Attentive service really understanding eventhough a group of 8 including 3 children, all orders delivered at the same time and accurately. Very friendly staff who looked after us and absolutely delicious food and wine. Highly recommend the Salsiccia e Friarielli Pinsa and Fritto misto di mare.

I had two issues with The Hills. It offers just one non alcoholic beer. There should be more choice in 2025. The other issue is something beyond the control of The Hills: a quite loud diner sitting nearby who disturbed the ambience to some extent. Of course, that's a random event. Other than that, it was fine.

Ordering chilly oil during the first session, I had to order 5 times. All other tables got their chilly... wtf? Sitting there for 15 minutes and nothing. I got up and walked over to the bar... and stood there waiting to be served. The management guy in a tie approached me with a very non-friendly manner. I ask him for chilly oil, he asked me to order it from the floor staff with frustration. I yelled back and said I asked 5 times and I got nothing. Then he became defensive and said they were understaffed. I said it's the first setting of the day and looked at him unconvinced. Then responded, you have no staff??? A silly excuse. I said what ever. And indicated, that I'm not going to wait for another 15 minutes, otherwise we'll be leaving. 11.30 booking for Yum Cha, 11.30 to 11.50, ordered some food and simultaneously asked 5 different female staff for chilly oil. Waited and got nothing, at 11.50, got up and walked over to their main counter. Made a complaint and then at 11 55 got our chilly...finally. How hard is it for basic customer service??
