Best restaurants near me in East Memphis

First time at restaurant and what a special place. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Sides were shareable. We had the Caesar salad starter and sweet potato mashed. Both were excellent. We both had ribeyes and cooked perfectly served on hot plates!

Our waitress, Claudia was outstanding. Table side pasta, and chicken entrees were amazing... The restaurant is clean, and VERY nice... feels upscale. The dress code that is advertised is not completely adhered to, which is the only disappointing thing... If you're publishing a dress-code, and I show up properly dressed, I would hope that everyone else at the restaurant is held to the same standard. I'll be back at Fuego Vivo soon! Great place!

My companion and I decided to go for dinner last minute. We needed to talk so they put us in a special room. It was great! And the food was delicious as usual. And I love that they make gf bread for me and always take care of my gluten issues as I am celiac. I highly recommend the stuffed poblano peppers! YUM!

By far the best experience I have ever had at Coastal Fish. The food was amazing. Marley was our server and she was absolutely perfect. Great attitude and personality. I will eat there as often as I can.

There were eight of us, and everyone ordered something different. We had a couple of appetizers (the bang shrimp were excellent.). Stand outs were the Ahi Tuna salad and the salmon with risotto. The biggest surprise were the French fries - the best I have had outside of a little place off of 68th street in NY. The service was slow, and our food came out at different times. The waiter was trying to cover the entire restaurant and it was an impossible task - they weren’t that busy, but the service suffered fr the hostess seating people all over the restaurant. For the money, you just can’t beat this place.
