Absolutely loved that we could make a reservation!!! Had visited once before and stood in a long line … so great that we could skip that this time. And as always the truffle fries were AMAZING.

We enjoyed an excellent meal accompanied by outstanding service at Beauty & Essex in the Cosmopolitan. Lue was our primary server. He was most congenial and offered perfect suggestions for our first time there. Each dish was beautifully plated and very creative. Kudos to Chef Chris Santos! We started with their famous Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup Dumplings topped with smoked bacon served in individual free-standing spoons. A very surprising taste delight. Next, we had the Tuna Poke Wonton Tacos chiffonade with cilantro, radish, wasabi kewpie. Tasted as fresh and bright as if we were enjoying poke on the Big Island. This was followed by Thai Style Deep-Fried Shrimp with green papaya slaw. These were large, very crisp and super tasty and very much complemented by the papaya slaw. The last dish was their Little French Dips of slow-roasted beef, gruyère cheese, horseradish, garlic aioli with house-made au jus drizzled over the top. The beef was tender and very good but could have stood a bit sharper horseradish sauce to compete with the other dishes we tried. For desert, though we hardly had room left , we had an order of their Black-Bottomed Butterscotch Pot de Crème topped with coconut Chantilly and their mango sorbet. The butterscotch was sinfully good and the mango sorbet amongst the best we have had. Matching the delightful meal was the exemplary service offered throughout the dinner by the many waitstaff who passed our table.

We absolutely love Ocean Prime in Las Vegas. The food is amazing. The jumbo lump crap cocktail is a must. Josh M. Is incredible! We always make sure to sit in his section. Can’t wait to go back.

Our brunch was absolutely delicious!! We had the bottomless mimosas and enjoyed the people watching! Service is great ….Alexxa’s is our go-to brunch spot for a few years now…..will definitely be back!

Everything is always great there except for the hostesses. We seem to always have not so friendly hostesses. They’re not rude. Just very stern and cold and not willing to bend. We requested a bigger table to combine our 2 parties (kids age 12-17) and there was one but it wasn’t allowed unless we ordered a specific menu. And yes, we’ve been there at least three times this year. Food is always good though.
