We’ve all been to Greenhouse before for happy hour. This time, I thought I’d pick this spot for one of our friend’s birthday. That nite was supposed to be great compared to our previous visits but it turned out to be not so good. We had the impression that our waitress didn’t feel like being there to serve that evening. While we were eating, we had asked for our waters to be refilled several times n not just from her but also from some bussers who were picking up empty plates. It’s not even a busy business nite. It’s like we have to beg to have our water refilled because not 1 but a few glasses were really empty. Ones, they did fill up one glass but ignored the rest. Majority of us had ordered alcoholic drinks but doesn’t mean we have to beg to fill our empty water glasses as we r eating our fairly delicious dinner. This is a note to hopefully have the waitress/staff give it more attention not just taking alcoholic beverage orders n picking up empty plates but also pay attention to what’s missing from the table n ask what else you can do for ur customers. Overall, aside from the not the best service we had that evening, I’d say food n ambience were pretty good.
