Just a wonderful experience, would rate Oscars, better than Hells Kitchen, which in my opinion is overrated. They do not even give you bread at Hells Kitchen. The views of downtown "Experience" are spectacular along with the history of Vegas. Excellent, service, food and ambiance. I had the salmon, superb and my wife and daughter had their fine steaks. And the desserts were fantastic. All delicious and excellent service.

We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged.
The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky.
The service was a spectacular 5 star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly.
Food & Drink:
The food was very good but not quite up to 5 star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be de-boned however we found 3 bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a 3 or 4 star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top 25. The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.
Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high.

We love dining at Oscar’s. It’s always on our plans for dinner while visiting. Their filet is always perfect and their Brussels are by far the best. Service is always just as great as the food.
We made our reservation same day and only had to wait a few minutes the server was very attentive and the food was excellent we will definitely go back next time we are in Vegas

Our entire experience was wonderful! Our waiter was fantastic and incredibly helpful with recommendations. COVID-19 restrictions make things difficult for all but Oscar’s made us feel safe while dinning yet still providing us with great food and service!
Favorite steak, seafood and sides in Vegas. Atmosphere is perfect. Staff take care of every detail.
All round wonderful experience
Excellent food. Only thing that I did not expect was to have to pay for the sides separately. Usually, dinners come with 2 sides as part of the meal. My check after the meal was higher than expected.

Nick was a great server. We had dinner there on new year's eve and I felt we couldn't have had a better venue to greet the new year. Not once did we feel rushed during dinner. Food was exceptional, too. From the oysters to the crab cake and to our respective steaks and chosen sides. We had a wonderful nye experience at Oscar's. Will be back for sure.

Our server Bobby was AMAZING! He has mastered his skill, it’s a dying art. People in the service industry now are very immature and very transparent. Bobby is old school and he definitely knows how to talk to people and build rapport with his customers. He’s a kind human who, I can tell, really enjoys people and his profession. He should be training all the youngsters how to do it.
First off the hostess is always give you the first impression of what waits for you. Let’s just say she wasn’t very friendly, as she walked by myself and my husband she didn’t greet us or ask if someone was helping us, while we were waiting for the restaurant to opens. The hostess couldn’t locate our reservation, once she did sent us to wait someone where else till 5pm. I don’t understand, if our reservation is at 5, we should been seated not waiting. But the waitress and the other staff members were wonderful, they was so greatly we where there. Even management came by and thank us. The food wasn’t great due to the fact we spent almost 300 dollars. However, it was nice to support all the hardworking hospitality workers, again we are all in this together.
Bobby was our server and was awesome. He made it a great overall experience. He was knowledgeable about both the food and the city.
The Christmas menu was supposed to be for $55 but when we got there it was $65. But was happy hour so that made up for everything,

Classic Vegas charm! Good Christmas Eve celebration tonight. I enjoyed their special Made prix fixe menu. It's a great value. I started with their French onion soup, which was quite good. Next a 6 oz. filet Mignon, excellently prepared, with the best mashed potatoes. And finished with a rich chocolate cake. Service was superior and the ambiance pleasant, with a scenic view down Fremont Street.
Our server Eric was great and food was delicious. We were celebrating our anniversary and they brought out a yummy chocolate mouse which surprised us. We had a fantastic evening, Thank you!
