Bienvenue. Les Bubbles is a Parisian steakhouse on the corner of Wickham and Little Street in Fortitude Valley, forged in the very same building that housed the notorious illegal casino, bath-house and brothel at the centre of the Fitzgerald Inquiry. While the card decks and kerb servers are all but gone, the building’s colourful history remains pinned to every wall. Steak frites – known by many as the national dish of France – is the centrepiece of our menu. We sear the steak to your liking, before serving it with bread, salad, plenty of sauce and bottomless frites. Les Bubbles welcomes all, and as such, both vegetarian and pescatarian eaters will feel right at home. For any curious individuals, a change of scenery is available by wandering down a single flight of stairs. It’s there that you will find the Bath-House, featuring a full bar, banquet seating and a open-aired deck to enjoy a pre or post dinner cocktail!

    Whenever I am away for a weekend or for holidays staying in James Street, The Green is a must to dine at, the place is full of beautiful plants and a really fun welcoming vibe. I have always had lunch there and could not fault the food or the service, but on this occasion I decided to dine in for breakfast and like the lunch menu it’s creative and super exciting to try breakfast in a bit of a not so normal basis way. I love The Green and it will always be a must to dine at for breakfast or lunch and definitely next time I will book for dinner.

    Amazing food and incredible service from everyone we encountered. We did the ‘let us decide’ with paired wines. The wait staff beautifully and proudly described each dish and recommended how to enjoy it best, along with outstanding explanations from our sommelier. I love having fun interactions and a bit of banter with wait staff, and Essa delivered 100%

    Harveys is a Brisbane tradition. The food is always excellent, as is the service. The welcoming feel is lovely as you walk into the restaurant and the staff are lovely, always happy to help. I look forward to my next Harvey's booking- which I'm sure won't be far away.

    they didn't have my vegetable ramen dish ,as it's the only thing i can eat as i'm vegetarian, and i love this restaurant ,but apparently they were sold out even though we were the first customers of the day
