Dirty silverware, poor service.

Worst experience. Our “outside dining” was run the middle of the neighboring building, and reminded me of a cheap restaurant in a mall or something. Food was bland and extremely overpriced.

Music was quiet during our early reservation, we passed by later that evening and it was quite loud

Never go there, food is disgusting, taste like bleach, And service is almost as bad as the food

We booked for outdoor dining and arrived 5 min early. We were offered an indoor dining option instead which we weren’t comfortable with given Covid. It had rained that evening and their outdoor area was full. They asked us to wait 10 min and promised that the table would be ready. We got a drink from the bar and waited for 50 min before the table was made finally ready. We had to request for a table to be disinfected, it wasn’t cleaned properly after the last guests left. The hosts didn’t care much about our extended wait. It was a pretty poor experience.

We ordered the Sea Bass, the Duck, The Snapper appetizer, Tuna Tataki sushi and the key lime pie and everything was amazing!!

The food at naiyara SUCKED. The noodles smelled like dog food and the sushi was not fresh. Never going back

Wow! Salmon truffle sushi was spectacular. My red curry duck was the best curry I've ever had. My wife loved her udon noodles. While good, I would pass on the spring rolls, dumplings and hemp colada. We will be back.

Unfortunately the food is not good as before, the service was slacking. The hostess was nice to offer another table more comfortable.

Although this was not our first experience dining at NaiYara, with the new social distancing requirements our entrees were never prepared. Slightly upsetting considering we were celebrating a birthday. The waiter never put the order in..

Best restaurant in Miami!

I've gone here numerous times. I've always liked the food and the service. Last Wednesday I was treating someone for their birthday. Unfortunately, our server kind of screwed us over. We were open to his suggestions on appetizers as I said we were just going to order four apps and two beers each. He was selling us on a roll but failed to mention it was going to be $55 for five or six rolls. I don't mind on spending more on something of an experience or quality, but I don't like feeling being screwed me over. I mentioned to him about that in a nice way just to be considerate next time for others and he said he would take off the water on the bill.....to which I asked for only tap water from the beginning? Just wanted to share bc it was kind of annoying and didn't leave feeling good :/ If you've read any of Danny Meyers' books on hospitality, you'll have a better appreciation of how servers should be more transparent and honest to their customers. You can still get customers to spend a lot that way too.

As usual, excellent overall experience. Management is doing a phenomenal job. Highly recommended to any and all! Enjoy.

Yin/Yang. Dinner party of 2 promptly seated on a very busy Saturday night. But, order got lost in the chaos and tables on both sides got served multiple times while we sat. But, once food arrived, it was very good. Full room very loud with large parties. Khao Soi was quite good. Eats & drinks + tip =$130.

Had a great time! Mark was our server and he did a phenomenal job. Sarah was also, super warm, welcoming and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great all around experience. I highly recommend it.

The largest complaint was that my entree was brought out first. After 10 minutes of waiting for my wife's entree we had to flag down our waiter to find out where my wife's food was. He explained that they have 2 different kitchens and they do not coordinate with each other. My wife did not receive her food for another 5 minutes. By that time my dinner was cold.

Great food and with so many selections we had to use the waiter to help and he made some great choices!
