Mercato Stellina Pizzeria
What Insiders Are Saying
Mercato Stellina Pizzeria is the fancy pizza spot in Bellevue where you should have your next Eastside date.
Best pizza in Downtown Bellevue. Having lived in Rome for a summer, Mercato Stellina brings memories of the smell and taste of the pizzerias all over Rome.
The service and friendliness of the personnel and the owner are outstanding. We love coming to Mercato.
We love this as our neighborhood go-to restaurant as it’s intimate, friendly and while some may see the menu as limited, I feel they focus on quality over quantity of choices. Love it!
Cozy neighborhood gem with great food and service!
Good wine list and even better desserts!!!
Once again excellent, introducing a long-time work colleague to the house-made Lasagna (apparently excellent) and I went for a slightly modified pizza. Peroni available and very welcome.
This is my very favorite local eatery. Drew makes all his guest feel like he is welcoming them to his beautiful home. The food is always amazing. We will be back again and again!
If you are in Bellevue, this place makes my favorite pizza! Lasagne appetizer to share, followed by a fennel sausage pizza. Go on wine Wednesday for a treat!
Loved sitting in the little alcove! Thanks Drew! As ALWAYS, outstanding evening- arugula and prosciutto pizza, salad, tiramisu and wine!
I will definitely come back with friends and family.
Cozy + Chic
Great food - great service
But VERY loud in there!!!
As always an excellent occasion for entertaining two East Coasters on a visit to the PNW.
Great wine and pizza- perfect ending to the work week!
Delicious pizza and house wine. Great ambience and beautiful interior which is comfortable and cozy. Also fast and friendly service. If your looking for an affordable fine dining pizzeria look no further than Mercato Stellina Pizzeria.
Thanks Drew for another great evening with guests, we appreciate the personalized hospitality!
Fun place, always good food and friendly service!
Thank you Gail! We love seeing you both and enjoying all the laughs!
If you’re looking for a delicious pizza, this is your place. Their fantastic selection of unique pizzas, salads is the reason we continue to eat at Mercato. We always leave, excited for our next visit.
A Main Street Bellevue favorite. Always warm and welcoming. Owner knows our names and our preferences. It is comfortable and the pizza is light and delicious. Always a pleasure
Great pizza place in old Bellevue.
First time and we enjoyed the evening. Good food and good service
Great food, service and ambience! A favorite place to enjoy Rome style street pizza !
Mercato Stellina is my absolute favorite pizza place. Second to none. The charming spot on Main in Bellevue is a family favorite. Great wine, amazing pizza, and friendly staff.
Always efficient friendly service and great pizza along with fresh creative sides.
My rating would have been higher but couple things din't sit well with me. First, we had a reservation for 8pm but we had to wait a full hour before we got the table. The food is good but not sure if the personal pizza is worth $20 after-all. Secondly, for a party of 4, 20% gratuity was already added to the bill! I would understand that for a party of 6+ but we just felt it was over the top considering the price of the food there which seemed unjustified. Unless its a date night, I don't think I will be returning to the restaurant.
Love this restaurant! It’s a fun neighborhood spot. Always have great food and service!!
Mercato is a great place to eat, drink and be merry! Drew is the perfect host. He makes sure you are pleased with your order and will give you suggestions on wine. Drew makes everybody feel at home. Personally I like to sit at the bar in front of Charles and Berta watching them make pizza and everything else on the menu. Last, but certainly not least, Mercato has the best tiramisu in the neighborhood.
Please tell the wait staff NOT to wear perfume! Otherwise love the vibe -we’re regulars.
Our favorite place in Bellevue!
The pizza is amazing. Always. Love this place for an easy night out or for a special occasion. Italy in Bellevue.
Very cute place! Definitely will return to try everything else.
I love this place - simple, well turned, pleasant, friendly
Great, relaxed atmosphere with comfortable seating inside or outside. We were hoping for more toppings and cheese on the pizza but the oval shape makes for a lot of crust.
It doesn't get much better than sidewalk seating on a warm summer evening with a bottle of Chardonnay chilling in a bucket, a deliciously refreshing salad with cucumber and melon and perfectly-crusted pizza with sweet copa and basil.
Fabulous, as always. Great, unobtrusive, but attentive service, loved every bite, from start to finish.
As always, this small intimate restaurant lived up to its reputation. It reminds us a European bistro with good food, wine and ambiance and we love coming here.
Best pizza ive ever had!
We went for a casual night out and wood fired pizza. We had a reservation. The manager greeted us, sat us, and took our wine order quickly. However it was 20 minutes after that before the waitress came to take our order although she had passed us several times. She was the only waitress for the whole restaurant that night. I don't know if that's normal or if there was a staffing problem that night, but it made for a less than enjoyable evening that night.
Pizza was good, but not exceptional. And be aware, a 20% gratuity is automatically added to the bill.
We have always loved Mercato Stellia and now that we live upstairs in 10000 Main we will most likely end up dining there or getting take out atleast once a week or more. The food and service are always spot on and we love the atmosphere. So happy to have this gem in our building! :)
I have been to this restaurant several times and it has been wonderful each time. Service is great and there is a personal touch that makes you feel like it is just your place. I travel for business in to Bellevue and make a point to stop in each time.
Gnocchi was awful (too dry with shriveled mushrooms) and way too overpriced. Service was not up to par with the added 20% gratuity, which we were not notified about until AFTER the bill came.
After going to manny other artisan Pizza restaurants around Seattle this one just doesn’t live up to their prices, food quality or service fee. On our visit, only one person who seemed to be helping the wait staff seemed knowledgeable or at all helpful. That however didn’t make up for: 1. Ridiculously overpriced and bland Cesar salad (6 small leaves of romaine for $13) where it was difficult to get the plates cleared 2. Pizza that took 30-Minutes to get to our table and we had to ask for plates 3. Several drink glasses that weren’t cleared for most of the meal 4. The automatic tip. I really appreciate the effort here to pay a staff well, however due to the lack of attentiveness, it wasn’t well earned and we won’t be going back.
