Offering a decidedly romantic and intimate atmosphere, the Restaurant Kaya is a charming eatery tucked in a corner of a restored bank building. With an eclectic d�cor, full bar and wine cellar, and the watchful guidance of Chef Shawn Reid, Sous-chef David Jenkins, and Pastry Chef Donald Shauger, the Restaurant Kaya caters to its patrons all seven days of the week. The cuisine is notably Caribbean, French and Asian, largely due to the influences of the three chefs.
Along with individual servings the restaurant also offers a four-course tasting menu. Some of the most notable items available include the Seafood Paella, the Asian-Braised Shredded Beef, the Swordfish encrusted with Sage and Horseradish and the Pan-Roasted Atlantic Salmon Filet.
