Great food!
They put us downstairs in a very bad table where there is no one ! I thought the booking will be in the upper seating regular restaurant!!!
The table we sat at was not comfortable at all, like a cocktail table, our legs were hanging, not convenient for eating.
My experience was good , the food was good but the only thing is that i booked a month ago and thr gave me the worst table down stairs. There was. Available tables up but they put us down
Our table was ready the time we arrived, they provided us with an extra chair as well! The food was delicious except one dish we asked them to change since it wasn’t fresh, but they replaced it immediately. Overall the service was nice and the stuff were friendly.
One of my favorite places to eat in London I have to come back to nac! They never disappoint me 😊 HNY ❤️✨

They should state that they don’t serve breakfast everyday .. they did not allow us to order dessert without having lunch

Loved the ambiance.
Had a slight mess up with my order but a big big thanks to Chris who put it on the house, not even letting me pay for the drinks, coffees!
We were super excited to have dinner at NAC, but such a disappointment. When we asked the staff about menu they were more interested in the quantity of items we wanted to order rather then quality! Same they did when we decided to order one main and share as we wanted to try out the desserts. My friend was visiting from Dubai and we met after 10 years, she repeatedly felt the staff was very very rude! All they focused on was to order more stuff! Such a disappointment. We planned on going slow rather then ordering everything at once. For sure never again!

The atmosphere is lacking and food very average. Expensive for what it is.
The hosts on the entrance is rude. A day before she said the cafe is full and we waited for an hour and there were tables but she refused to give us a table.
The following day we booked online although there were tables on the first floor she decided to Give us a table down and no one was sitting down 🙈 Because she remembered what happened a day before and when we spoke to her she said ok I’ll check and then gave us a table upstairs. I hope this never happens again with other guests.

Front desk are rude for several times but the waitors and waitress are really good

The food was very good as always!
We had a booking for a concrete part of the restaurant and we had to wait for 20 mins until they gave us a seat on a different table that the one we requested. We ordered the tuna poke and the truffle mac and cheese, the mac and cheese was good but the poke didn’t taste to anything. The food was extremely expensive for the quantity and quality that we got, and the restaurant is nice but not a big thing.
Food is great and that is why people go there. Service, from the snobby moment of booking or trying to book to the bill is poor, helpless and snobby/rude ladies. But again food and ambiance is great so thats why i go. Always more and more loud.
Service was not recommendable: we needed to repeat ourselves several times to get our order right, it took them 45min before telling us one of our orders was not available, getting the bill and paying took another 30min, all despite the business not being that busy (we could see the waiters/ hostesses discussing among themselves). Although the food was good, I will not be coming back to the restaurant myself
Well It was my first time to dine at NAC recommend by my friend and it was worth it
We love our table perfect view the food was amazingly delicious
But the waitress was not that friendly just want to get us done with the food
while we were eating we ask her about the cookies we want to know how long it takes and she immediately answer just before we completed the sentence finish your food first it will be messy to get it now 😳😳😳😳😳
