special occassion dinner- high school graduation. Our waiter was just OK- kind of pretentious & rude- our first visit had been so much better. I would come again but hope it has that warm feeling I got the first time again.
Ashley is tremendous. Incredibly helpful with both food and wine choices. Can't wait to bring friends.
Th food was amazing and the service and hospitality was second to none! Anthony was an incredible host making my girlfriend and I feel as though we were the only couple in the packed restaurant.
I love our meal at Osteria Langhe. What brought us in was the wine list. It wasn't overwhelming but the variety was incredible. The food was outstanding. The portions are small, so just be forewarned, but the food is excellent and I would not hesitate to go back when I get back to Chicago (I am from Boston, MA and was visiting).
Very small portions. Food was well made. Not sure I’d come back.
Great neighborhood restaurant. One of the best northern Italian focused food and wine menus in the city.
Polished, well informed service.
Amazing food! Go on a Tuesday for the trifecta! .
Two people, Tuesday prix fixe, six total dishes, each was spectacular. I expected a pleasant, modern Italian meal. This exceeded my expectations and impressed me greatly.
Get the Prin - it is a must! My friend and I ordered another dish of Prin rather than dessert!
We really enjoyed our dining experience at Osteria Langhe. Great selection of unique menu offerings. Wide selection of good Italian wines. Our waiter was very helpful and provided suggestions on wines based upon our taste preference. He also guided my girlfriend with gluten free menu items.
Attentive service and not rushed which is always lovely. All three of us loved our dishes and not a morsel was found on our plates when we were done. Portions were perfect. We each had our own appetizers and entrees. This was my second time back and I will come again.
