Obsession Of India
Super, really good. Service excellent food was excellent. No complaints and good value for money.
Relying heavily of Trip Advisor recommendations, we ventured into a part of Glasgow we'd never visited before and enjoyed escaping the hen parties in the centre of town.
As reviewers had said, the food was outstanding -fresh, interesting and absolutely delicious.
Staff were efficient, attentive and very friendly.
Looking forward to returning and would definitely recommend.
Couldn't fault anything, the food, staff and atmosphere were 1st class. King Prawn Korai was the best I've ever tasted. *
Delicious food, great service and reasonably priced, would definitely recommend!
Very good food & service, first time visit & will return
I have travelled to India on 4 occasions and have eaten street food and restaurant food in India (Kolkata, Delhi, Agra, Lucknow and throughout Rajasthan) and the food here at Obsession Of India was extremely authentic - a brilliant wee place, I'll be coming back - Namaste.
Food was very nice, good service, will go back but won’t order popadoms and spicy onions, £7 for 3 popadoms with onions and chutney is just a wee bit much for what they are.
Visited on Saturday night. Great venue. The food was fantastic and the staff were very pleasant. Highly recommended
The food was excellent: delicious and well prepared, and quick to arrive. The staff were very polite and efficient.
Fully enjoyed OOI great food, friendly staff - although they did clear our table a bit sharpish - but will go back again soon
Very nice food, the staff were lovely , the only complaint was we ate too much and waddled back to our hotel to sleep it off
This is our new favourite restaurant, we really love the food and service, and anyone we have recommended to the restaurant has been really impressed also, we will be back!
Amazing food and service! Would definitely come back!
As always the staff were very friendly and food was amazing. Myself and my partner have been many times before and always have enjoyed ourselves, can’t wait to go back again
Bestes indisches Essen, das ich je gegessen habe
Amazing food and atmosphere, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Cannot wait to go back
Excellent food and service! The korma was outstanding!
Allthough not cheap the food is really tasty and the staff is friendly.
I hadn’t been to this restaurant for several years and I was pleased to see the food had maintained its high standard, The staff were very attentive but a little slow due to an unexpectedly busy night midweek. Overall very good however the price was a bit on the high side. Another Indian restaurant I visit regularly charges £17.95 for Tandoori King Prawns whereas Obsessions were £24 with the same trimmings of rice or nan, salad and sauce. Granted the prawns were huge.
Would go back but at £80 for 2 people - only poppadoms for starter, a Main each, pre packed dessert, coffee and 2 glasses of wine - I’ll not be going regularly.
Also - ladies loo is up a steep flight of stairs so not for the disabled or those who have difficulty with stsirsvas I do. Had to hold on till I got home !
Really good food and nice staff. Busy and deserves to be.
Great food, great service and great night very happy diners :-)
Very tasty and friendly! No grease, one of the best curries we've had!
Good food, friendly service, correct ratio value/prace. I’ll be back when in town.
Fab food & friendly staff
We have been to obsession of India many times, the food is always excellent, the staff are lovely and service cannot be faulted. We would definitely recommend this great restaurant and we're looking forward to going back soon.
Absolutely fantastic! Simply go there, must be up with the finest in Scotland!
The best Indian restaurant by far the service is fantastic food to die for
One of the best I’ve had.
Lamb chop Starter was on the small side but that’s the only criticism really
Excellent Indian food with great spices, would highly recommend! Bookings are a must.
Staff very attentive. Quick service and lovely food.
Food was delicious staff couldn’t have been any nicer nothing was a problem . I will definitely be going back
This was my first visit and it was to celebrate my brother's birthday so, I was hoping it would be good. The quality of the food is fantastic and the staff are very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I genuinely can't recommend it enough, it's a bit of a hidden treasure as, if my brother hadn't have recommended it, I wouldn't have known it existed.
Food was very good but for a pre-theatre deal including drinks a bit pricey but the a la cart menu is higher priced itself so maybe relative. Service and staff were excellent and attentive without being intrusive.
This small restaurant has a cosy feel it is spotless in the dining area and in the wc area always good to see. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was excellent and was pointed out not cooked in oil and tasted fantastic overall I would highly recommend a visit but baring in mind it is quite small and you would definitely be wise to book.
Stumbled upon this little gem of a restaurant. We were meeting Canadian relatives at a central point in Glasgow and totally delighted with it. The food was amazing and if through in Glasgow again, would definitely book here. We all loved it!!
This is the best indian food I have had. South indian garlic chilli chicken was amazing. Cant wait for my next visit
We take a return flight and an overnight stay in a hotel just to have a curry in this place. Best Indian in Glasgow
Fantastic once again. Best Indian restaurant in Glasgow
Amazing food and very attentive staff! Menu is very clearly labelled for dietary requirements with lots of options to suit anyone. Only downside is the drinks are a little expensive but will definitely be back!
I had an incredible experience here, the food is absolutely amazing, with great service. The value for money is fantastic as well with really generous portion sizes. Such a great restaurant- would highly reccomend and will be returning soon!
